While there are many mortgage companies out there; some that say they cater specifically to Veterans. I can assure you, none care more for Veterans than Fairway. I worked with Kyle Benedict and his assistant Ashley, and they provided phenomenal service and guidance. The entire loan process took just under 1 month, which I think is pretty fast. I was pre-approved in just about 12 hours! Kyle and Ashley guided me every step of the way, and were both very responsive communicators. When it came to locking in my loan rate, Kyle laid out various options for me and explained the pros and cons of each option. When I had questions about possibly adding a co-signer and about how much to put down for the down payment, Kyle was extremely knowledgeable about the various options available to me and provided a useful education on both subjects. My favorite service Kyle provided was a brief 5-minute, personalized video that went over my closing disclosure line by line. This level of personal attention just can’t be beat.
