I had such a great experience here. I was needing guidance in how to fix my credit and how to start the process of purchasing a home and Bobbie was such a great help. She is so sweet, patient and very informative. I definitely recommend her. She is wonderful!

I would like to commend the manager and staff of all of the branches where I have visited, though my most frequent visits are at Semoran and Grant. Courtesy, efficiency and smiles make me, the customer, feel like a person rather than an account number. I want to single out Evelyn Solorzano, who most recently tended to me regarding a wire transfer which required extra work. Evelyn was patient, communicated with me, and was generally very accomodating with me while we got this difficult matter put to rest. Keep it up, people.

This is the location that has been here forever. The staff is always super nice. It gets busy at this location because the next location is so far away. I think fairwinds need more locations. I've been using Fairwinds for over 20 years. I'll never go to another bank

Bonnie helped me replace my lost debit card she was very kind and helpful and made a other wise mundane task, enjoyable. The process was very efficient and i got my new card within 10 minutes of walking in there no fee. Also i feel i must complement her office as it was very beautifully decorated in origami art.

I watched my friend write the check 20 mins before I got there. They wouldn't cash check saying it was already mobile deposited.. went to other branch, they said the other branch didn't enter check number and cashed it. Sad nobody knows their job anymore.

I had a wonderful experience w/ loan officer, Bonnie W. She was so kind and efficient. I handled what I needed to handle in under 20min and left really happy. Thank you!

Everyone at this branch is wonderful! Monica is always so helpful and smiling always eager to assist with any problem or issue. Mrs. Bonnie is a delight and wonderful to talk to. Marc, Keith, Ana, Joseph and everyone behind the teller counter are always ready to help everyone who comes in. Especially during the pandemic they have kept a wonderful attitude and continue to preform maximum effort and service.

This bank is like family have been banking here for over 15 years. Bonnie and Monica are a delight and they take their time to answer questions and take pride in the community they serve. Ask how your family is, remember your name and I trust them to handle accounts properly. I have seen the team members show kindness while still enforcing banking policy even when folks are difficult. Now during Covid 19 they continue to work through drive through and I always know the customer experience I can depend on.
