Fifth Third Bank & ATM 14th St, Bradenton

After being with BB&T now Truist for 25+ years, I was frustrated with their lack of customer service after their merger. I started looking for a replacement bank and decided to try Fifth /Third. They were having a promotion and I signed up. Sandra Hurst was wonderful! I appreciated all the time she took to explain everything to me. So much so, that I brought my son in a few days later to open his account. Beautiful bank, very friendly and helpful reps. Just wish you had more parking!

I was having alot of problems at another banking institution. I stopped at Fifth Third Bank at 5942 14th Street West. I met with Sandra Hurst. She was awesome to work with and answered all my questions and discussed all my concerns. Needless to say, I am now a customer at Fifth Third Bank. THANKS Sandra for great customer service.

worst experience of my life. opened a new account for taxes and stimulus, the person who opened my account gave us the wrong account numbers. we gave this to the irs. now because of fifth third we are missing $15,400. truly the worst bank I've ever dealt with. we even told them this in person. they truly dont care about their customers. dont waste your time.

Terrible customer service. If you are going to be a bank in a tourist town... Maybe try helping tourists when they need it. Meghan was great however.

They are always nice and are very helpful.. sometimes the wait is a little long but most banks are not fast. Fifth third is my first and only bank I have ever used..

I recently dealt with Ms. Mann. I tried to do a cash advance and my ATMcard was rejected. Later I called my bank and they explained why, made a minor change and told me to try again. I did, the next day. When I went back Ms. Mann was the one with whom I dealt. She was very easy to work with. She had me, a customer ahead of me and one at the drive through, alone. She was cordial, kind, did not rush me., never gave me or anyone else the feeling that she was under pressure. She handled each of us timely and with a genuine smile. She is an asset to your firm. I hope to see her again next year when I come back as a snowbird. I look forward to seeing her.

DONT BANK HERE!!! They don't treat you well at all. And are extremely rude. This bank is one of the worst I've ever banked at!!

They do not follow they’re own policies, and when confronted clam up and refuse service. I would not recommend ANY business or personal accounting with them. The bank Manager himself is a very rude individual. There is a reason the rating for this bank is only a 2.9. You get what you pay for.
