Just a great experience start to finish, especially entering the holidays and trying to find a place in a competitive market with other buyers, they were really on top of supplying myself and my realtor information. Everything they needed from me was very concise and to the point. One piece of advice I can give to any borrower is to just have your documents ready so the lender can better serve you. We just finished our refinance with AZ Home Loans, I had read their reviews before we started and they were all good. I can see why many people liked them, they are true to their words. I was not the easiest person to work with. being 83 yrs. old and not real savvy with sending documents on line. They were very patient and did explain each process with me. I do recommend them to anybody wanting a refi. they saved me well over $150.00 per month. AZ home loans is a class company

I locked in my interest with another lender. But, their response to my concerns were horrible. Meaning they would take for ever to respond. And when ever they would respond my issues were not address. As with AZ home loans was the total opposite. Thank you AZ for helping me so efficiently .

They were very professional and always reaching out to me to see how everything was going. They would go out their way to make it happen for me. No matter how late I would send a text message or email they always got back to me really fast! Before AZ home loans I was working with other lenders and my experience was bad so bad that I wanted to give up because I found no hope of buying a house. The other lenders were not willing to help me with my case and they would qualify me but the loan amount was not a good loan amount and they would tell me a high interest rate and thanks god I did not accept any offers with any other company because AZ Home loans really did help me in getting the best deal. He got us our pre qualification quickly set us up with the realitor company and got us on our way at looking for homes..
