Easily the worst branch ever. The branch manager is extremely cold. She will talk about you if she thinks you are not listening. She called me dysfunctional and said me and my partner were disorganized. Keep in mind, last week I went into this branch and waited 2 hours for NO one to even say hello to me. So let's not talk about dysfunctional. I am shocked that she is a manager for a branch. Should be fired on the spot. I plan to take my entire relationship elsewhere very soon. Tired of the support I get from these people. The only silver lining is my business banker. He has been solid thru it all.

I read another review in which a lady explained the identical situation happening. This can’t be a coincidence. They closed my account for no reason and stole my money and are saying I will get a check in the mail in 10 business days when they are through reviewing. I was racially profiled and I deposited a check that cleared! They are the worst bank ever!!!! They stole my money after opening a new account and refusing to give me a reason why . I have no idea when my thousands of dollars will be returned to me

Mrs. Johanna Guerrero helps me with my transactions today. She is always so kind and accommodating. I love coming to this location the service here is impeccable. I was with Wells Fargo for years but went with SunTrust because of my job and really enjoy banking here. The only thing I would say is that there app and their online banking is not as good as Wells Fargo and the ATM is really slow when you go through the drive-thru. But that doesn't take away from the great service I receive every time I come inside at this location.

Anthony and his team are always really helpful. The tellers are always nice unlike some other banks I have been to. Suntrust has always been great to me. I recommend Suntrust and especially recommend this branch if you need any banking services.

My mother & I needed a notary. Jake Branum was patient, kind and officiant. Everyone was professional and went smoothly.Thank you!

Planning to Leave SunTrust. Saddens me as I have been with them for 15 years. But ever since they switched to Truist it has gone downhill. I walk into an office and no one greets me. I call them, and no one ever answers. My business banker is good and always replies, but he is not branch level so he cannot take care of my personal needs. Good bye SunTrust.

I came to deposit some money and not only did they give me the wrong deposit, card, and driver license but they had me wait an extra 30 minutes for my package. If it wasn't for me opening the envelope, going back to find the person, they would've given them my things.

This is an excellent bank to do business with! Not once did i feel unwelcome or forced to make any decisions. They treat you like family and the newly redesigned place is quite nice too. :P
