First Horizon Bank Nashville Pike, Gallatin

I'm a new member of First Horizon Bank and I just want to thank you guys for the flawless experience of opening my bank account. Special thanks to Keegan and Kimberly. Your guys professional approach exceeded my expectations.

Pretty upset. Brought in $1060 and only $920 was deposited. They told me that's all I gave them. When talking to another clerk, she was very rude, she told me to go talk to the lady behind the counter about it. She didn't even try to help me. I was so upset I left in tears. That money was for my grandmother. Now I have to send her less than what I had saved up for. That's $140 missing and they acted like I was crazy or trying to swindle them. I'll go to the one in Portland from now on. At least they treat me like a customer not an inconvenience.

This is the worst bank I’ve ever been to. You never get your money on time, the atm only takes 30 bills and will steal your money and never give it back to you. Highly do not recommend this terrible bank

Over the years this location has gone through some change, and they seem to have the right folks in place now. It's a friendly, fun bank, with great management, and smiles when you walk in. The service is great! I'm happy to have been a customer of First Tennessee for over 10 years, and I do all of my banking at this location.

Was not able to help to adjust account ownership so left and went to White House location and had no problem getting the proper service. Did not help with accommodating the situation or fully know how to remedy what customer was needing done. Very poor customer service.

First bank I’ve been to in a while that treats you like hometown folks. No constant banking errors like some of the other larger banks. Update: Well they have changed names twice now so we will have to see if the good service continues. Hate to see them merge with a larger bank.

This branch location is highly under-staffed. Also, they have had months to adapt to Covid-19, but the line to conduct business is always long, and VERY slow. In general, First Horizon customer service has declined a lot in the last year, even before covid-19. I opened an account for my minor daughter to save her allowance, and told them I only wanted an account with no fees. Now, three months later, we received a statement with a $5 “maintenance fee” on her account. I highly recommend against becoming a First Horizon customer, and also highly recommend against using this branch location.

Makes no sense that the claims center is now telling me money will be deposited back into my account 7-10 days after the bank branch told this passed Friday it should be in my account sometime this week for charges I wasn't suppose to be charged for Gamestop and Playstation

My account shouldn’t be charged for over draft fee + 40 dollars and some change when money isn’t left in my bank account,the charges should be declined or not go through when $0.00 is in my account at the time,there for overdraft protection is useless and isn’t doing or helping a thing #DitchUselessOverdraftProtection #OverdraftProtectionisntProtectionAtAll About to lose me as a customer if this continues if i decide to cancel my account at this bank

I have banked with them since 1963 and have never had any problems. They are a great bank.
