This is by far the worst experience I have ever had working with any business. Val should be retrained or fired period. She did not email us the documents we needed to have for closing, she did not email our realtor the documents, SHE WASN’T EVEN PRESENT AT OUR CLOSING. Cheryl is the only one that seems to know anything or do anything at this establishment. Waiting for our closing appointment, a woman walked in and said “I want to speak to a manager,” waited for 10 minutes, and then left out of frustration. A woman working at Executive Title of Florida laughed to one of her colleagues and said “It’s funny because we don’t even have a manager.” This place is completely unprofessional, lacks a sense of urgency to get things done, and is beyond difficult to work with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!

My experience was absolutely terrible. To start, please see the attached text exchange that Cathy Judson and I had (super unprofessional) the day before closing. This lady is absolutely unprofessional and a mess. My real estate agent couldn’t reach her to confirm a location and time. She acted like we should have known were to close, even though she never discussed it with us. On the day of closing, she rushed me through my signing and told me if we weren’t done in an hour I wouldn’t get the keys the same day. After all the paper work was signed, she literally said “you’ll get your keys from whoever has them” gives me a promotional key chain and lets me leave. We came back for the keys, and she had them, along with a payment booklet from her sellers for the HOA. Fast forward a week, when I realized that the Title company was suppose to send in a check for a credit card pay off but never asked for account information. I had to call and remind her she needed my account information. The check is suppose to be sent next day or same day of closing.

Efficiency and time management seems to be a struggle for this title office. I would not recommend or do business with them ever again.
