I experienced fraud on my account. When I went into the lake forest location I was greeted and taken into an office. Audrey Ives did such an amazing job helping myself and my wife. I am so grateful to have met her and done business with her. She made it very easy to do business and have everything settled. Go see Audrey if you have any questions, she is amazing!

We financed our new car loan through Fairwinds and have been a customer for over 10 years. It was a very positive experience and went really smooth. Taylor Shaffer did an excellent and professional job of getting us a great rate and term. She also helped to coordinate the paperwork with the dealership, New Smyrna Dodge, which really made the process quick and easy. Very happy with Taylor and Fairwinds.

Elisa was wonderful, the loan for refinance our car was approved the same day and she help us to open a checking account and a membership. She was very kind and friendly, we love her !!!!

This "institution" seems to be suffering from total lack of communications. Their left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. One rep is saying "Yes" while simultaneously you're receiving a "NO" from another rep. My best solution? Immediately closed my money markets and moved them to a real bank.

I would give half star if I could Opened an account a year ago and was told to come back in about 6 month to refinance my car. I did exactly what the lady told me to do and surprise... she tells me again to come back in 6 to 8 months. cashier people are rude!! I called the corporate office and speak to a supervisor and no action has been taken. Wasting people time isn’t right Closing my savings and bank account ASAP!! TO AVOID !!!!

I’ve been with FAIRWINDS my entire 30 years, my parents signed me up as a baby. I have been spoiled by FAIRWINDS, any time I’ve gone to other financial institutions the service goes right out the window and the rates are higher. My mortgage, auto loan, direct deposit, and emergency savings accounts are all with FAIRWINDS. I shopped around and FAIRWINDS had the best auto loan rate, and with Taylor’s exceptional customer service I had the car in record time! Taylor definitely made me feel like her number 1 priority and worked with the dealership for me, what a relief! I’ll definitely be back to this location time and time again.

I was referred by a friend of mine to the Lake Forest location. I first met with Edwin who was very welcoming and knowledgeable; he had me meet with Taylor who helped me refinance my auto loan. I had a 16% interest rate and was able to get 5.9% with Fairwinds, which is saving me thousands of dollars over the life of my loan. Taylor helped me get a credit card also and I’m excited that this is going to help improve my overall credit score. Everyone treated me nicely; this will definitely be my new branch. Thank you!

If I could give Fairwinds a zero I would. Lousy customer service. This bank has no loyalty to it's customers. I would warn anyone not to join this farce of a credit union. They play games with your account and YOUR money, they are lazy and liars. Goodridden....

This is the best place to bank. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. The teller's make me feel like family. I learned about the bank when a rep came to Autonation Ford doing a car loan event. They have great loan rates. I didn't apply for a loan that day but I was invited to check them out and as they say, "the rest is history ".

Taylor was very helpful and went above and beyond, she helped me setup an account, answered all my questions, and she helped me refinance my truck. Need more bankers like Taylor.
