I have honestly NEVER had a home loan handled as easily, as quickly, as professionally, or as well as with Teri Harper, the Branch Sales Manager. She was extremely knowledgeable and from the first moment I contacted her, I knew she cared about me as a person. In addition, Shawna Briner, her assistant went out of her way to follow through to insure all the documents were promptly obtained, in order, and acceptable as submitted. She even contacted me on her day off to schedule the closing! Martha Burns, the Processing Team Lead, completed this team of professionals. She was extremely helpful also.
