Nathan is the very best. I have had several experiences dealing with Nathan with my parents policy as well as some friends looking for better coverage at a reasonable rate, he has never failed to disappoint. Zero stars! Customer service is a joke. Jessica is a liar and full of excuses. We received a notice back in December that our current provider will not be renewing our policy. I asked several times what I needed to do and was assured that they are working on finding us a new policy and not to worry. Jessica just informed us today that they found only one match that will require a four point inspection by 4/1. This should have been communicated weeks ago. Not one week before. We have been with this agency for 12 years and never even filed a single claim. They dropped the ball once before in 2020. Should have fired them then.
