But even before than, Jack's team sat down with us and explained how to get our finances and credit score lined out so that we could actually purchase a house! I talked to Bruce three or four times in total throughout the process. Additionally, due to some kind of mix up I had to pay an additional $1975.00 to close on my house and wasn't informed of this until less than an hour before signing closing papers - after I had already wired the amount on my closing disclosure the week before. Thankfully, I had just gotten paid and was able to use my entire paycheck to get closing to go through. The other staff members that I worked with at Gershman were pleasant and in contact throughout the entire process. Due to this and despite only speaking to Bruce a handful of times, I was aware of where I was and what was needed as the sale proceeded. This is reason for two additional stars.

Clifford and his team worked very hard to get my VA loan approved and we had some hurdles but Courtney busted her butt and due to all the hard work they put in we are now homeowners. I worked with Andrew Langley and all his support staff at German. Andrew gave me some very good advice while negotiating a new roof with the sellers. Ultimately the advice he gave me resulted in insurance/closing costs being lowered and I got a new roof. I didn't have a single interaction with Andrew or anyone else at Gershman that was anything but helpful.
