Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Nashville Pike, Gallatin

I've used bank of America for over 15 years now off and on. I have hated them and I have liked them. The final result of it all is that I still use them while following their terms. I'm a very poor single father and I called them and they sent me a card so my family could eat over the weekend within one day. My sons belly is full because of you bank of America and that brings me great thanks. This is not a cliche post this is from my heart y'all. It's not Bank of America's fault y'all can't see the light and things around you. Every problem you may have there's a solution. Your problems and selfish desires are not Bank of America's. Just because people tell you no or they don't do something the way you want does not make them a bad entity, now I'm definitely saying Bank of America is not a great entity but they are okay with me if they put their heart into me the way that they did and into my family. Thank you Bank of America I look forward to continuing my business with y'all.

I’ve been banking with them for a few months was first In line as soon as they opened. Needed a counter check printed was told they don’t do that. What bank doesn’t do that? Also was told I should have gotten starter checks when opening account and I never received them. The teller argued that I was lying. Decided to just ask for a direct deposit form to be printed. Was told it was a 3 hour wait for one piece of paper. This company is a joke and I’ll be taking my money/business else where!

I switched from my local small town bank to Bank of American, it was the worse decision i ever made. I deposited a check on 10/12 and they told me it would be available on 10/15 even my deposit ticket told me the 15th well, 10/15 came and went and i called them to ask them when i would receive the money, since my balance had gone below negative and they were giving me withdraw fees. They let me know that there was nothing that they could do about it and i could expect to see the money on the 23rd!! WHAT! That's insane. I have no money to my name not even any to get gas to get to work, even though they did take all the fees off BUT, i still have no money and wont have any until the 23rd. Once i receive the check i will be taking my business else where. It would be nice if they let their customers know upfront that it would possible take 3 weeks to receive any money so that i could have made the decision to go back to my original bank.

I had to get some paperwork notarized and everyone was so helpful. The manager and the notary were able to work me in between appointments since I didn't know I needed to make one and had just walked in. I also went another time to set up a household account and the person who helped me could not have been nicer.

Wait time at the Teller window is ridiculous. It used to be that someone was standing there and greeted you as soon as you pull up, but now the few tellers they have are busy at their counter. Sometimes it's 5 minutes or more.

They receive one star only because you have to hit a star🙄 A Bank that does not have a drive-through!!! REALLY 😳 So I called and asked what was there reason for not having the drive-through open!! she said because of fraud really!!!! Seriously wow, Never heard such🙄 that’s why you have a license, or s picture ID to show who you are!!! Unbelievable no wonder One star out of five!!!!!! I Literally just opened this account two weeks ago ,,and guess what? it will be closed out Today,,,, taking my business some where else. When I opened this account,I two flags were through at me ,first flag is when they don’t give you a debit card the day you open your account,, you have to wait 10 days through the mail!!! the second one ,when they put a hold on my check for eight days,, 😳 such a joke sounds like a Lazy Bank to me!!!!!Lesson learned🤦🏻‍♀️

It should have a new name- "The Bank of Corporate America" If you enjoy inconvenience, jumping through a lot of hoops to avoid fees for accounts, constant changes that you aren't made aware of, long lines inside and the drive through, and phone operators that bring you frustration this bank is for You! It's Not just this branch, but the bank as a whole. My recommendation, find a bank that will actually treat you as a customer wanting and deserving your business. There are nice people working at this branch, but their hands are tied by the bank of corporate america's policies. This bank looks at the bottom line, so expect to be treated as a number rather than a customer, hence the name change. We have better choices, thank goodness!

went there on Wednesday 1/16/ to deposit 2 checks. The teller talked to me who was unprofessional and did not want to do her basic job. I took my business elsewhere and had it done less than 5 min. I will never come back to this branch.

Standing in line for about 20 minutes now. This place is ALWAYS like this. Why do they have the space for 4 more tellers yet always only have 2 in here. On a Friday! Are you kidding! Just heard the drive-thru teller tell someone they had to come in and it wouldn't take them long inside. There were 9 people in line at the time yet she told them there was 5. SMH!

Worst service I have ever experienced at any bank. Went in with my disabled mom (who is in a wheelchair) and they were not helpful at all. Her account was placed on hold repeatedly (for no reason!) because their security measures are ridiculous. Both times we went in and the staff was unwilling to help because we did not have an appointment. Even the manager was unhelpful and not knowledgeable whatsoever!
