I use this store quite often. Every single time I come in the entire staff is always welcoming and respectful. Everything I need taken care of gets done very quickly and personably. I can't imagine using another store after coming here. Shout out to Alicia. Keep up that good work and keep killing it.

Michael Bing was very professional and quick to respond to my request. He called me back during the application process, and I was approved very quickly. Times are tough right now and I am the only one working in my family so I greatly needed this loan. Michael did an exceptional job, and my credit is not the best. I am thankful that I got approved.

This is a real nice place and the personnel here is great. I really appreciate the time they took to help me out in my time of need. I came in to get a money order and was explaining my situation to Chrystal and she talked to me about a loan and helped me with my online banking and email set up. Gigi and Mary are nice as well to come out and help with the tablet. I'm glad that I was able to get some money to get me through to September.

After going to two other places to try and cash my check, I finally stopped in at Advance Financial in Gallatin. I wish I would have went there first. I was greeted very promptly. Maisie was very friendly and she was able to cash my check with no problems! Will definitely go back again!

Stacy made my whole transaction hassle-free and fast! She was also great at letting me know just what to expect so I didn't get in over my head! Wonderful Experience!

Lyndsey was very friendly and helpful; she answered all the questions I had and helped me to make the right decision for what I needed. Jennifer & Renae, are amazing . kind and helpful. They assited me as they were about to close. And as they did so we had a kind ' quick conversation about stacie. Lol we miss you stacie. Highly recommended. I always get great service when i visit. ;). Thank you (sorry if i misspelled their names.

The ladies at the Gallatin location are very helpful and always smiling and asking me about my day. It's great to go in somewhere and be able to feel like the people care about you. The store is very well maintained as well. They have me in and out quick which is very helpful when I'm trying to get stuff done while on lunch break. I would definitely recommend my friends to this location.
