Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W State Rd, Sanford

Debbie is an absolute charm, she really know her job and everytime I step into this bank she knows how to take care of my needs and they have a great crew as well. Also Carolina Duran, an employee at this Bank of America provided us (Bido Family) with exceptional services and was very kind while she took take care of our Bank account situation.

I came here a couple of months ago (February) to open a new account with them. Staff was very nice and gave me plenty of information about the different types of accounts. Very informative and outgoing with me. I can’t attest to what happened for the other people who posted their negative reviews, but I can say that I would recommend this place to my friends and family! For every bad review there are many good reviews that just never get posted!

Such a wonderful experience!! I had a foreign question, The lady on the phone was not able to help me and was able to recognize it and suggested for me to speak to one of the representatives - which immediately we made an appointment - which immediately I was able to get in and she was able to answer all the questions I had And since readings did play a role on me potentially coming to this location after my experience they deserve to be recognized

Staff is rude. Don't want to go there ever. I went to two banks this morning to add beneficiaries on my account. At other bank it was super easy and staff was so friendly. Here, not just they were rude, They treated me like I am a criminal. Wont recommend this branch to anyone.

Worst branch ever. I bet people who work there suffering every second every day. None of them seems happy and they make everything so difficult. No wonder their rating is so low! Went to another branch, they found solution for me. It was that easy.

This place is terrible. I wish I could give it negative stars. Xavier is most definitely not helpful and does not even read corporate documents correctly. Additionally she takes legal language out of context to ensure reasons why she Can't help you. Go to a different branch or a different bank.

I am a covid travel nurse and I needed to get an I 9 witnessed so that I could go to Broward County to work. Was told they are not allowed to do that because of liability purposes. I did go to the bank 3 or 4 years ago and got someone to do it, so I was highly disappointed. It just seems like I've had an account with BOA for close to 8 years, I have checking and savings and they don't seem to really care. Gone are the days of a bank actually trying to help its customers.

Absolutely horrible. I went tere after grocery shopping ( which was a mistake ) to have them print out an account summary for proof of employment. I was told to sit and wait, i was told a couple of mintues. So i waited for about 15 mins while my perishables were in the car. While the one clerk tried to upsell a credit card the entire time. So i just left because they have zero customer service skill. And i never posted a review untill now. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE. Just a heads up.

Left 3 requests to have someone to call me to discuss about my business loan status, but never received any calls. I even went inside of office but it was too busy to meet the rep so I left my contact info AGAIN and even Branch Manager personally came to me and said, "I will make sure that he call you today to answer your question" but still no calls. I just opened my business account with BoA and If this is how they are going to treat customers, I am going to consider switching to other bank.

If I could give this BOA a half a star I would. It is the slowest BOA in the Untited States not only are they slow but they have the worst service as well. I do not recommend this Branch unless you want a headache.
