Financial Service Representative went 30 extra miles today to help me understand the risk of purchasing a move-in cashier’s check in my name vs the name of the apartment complex. It’s a long story, but when I tell you I KNOW I inconvenienced her; yet she was calm, pleasant, professional, and compassionate. She gave me faith that corporate America’s service is not all run by computers. Sometimes a square peg needs to fit in a round hole. Ms. Sanderson met my banking needs ethically and without delay. I will be back, and send my family members!

I would like to give a big thumbs up to Marie Cantave at the Crooked Creek Rd branch. This morning I was there for a complicated shared branch transaction. Marie worked with me for more than an hour coordinating with multiple parties to get the transaction completed. The entire time she was warm, patient and knowledgeable, which made my experience so pleasant out of something that could have been miserable. Marie - I thank you sincerely! ACU is lucky to have a great banker like you!

When I visited, I was the only customer in the room. I filled out my deposit slip for shared branch banking and went to the counter. I was then told to stop, turn around, and sign in on an iPad near the entrance for "better customer service". I was the only person there. Why did I need to fill out a form just to qualify for a spot in line? Why did I have to receive a text alert telling me that a teller was open and could help me? I was the only customer in a room of bored tellers. 🤦♀️ Honestly, I was going to open an account with them that day... but if I'm going to be turned away and refused service until I fill out an online form so that I get in line BY MYSELF, then I'll just go somewhere that won't waste my time.

This bank will charge you a fee for having to call in to make your loan payment because their website is not working properly. Do not use this credit union. Too many other good credit unions out there with proper customer service.

Trying to get a car loan through them has been HELL. The representative is very inconsistent on what documents she need. A supervisor was supposed ti call me back and never did. I will most likely close all my accounts and get a loan through a different credit union if I have to deal with this kind of customer service. I have been trying to get my car for four days now. Even the dealership stated they never had to go through this much trouble.

I had a 5 star experience at that associated credit union. I found the decor and environment very relaxing and well kept. All the staff members were very welcoming, and the two bankers that assisted me were friendly knowledgeable, quick and superb with there service. Thank you for a very excellent service.

The recent reviews are fake, these people work for the credit union like Brandee the lobbyist. These reviews were created to deceive members and counter-act the bad reviews written, which hides the issues that really exist. Management has treated me as if I am not a valued member by ignoring my concerns. I have been repeatedly lied to and given incorrect information over and over again. Management sends me emails without signatures so I cannot contact them by phone or identify their position in the company. I have been unable to obtain credit, with a 826 FICO because of errors ACU have made on my credit report and refuse to correct in a timely manner. I have waited almost 14 months and I have had to send over 300 emails to have my credit corrected and it is still not reporting accurately. My credit card payment history was deleted and my credit card was listed as a loan instead of revolving credit on my credit report. The president of lending talks to me as if I am not competent and uneducated, even though I’m smart enough to know that the offer he is making comes with an increased rate that is not in my favor but instead of just being honest about the increase, I’m told that the rewards credit card is better than the low interest credit card that I currently have. I’ve emailed the president Lin Hodges but he also has not responded back to any of my concerns. I’m switching my account to a federal credit union that is federally regulated so I won’t have to deal with this bias nonsense.

Financed a car through them. Despite making all payments two weeks in advance, I am constantly getting mail claiming I am behind on payments. When I called I was told they "put the money in the wrong place". They're negligence is likely affecting my credit. Absolutely terrible customer service with no concern for how their inadequacies are impacting their members.
