Fifth Third Bank & ATM Robbins Rd, Grand Haven

Horrible bank. Had a very difficult time trying to close an estate. They blocked all accounts, would not say why and left me hanging for weeks trying to pay bills, etc... and this was with a simple trust!

Been Banking with 5/3 (was Old Kent) for 47 years. Only had a couple of disagreements in all that time, and all were settled by them, to my satisfaction, and in my favor. I met an old retired grocer 47 years ago, in Grand Rapids, who banked with Old Kent during the hardest financial times the world has seen in the last 100 years - the Great Depression. He told me, Old Kent never folded during the Great Depression and nobody lost a dime, durning that miserable period.. To me, that said a lot! Hoping, under 5/3, they remain so solid. So far so good.

Kevin, a personal banker was so helpful and amazing on our call today. I highly recommend him, he has the customer’s best interest in mind.

This is where my money goes

It's been over a year and fifth third still can't figure out my accounts. Setting up payments or deposits is a nightmare. Auto payments would be a great feature if fifth third didn't automatically tag every auto payment as fraud and then Takeda to answer phone calls unblocking accounts.

Celestine at Fifth Third off of Robbins Rd was the most friendliest, helpful person I've talked to throughout my issue. She resolved it right away, kept making check up calls to me, and all while being so understanding!! Thank you!

If your not loaded avoid this place like the rona!! They don’t care about anyone but their bottom line!!!
