Overall the class was good. Less time should be spent on detailing the QM options ( since most are familiar with that type of loan) and more time should be spent on the alternative loan options. The loans discussed at the end were brushed over and would liked to have heard about these in more detail. It seemed like a lot of content was rushed through at the end.

Coach Mark demonstrated professionalism, knowledge and confident within his area of training. He kept control of the class and directed his training skills on a straight path. This coarse of studies “CREATIVE MORTGAGE OPTIONS TO GET MORE CLIENTS” was very helpful for me because of several reasons: 1. the most important; I am in the process of training to become a Mortgage Loan Originator. 2. Learning about the "DO's & Do Not's" is essential to my growth as a Realtor. Coach Mark your greatness is appreciated and thanks for the complimentary training with no strings attached.
