Fifth Third Bank & ATM Dunwoody Club Dr, Atlanta

Liars and thieves. They promised there would be no fees for an account which I seldom used. They lied. With no warning, they sucked my account dry with fees. They deny any responsibility. Liars and thieves, pure and simple. When I contacted their "social media" department, at their request, they informed me that their fine print excuses the lies of their employees. They completely refused to admit their problem.

I have used this bank, and specifically this branch, for many years. They have always been friendly, polite and helpful. Thanks to all the staff. :)

Please stay away. Safe your time I went today so happy to payoff my car loan, I get to the register and the first lady was so rude and nasty. She have the worst attitude. I wish I can remember her name.. She look like she was looking for a fight or arguing with someone. since I have my daughter with me, I didn't want to make a big deal so I asked to work with someone else. The second lady I work with, was very nice polite. however she give me the wrong among to payoff my car so now I am stuck with remaining balance.. soooo with that with in said Don't go to this location I have a bad experience

Worst customer service, they do not care about you or the business you conduct with them, this branch acts like it’s a burden. I was in a hurry manager looked at me like I was crazy and rolled her eyes, I picked up my deposit slip and walked away, her reply was “ok”

Both bank tellers not wearing masks. Avoid this bank and this location.

Thank you MYLES, MEGHAN and Mrs ANGIE for the excellent customer service you all provided to me. They are welcoming and friendly. Everyone had a smile, worked fast and efficiently. There was another male employee I didn’t get his name, but he also greeted me when he passed me by. Keep up the great work!

The bank teller Sam is pretty awful. You probably won't know her by name because she consistently does not wear her name tag. I have been banking with Fifth Third as my primary bank for several years now and I had a very negative initial interaction with her involving eye rolls, and judgement of my financial awareness. I forgave this interaction and wrote it off as her having a bad day. Unfortunately this same attitude reappeared in my second interaction with her, leaving me to conclude she has a deplorable attitude towards customer service. The reason I will not go as low as a single star is on account of the branch manager. Although I think he has made a poor hiring decision in Sam, he has demonstrated the care I am familiar with receiving from Fifth Third.

Nice and supportive staff. This bank and ATM is inside Kroger.
