Adam Swenka and his team are professional, thorough, and transparent. At no point did I feel like I didn't know what was going on during the process. Buying a home is a stressful process and there are a lot of milestones and benchmarks in the financial proceedings. Despite this fact, Adam and his team made that seem like the easiest part. I would definitely recommend Flat Branch and the Adam Swenka team to a friend. They're easy to work and Adam goes out of his way to answer questions, talking with me as late as 10PM on a Friday night and all day throughout the weekend. Adam really does enjoy putting people in houses.

Adam and his team at Flat Branch were great throughout the entire process. With the market as crazy as it is, it took us a few months to find the right property. Even after going under contract once and having the contract fall through due to inspections, Adam and his team worked with my realtor and myself to reset and try again. They did everything they could to get me the best rate possible, even as rates were climbing on an almost daily basis. They were prompt and courteous in all communications. Once we were under contract, we had to move quickly for closing, as I was selling my home at the same time.
