Would’ve been nice to have a sign up on the atm outside saying do not use before it takes customers cards and they can’t get it back. There is a sign way at the top saying closed Thursday but you don’t see it in a small car. If you want to keep your customers happy I would put I sign directly over the screen telling them not to use it at all to avoid these situations

The WORST banking company I’ve been with. They only care about charging you fees for company benefit. The staff is uninformed about policies. There’s always hidden fees that you’re not told about and the customer service line is rude and not helpful at all. Not to mention, I got calls all the time from the banker about applying for a secured credit card... ANNOYING. Don’t comment one of your generic “please call us to resolve this issue” comments either because I called many times to resolve my issue and no one cared in the slightest. Can’t wait for my pending charges to clear so I can CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!! Genisys is way better.

I had my wallet stolen last Friday called the branch and spoke to someone who assured me my debit and credit cards were canceled. Nope, drained my business account. Make sure you followup? I had to go to bank to get resolved in the mean time I'm overdrafted. It's time to switch to a credit union. This bank is not customer service oriented.
