Regions Bank Mt Vernon Rd, Dunwoody

Today, I came in with my mom who has a Region checking account and she needed a temporary card. Isabel Adan helped my mother, made us feel comfortable, greeted us at the door and assisted my mother in Spanish. I am grateful for that. She told us she is new and that she’s only been with the company 4 months and I really enjoyed her services that I had to write a review. I’ve been bringing my mother to this location for the past 2 years and the service has been average to HORRIBLE. But, today it was wonderful.

Really disappointed with Ms. SIMONE costumer service shes Supposed to be the manager at this location. She needs to be another position because she care less about her customers.My account got hacked it by who knows they pretty much took a lot of money out of my account and I was ask her that I needed my money and she say pretty much told me there is nothing I can do right now you need to find another resource of money because this is going to take more than 10 business day. In the meantime I called - 1-800 customer service and they took care of it THE NEXT DAY !!! When I come back from my vacation I will definitely close this account because of her And her lack of customer service and care less about the situation did not provide me with one positive service, when 1-800customer service pretty much protect my account and care about it right alway !

On a Monday at 1:30 pm the lobby is closed because there are no bankers available. Drive to Roswell rd and their closed until 2pm. I hate REGIONS BANK

I'm surprised to see such low rating of this bank, but it was a very pleasant experience for today's visit.

This is the worst bank ever. The tellers are liars and do nothing to help.

Slowest service I have ever had to deal with at a regions branch. Had to get a cashier check that needed a branch manger approval and the manager was on the phone speaking to someone about her meal plan. Guess I wasn't important enough for her to get off the phone. The teller was very nice and courteous only reason why they got 2 stars. Won't be coming back to this branch and again. And I will be calling home office about their lack of service.

I set an appointment for the last 3 days for 10:00 to retrieve some paperwork for a legal matter and have been met with nothing but a lack of compliance, rescheduling my appointment multiple times and even laughing at my face as I waited patiently for 30 Min in front the door, it’s been 3 day and at this point it is an obstruction of my case and I am forced to file legal papers to retrieve my information, this specific location is always giving me hard times and furthering my inconvenience, I had to call and wait on hold I order to be told that they where rescheduling my appointment which means they would have left me outside waiting with no intention of serving me if I hadn’t taking the initiative to call and check on an appointment that they where supposed to honor, I’m leaving this review to advise anyone with a regions account to use one of their other branches for service, the Roswell branch are much more pleasant as well as the sandy springs branch, but the MT Vernon Rd regions in ATL is the worst in terms of punctuality and effort

Teller was courteous and professional. Their 800 phone system is time consuming.

Great service I’m getting things in order. Nisha was great on handling my case and I will recommend them anytime.

Needs to stay open later to accommodate people who work.
