The employee there treatment not good today at 4:00 we went there

Amazingly incompetent stuff, I tried to deposit about 15 checks with deposit slips already filled out,organized and paperclip-ed to each other, they gave me an attitude that I have to go inside, I can't deposit so many checks at the drive thru (on -2 degree temp outside + I do that on daily basis in different branch and I never had issue with), than they kind of shouted at me how they will organize them,it will take a lot of time. We have over 6 business accounts and 4 personal and I will do everything in my power to convince the owners to switch to different bank- customer service at Fifth Third is the worst from all the banks I've worked with. Do NOT ever bank with fifth third, huge mistake and tons of headache and brainless personnel

Shady business ethics. Ever since Fifth third took over MB financial, have nothing good to say. From battling bank card issues in the beginning, to constant account fees that i never had before on either accounts, through 20 years of banking with Corus, then to MB. They claim free checking accounts, but not really free when they hit you with a monthly service charge for not playing their game. Online account fails to update pending transactions, or sometimes a transaction in general, then show the following day that they went through, so you have no time or knowledge to correct the balance, generating fees. On top of that, had multiple items post after normal hours, incurring multiple fees, one per item. The excuse is the system updates in the middle of the night, or that the transactions come through after the business day, so don't update online for that day. Yet they are happy to get those fees the next day from not updating your account. Have called into Fifth Third with problems more then i have called in the 20 years prior.
