If you want a mortgage guy that will always guide you to a result that is best for you then I would recommend Steve & Chantry. Twice I applied for a loan to refinance my home and they showed me how it was better for my situation to go about it differently. Chantry actually sent me to a different company to get a home equity line of credit because it made more financial sense than the refinance options they could sell me. We are finally moving forward with a refinance this year and couldn't be happier with their services and my interest rate is amazing!
