Over the last few months, I had been thinking about refinancing my mortgage to get a lower rate. I highly recommend On Q Financial and their Staff, John Williams Specifically went above and beyond with us till we got the house we wanted during this Market housing shortage. He got me the Pre-Qualification letter in less than 48 hours, After I had an offer accepted on a house, John immediately began the process and he was communicating day and night, Explaining the process in details, He was always available to answer my calls anytime (Sometimes late at night), I have a complicated pay Structure at my Current Job and this wasn’t easy for him to get me approved, I got discouraged at the beginning but John always have an alternatives, His experience and what he can do is amazing, When he call over something that it might not workout for the loan he’ll give alternatives and other options within your Financial ability. John was very caring and i didn’t feel for a split of a second that i was just another customer for him. I had the pleasure of working with Ken during my process of buying a home. Ken was very engaging with me and extremely helpful in helping to explain the the old thought of needing a full 20% down payment was not necessarily true in today's landscape. Ken walked me through, very patiently, different scenarios of down payment amounts, understanding PMI and the options I had throughout the process. Most important to many people, the process took under a month and with the ability to digitally sign most documents and I was kept updated along the way on which step I was at throughout the process. I was able to secure a great rate and just can't express anymore what a great experience I had with Ken and his team every step of the way.
