I enjoy browsing the store even if i dont really have a reason to be their. Also the employees are always so quick to help or show u any products that might interest u or catch ur eye. Easy to tell that they are very informed and well trained. Could be the team leader Viviana who seems perfect for the job as she leads by example. All in all a great place to shop for a good deal!!

I was helped by Viviana, and her customer service was so amazing and pleasing. I walked in- she knew exactly what I was coming for and had everything ready. I contacted her with a price range and she found me the best product there! I would give them 10/10 stars, not to mention I was IN & OUT. I walked into this store and was immediately greeted with a smile and friendly atmosphere. (Not like your typical pawn shop where they don't acknowledge you) then was asked if there was anything they can do to serve me. Jose Zapata assist me with picking out the most beautiful ring for 'Bae' .... I was offered a free layaway option for this purchase ( which they offer for all merchandise ). I was amazed on the reasonable pricing and selection of gorgeous jewelry that they had. I was in the market for awhile and was beginning to become frustrated until I came here. Jose Zapata and team made the entire process easy and hassle free. Best money I have ever spent! I will definitely be coming back here for my future purchases! The staff at this store is top notch as well as management. They care about their customers and it is apparent when you are greeted when you walk in the door. The store Is clean and stocked with almost anything you need. I would highly recommend this establishment and we have received great service by Matilda who always puts her customers first.

Amazing Place and great customer service. The second I walked inside the door, I was greated with an employee to help me out! I was able to pawn an item for exactly what I asked. Overall they deserve 5 stars across the board!!!!!!

Great place to go for nice looking jewelry. An employee named Jimmy that works there has excellent customer service he made me feel welcomed, he’s a great communicater, very polite and knows how to listen! He helped me find a necklace I was looking for. He is magnificent!

Very Friendly Staff They are always willing to help me and work with Me.Their store is so organized and clean. They about take everything in. Matilda is always smiling and very easy to work with. Jose Z is my car audio always giving me great tips. If you want great prices and an amazing staff who know their stuff. Then shop here and stop going to those other shops.

America’s super pawn on 15th street east is the best pawn shop, rather used super-center, In the area. The employees are very polite and well trained. The tool isle is always kept clean and manageable. All in all, I wouldn’t bring my businesses anywhere else. I appreciate what they do for the community. I went in not knowing what i was looking for i just needed an engagement ring i had went to other places previously and got ripped off and this gentlemen named jose zapata i believe was his name was very helpful and even showed me a few nicer rings and gave me the option of a payement plan since then ive purchased several jewelry and work tool at a great price. Recently have been coming in and out looking for specific items and your employee Viviana has been such a great help! She would call the other super pawn on 41 to check if they had the items I requested. She’s very friendly and sweet. Need more employees like her !!
