    99.9% of the time I have received perfect service from this 5/3 Branch. The employees are wonderful. Service has been great. Today, I am disappointed. I started calling my branch at 9:03 am on Monday, May 17, 2021. Every time I called I received a message that, “Members at this branch are busy helping others. Please call back at a later time.” At 10:38 am May 17, 2021 someone finally answered the telephone. They did take a message for me.

    This was my bank until today. I have officially closed the account as of 3pm today. This is the worst banking experience I have ever had. When I opened my account back in June on a Thursday it took them until Wednesday of the next week before I could see my funds online....and these were transferred from one bank to another. They charge fees when you transfer funds between financial institutions...which I’ve never had to pay before...not even when I originally transferred funds into their bank from another local bank. I set this account up because they had a $250 bonus for setting up an account. They had a disclaimer that the funds had to be in the bank for 60 days. I waited 70 days and was told I needed to wait at least two more weeks for the funds to settle. It has been 4 months and when I went in today they said I did not qualify for the bonus since I had moved my funds out of checking into savings and my checking account had been closed. Bottom line is they did not honor the bonus. If you ask me they are a long way from being a fifth third better!

    Didn't have the issues like the last few people. Love the staff there! The people seem to change, but they are still friendly and helpful. My only issue is it seems so quiet every time you walk in. Most banks have some type of music. I couldn't work in silence for 8 hours. That would suck!

    The only reason I’ve stayed as long as I have is because all of my bills are already set up through this account. The current situation has sent me to 3 different people and they all have different stories, I was more confused when I got off the phone. Their customer service has to be the worst I’ve ever received from a bank. I will be switching and never going back there again.

    THE WORST BANK EVER! A ton of hidden fees! No help from anyone. And once you finally talk to someone and confirm everything, they still CANNOT give u any information! This bank is a total joke.

    Friendly and courteous staff. Drive thru available, very quick service lobby open as well. Large parking lot lots of near door spots. Right across from the Walmart

    Spent 3 hours over two days here after my account was hacked. The staff put my money into an already active card held by someone else and required me to come back again. I just spent 50min waiting to be seen by a teller who was simply rude regarding the inconvenience caused by this branch. I don't want to hear about how it's not your fault after you just put my money into a a non-usable card and didn't have enough staff on to handle the one other person in the branch. Closing my account now will never bank with 53 again.

    WORST BANK EVER!! RUDE HATEFUL BLACK MANAGER NOW. They have EXTREMELY HIGH TURNOVER, so you can never build relationships, which is essential in banking. I like a bank like Volunteer State bank in Hendersonville where i had a twenty year long relationship with Sue Allison, best bank manager EVER! They screw up EVERYTHING here, which is why we are transitioning to Regions. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE too. One person working the window on a Friday!!! Nuts

    This bank is the worst bank I have ever had they take out these dumb transaction that I know nothing about. I use this bank for a automatic withdrawal for one bill an all this other transaction keep happening... I’m over them!!! I would not recommend... if I could give a rating of 0 I would.

    I'm highly disappointed in this branch. We were using the bank to sign loan paperwork via proxy. The manager questioned why we would ever use their bank, she was highly disrespectful, yelled at us, told us that the bank was being sued, told us we had put her in a bind, told us we had really put her in a pickle, and then did not fax all of our paperwork to underwriting. She did not give us a copy of the loan paperwork, and to top all of this off she LOST our original signed paperwork.
