evolve Federal Credit Union - Gazelle Dr Branch, El Paso

It's been such a pain trying to close my account as they charge overdraft fees for almost anything. Also a pain you can't go in person and have to wait on the phone, should have switched long ago.

Customer Service is bad. I don’t get paid till after 5pm when all other coworkers get paid at 2 AM. Lame. Couldn't help a brotha out. Smh

Great customer service! I have all my auto loans with Evolve and they offer great interest rates. I also purchased a warranty for my BMW which covered all my repair cost when it broke down on me once. Mike Arzate helped me with each and every single one of my loans and is a great helper and walks you through everything you need to know. Overall great Credit Union.

To bad I can't choose less than 1 star because Evolve is horrible horrible horrible financed a motorcycle with Evolve due to the great rate. Great rate not worth it, have to put $10 to $20 a month in to another account because there are fees etc. Can't make payments online. You have to go to one of their locations and stand in line for a teller forever to make a payment. Every time I have gone in to a location most of the staff is doing nothing while customers stand in line waiting for help. Pay off quotes are a joke, will only send in a email to a customer. Won't put anything on letter head, and won't send anything to a dealership. Paying off the loan today and closing all accounts. Thank goodness that I never have to do business with Evolve again.

Excellent costume service. Car loan aproved in 1 day. no needed to go to the sucursal everything over the phone and emails. Fast. I can't understand the 2.8 rating. Costumer for more than 30 years.

Very bad experience with customer service . I’ve had an issue and been wanting to speak to a supervisor, no one is ever available , nobody answers. The ones who do answer are extremely rude , for example Ivonne, instead of helping their customers they always try and fight and tell you and I quote “ I don’t care about your finances” If you missed a payment she will call you everyday to let you know and harrass you but when you need something they won’t call back or care to help…….. this bank needs to rethink their customer service and it shows just by the reviews they have.

Had a horrible experience with an evolve employee, Veronica Jara. We've had in the past gone in person and specifically explained to them and my husband told them that since I'm the one paying for the car to please give me info if I need it since we dont get paper mail or electronic mail with our monthly balance. She wouldn't give me the info by our email that they have on file. Over the phone she refused to help me even after my husband talked to her. Very unprofessional lady!

I've read the reviews for this bank, and am unsure as to why there are so many negative ones.. I guess I should be thankful, but I must say I have never had a bad experience.. everything is always explained to me in great detail and costumer service is great. They've always taken their time with my husband and I, and have been so helpful. I'm glad I have my car loan with Evolve!

Are you kidding me? 9 dollar fee per month for not meeting certain balance(for me and wife so thays 18 bucks a month)? They've changed their policies a few times on their checking accounts and this time I'm just out of patience for them. I took my business elsewhere... one time I asked about their credit cards and the customer service person did not know anything about the product she is supposed to offer. Just said you have to call them and find out (apparently it's a 3rd party service) Also now in order to get a fully free checking account I can't make any transactions on the drive thru. I have to go and do it manually on a machine because they also have eliminated their live tellers. This place used to be good and now it has turned I to a joke. I closed all my accounts.

This review is based on the employee Rosanne. She is a loan banker and she is the absolute rudest individual. Very unprofessional and I am appalled by her behavior. Firsthand witness to her being super rude, not polite, ignorant, etc. to an elderly couple. I highly recommend not going to this bank and especially not talking, interacting, or dealing with this lady.
