Fifth Third Bank & ATM Pleasant Hill Rd, Kissimmee

The two people I went to both did not do their job thoroughly causing mistakes which the customer later has to pay for. No issues on their attitudes. Friendly staff, but that doesn’t get my issues resolved.

I've been a customer since 2017 and for the first time I went to a branch that cannot help me or even assist me in anything and look at me like I did not know what I was talking about for the first time I think I'm really considering in closing my account with you guys I would prefer to go to the branch all the way in Kissimmee then ever deal with this Branch ever again

UPDATED: Don't go here. They are a mess. Their customer service is horrible. It is clear that they have no respect for their customers or their time when 5/3 makes a mistake! No bank should mess up handling your money. When they agree they did, they should care enough to correct the situation without having the customer spend hours being bounced around their system, disconnected, and being told completely wrong information.

It's a Bad and Bad Bank are from the banks that say when there is an error they say that it is not them but the other bank and when you get everything for documents then they accept and say that they can not do anything and also that they retain the checks deposited online for 10 days information that they do not say without any reason even when the other bank approved the transaction, PEOPLE BEWARE OF THIS BANK THEY ARE NOT HONEST.

I went to open an account with 8700. They helped me open the account but did not tell me about all of the great products...they never answer the phone... called them one day i was off just to chec on a credit card app..no one answeres the whole day...awful...i had to get up and travel 30 mins to the bank because they didnt answer and the banker i was working with said she would call back never did..horrible service

Best bank in poinciana. Always helpful, courteous and the mobile app is easy to use. Much love to you guys.

Manager did not even wanted to speak personally (sent someone else) with me about about a ppp loan because I didn't have a bussiness account which Is not a requirement, seem like he was having a better time speaking with the hottie sitting on the edge top of his desk. BTW I have already spoken about the loan in another fifth third bank and went tru everything.

It's always a pleasure to bank here. Shortly after opening an account with Fifth Third, I left bank of America completely in part because it never really felt genuine. Fifth Third sees more than a customer when you walk in, and they make an effort to make sure you leave happy. I walked out of this branch one day, nearly in tears because I was so relieved and happy with my experience. In general, when it comes to banking, the best part is spending what's in the account and everything else is just ho-hum and sometimes not as easy to understand (or enjoy, for that matter). Fifth Third makes an effort to not only work with what you've got, but they make sure you are aware of all the perks and benefits of being a Fifth Third customer, all while making you feel like family. I have tried my share of banking institutions, and by far, 5/3 takes the cake in meeting AND exceeding my expectations. They are amazing!

My opinion and experience with this Fifth Third Bank is really Bad, Unpleasant, Frustrating and much more, please be careful with this bank and orient yourself well before any transaction or depositing checks in the APP since they put hold for more of 10 days, When the other bank already paid and approved the transaction and when you go to the bank they tell you they cannot help you because it is not in their hands, I was able to verify certain things and that is that the bank puts your money deposited to earn interest for them, no matter what you need.

Terrible place. Customer service is a joke. I cannot imagine why anyone would trust them with their hard-earned money.
