We were satisfied with the results of our loan although there were some confusing times now and then. Michael would guide us through it and get us back on track. There were some communication issues at times, and only one small bump in the process but we were satisfied that in the end, everything worked out and didn't cost as much as we were expecting. The team was very good with record keeping and we experienced no issues with the underwriting although certain aspects of it were a bit overwhelming at times. Overall, we were happy with our experience.
