first, one of their agents fell victim to just the kind of transparent wire fraud attempt that their own hold message literally warns about and describes how to avoid. it nearly caused my family to get caught between sale and purchase and have our new purchase fall through. then, close to TEN MONTHS after I moved, they finally noticed they never mailed me a $1000 hold-over check until their audit flagged it. no one apologized for either massive error with my money. we'll see if the check ever arrives.

I use Fidelity Title whenever possible to handle real estate purchases and sales. In this case, they worked with an out of state Fidelity office to accommodate the buyer's schedule and and made time for me at the last minute to sign the necessary papers here in Katy. They were very professional, and they will take as much (or as little) time as clients need to understand what every document is for. The office is sparkling clean and there are plenty of parking spaces. Buying / selling a house can be a complicated and sometimes emotional experience, and Fidelity does a great job of guiding their clients through the process.

Delightful! I came here to sign the final paperwork for my first house, and everyone was kind, helpful and knowledgeable from the receptionist to the clerk walking me through the paperwork. What the clerk explained to me in plain English matched what was written in the paperwork in legal-ese, and they were patient as can be as I read every little thing I was signing and took notes on everything they said. Never felt rushed or like I was being too persnickety and untrusting. Afterwards, everyone treated the event with the excitement it deserved and made it feel real that it actually was happening. They took all the pictures I could want on every phone present from the whole entourage I brought along with me. Receptionist is incredibly warm, inviting and definitely a well-practiced photographer - perfect pictures the first time, every time! Not related to the exceptional staff, but they've got a simple to use coffee machine (a blessing when so many business-grade machines are like space ships to me!). Their coffee choices are quality, and they had sweeteners and creamer flavors for every taste. Ironically, it made the experience a lot less nerve-wracking.

Extremely disappointing experience. Fidelity took a complete hands off approach on a very clearly stated contract that specified the equity split based on closing cost. Fidelity would not interpret if Taxes were part of closing costs or not, which they clearly are per legal and real estate codes. This caused the sale to almost fall through in the last minute, because Fidelity was more concerned with covering their behind than doing he right thing. Never will I ever recommend them again. The behavior by the staff, led by Laurie Ford, was extremely poor, lacking leadership or responsibility. Apart from the deal almost falling through within a day of closing, they forced us to sign an escrow agreement for the disputed amount that practically did nothing but release them of any responsibility and stopping anyone from suing them, with no concern for the clients. Getting a legal order by the judge took almost 90 days with funds held up in escrow, and cost each party thousands in unnecessary fees legal fees.

By far, one of the most unprofessional groups I’ve worked with. Their lack of communication and failure to follow through with the simple things showed their character and workmanship. My Seller didn’t pick this title company, the buyer did. My Seller was just as disappointed in them as I was. Pretty sad when they (my Seller) noticed it.

I closed 3 deals with Tracy Tran in October and all went well. Tracy did an amazing job in communicating with all parties to ensure closing smoothly. She is knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive via various methods, even late at night. Also, my last closing with her had a last minute issue with wrong loan amount, but she stayed late until 8pm to close buyer on new docs. Thank you so much for your hard work! I will definitely close more deals with Tracy in the future. Also, I would like to thank, Merita O’Krinsky, for helping to close the difficult seller at another office. Merita did an awesome job in communicating with seller to deliver the keys to my buyer.

Tracy Tran went above and beyond for me here. She was very professional and diligent with my paperwork. With a last minute issue, Tracy stayed late passed her work hours and into her own personal time to help resolve the issue and got me into my new home. I could not be more grateful and would highly recommend working with her.

Maria explained everything and was so professional. This experience can be very daunting, but this title company made it so easy and flawless!
