This employee helped us with a very serious issue, after we had reached out to two other people at Desert Financial who did not follow thru on this issue. She was wonderful and helped us get it solved. Giving the 5 stars to her, but not to Desert Financial. They have failed us several times in recent year,after being members for years. Thk you Tae Whittier for your professionalism.

Tasha is amazing! I had issues that Tasha resolved immediately and professionally. I have worked with her previously at another branch, and was so excited to work with her again at this branch. She's a keeper!

Just the worst! A rag tag excuse for a financial institution. They will constantly place holds on your deposits unless u come into the branch. Very limited phone support ability and hours. They cost me $99 on a fraudulent transaction dispute they mishandled by forwarding the entire case to a 3rd party company name "Stripe" that denies the claim. I came in today to a teller window with candy wrappers and a chewed straw. Unless u like to exchange your hard-earned money for time spent with incompetent excuse makers!

Always great Credit Union ,any and all Banking and my Mortgage is handled there, BUT IT STOPPED BEING CUSTOMER FRIENDLY WITH A NEW ATM PROGRAMED DIFFERENTLY TO THE BANKS LIKING NOT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES, they changed the ATM machines that waste paper on too many receipts per visit and you have to reinsert your card for more than 1 transaction per visit!!! Stupid new programing ,I've requested it be changed back to no avail. It's supposed to be customer friendly and quicker transactions not SLOWER and cause lack of info,NO ON SCREEN INFO ,TONS OF PAPER PRINTED OUT 1 THING AT A TIME THEN REINSERT CARD!!!!!! .PLEASE REPROGRAM ATM MACHINES AT RAINTREE ASKED 3X!!!ADMIT ERROR ALREADY!!!

I came to this branch without identification, I was worried I would not get what I needed. The manager was extremely helpful and understanding. I have to say, I left there getting everything I went in for. Great customer sevice at this location!!!

I went there tonight to make a cash deposit at their atm. Their atm ate the bills and did not credit my account, all I got was a slip saying there was an error. There is no number to call, nothing. All I have is a tiny slip of paper saying there was an error. If I have an overdraft because of this, I'm going to be livid. Not going to be able to sleep tonight, thanks for making a single parent's life that much harder.

Wow. PAOLA IS A ROCKSTAR. Im a fairly new Az transplant and have been searching for a bank replacement bc my bank is nonexistent out here! I had a ton of questions about possibly opening a future business loan and about opening a new account. I was so pleased with the help I recieved over the phone w Ms. Paola, that I decided to make an appointment to physically come in. She is seriously a god send!!! She is extremely knowledgeable, understanding, accomodating, and super patient--everything you need in a 'banker,' esp if you have 1,001 questions like I did! I would highly reccomend her and I will definitely be working with ((only)) her in the future. She deserves to be acknowledged for her amazing service/putting up with my questions... and others could learn a thing or two from her service skills.. Again, Thank you so much!!!

Don't do business with Desert Financial. They have zero security for your funds. Had all my funds accessed by an unauthorized party over the phone with DF customer service. Thousands of dollars gone in a few minutes. DON'T do your banking with this company! They don't care about your protection. Although the staff might be friendly and try to sell you on the local bank Kool-Aid... This is not a place to bank.

Slowest drive thru ever. Back of the check is signed and says, “For Deposit Only” Separate 3 X 5 card says, This Check is “For Deposit Only” Teller asks, “So what are we doing with this check?” 6 minutes later, “Is this going to your checking account.” No other cars in the Drive Thru. We only have a checking account, and the account number is on the back of the check. 5 minutes later, “Here is your receipt.” How can it take over 10 minutes to make a straight deposit?

I am very happy with the service from Desert Financial. Ihave bern a customer for over 20 years.noneed to change, accurate and efficient and pleasant also!
