When I went I was not sure if it was going to work that pawned my things since I had never done it but thanks to Ryan for helping me I bought a gun from my husband since he loves the collection weapons the paperwork was simple and I was no more In fifteen minutes in the store I loved these points. 1) service 2) clean of the establishment 3) how good people they are.

Family pawn has the best service I've seen out of any other pawn shop. The managers and employees really know what they are doing and are eager to help with no hesitation. I'm always happy to go there and they remember you for any future services. The customer service is spot on.

The service is amazing! If I need a little extra time coming up with cash to get my stuff out, they're always willing to work with me.

Family pawn lied to me in order to try and rip me off. I went in with my camera and explained that I had been trying to sell it for what used versions were going for on Amazon, which was like $200. I understood that I wouldn't be able to get that much for it, but I was hoping that I would at least be offered something decent. They told me they went off the eBay price and that it was being sold on eBay for $80 to $100. They offered me 40 for it and I decided to go elsewhere. When I got home I looked on EBay and they were going for what they were going for on Amazon. ($200) so basically they lied about how much eBay was selling it for in an attempt to make me think my camera was worth much less and to rip me off by only offering $40. Sooooo check this out guys what an amazing experience today I just went in to pawn some stuff dude to misfortune well I was dreading I'm not gana lie so I went in an these guys were more then fair JOSH an MICHAEL were just on top of things gave me top dollar for my belongings they were curtious respectful an I'm just amazed at their customer service. An a customer even came in an was a total a** to JOSH an MICHAEL an I was beyond impressed with a curtious smile they were respectful an helped the customer out an even offered a free water an soda witch the customer denied BUT just the way they handled them selves was just impressive. To any body out their these guys are the real deal. I love family pawn! I've been going to them for years now, whether getting loans on items or buying. My kids like video games and I do not like paying full price and here, we both win! When getting a loan, there have been times that I needed more time. I just call them and let them know what's going on and they've always been really accommodating and polite.

BUYER BEWARE: I asked the sale person before purchasing an item if I could return it if it didn't work for me. She told me I could return it within 30 days for in store credit so I bought it. It didn't work for me and when I returned it a few days later, I was informed that they would charge a 25% restocking fee, that that policy was printed on the receipt I was given AFTER I had paid for it. If I had been informed upfront that I would only get 3/4 of the price back in credit, I would have not purchased it. All they had to do to restock the item was hang it back up in the empty spot where it had been a few days before. At least I know where not to shop in the future. A friendly name but NOT so friendly service.

They were rude, wouldn't give me a chance to speak; and tried to offer me $20 for a $1400 flatscreen television in Perfect condition.100% would not recommend to my worst enemy

It´s a place that has a great variety of things on display, like jewelry, electronics, and sometimes cars. I received quick help from the employees and they know a lot about the things they are selling. Great establishment
