I am very grateful to Veronica Gomez. It is not usual to find a woman seller, in a local area where "machismo" prevails. Veronica is not only knowledgeable about the Buick product and its features, but she also made me feel like a valued customer. Becky from the Collision center is awesome she goes above and beyond to keep you informed about my daughter vehicle. I was having issues with my insurance and rental she sent updates to the adjuster when it was hard to reach them. I understand that they have to do their inspections and parts are slow to come in. I want to thank their team. I definitely recommend them just remember to be patient and work with them. They are providing a service be thankful that they can fix your vehicle at a time like this.

I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation. I had an issue because all the wheels have locks that we don’t have a key for. They were able to locate the key and take care of the issue without bothering me at work. Everything was taken care of within a couple of hours, including a car wash.

One of the worst service departments I hace ever seen. Specially when you spend almost 70k into a brand new truck. It has being two days and my truck still at the dealer to correct computer issues and by the way I have a rental that I’m paying because the dealer do not have loaners. Even when you spend 70k in their dealer and the vehicle is factory defective. Once I receive the truck hopefully tomorrow I will trade in and never used Casa GMC again or any Casa dealers.

Horrible service. We thought they would be reliable since they were a dealership… wrong! They tell us it’s gonna take 2-3 weeks and ends up taking 3 MONTHS! there was an issue with the trunk not opening. We called everyday since nobody there wanted to give us updates. We got the car back today and STILL the truck isn’t working even thought the “mechanic” said it was fix. Save yourself the trouble, DONT GO HERE!

(Insurance claim-Body Shop) It took 2 months for me to get my vehicle back. No communication on progress ever during the two months. I had to call to get updates which were always contradicting. In the end, I had to take possession of the vehicle unfinished. They were supposed to have replaced the tonneau cover and tint the windshield. They tried to order the tonneau cover the day I was to pick up and wanted to keep the vehicle another week because they failed to schedule the tint. Total lack of customer service and a failure of leadership and vision. Never offered any apologies just thanked me for “my patience”.

hey took three weeks and they didn't fix the problem because of the one I took it, according to them, they didn't do anything and as soon as it came out, they did the vibration in the brakes again

Every time I go for scheduled maintenance on my vehicle I end up waiting to be attended 15-20 minutes. The waiting area needs improvement. The couches are dirty and the t.v. Is always off.

Super easy. The at fault party’s insurance set it all up, paid for everything (except the extra insurance for the rental) and it was done in about a week. Excellent work, I think they even cleaned our floors and the car was washed before return! Great experience out of a not great one!

Disclaimer: I have not left on the road yet. We brought our vehicle to the repair center a few weeks ago. We were told incorrect dates for when the repair would be completed on three occasions. The staff is friendly and courteous. However, the degree of accuracy for the status of our repairs was inflated and made it very difficult to determine how long the repair would take. It took about 9 days past the initial estimate to get our vehicle back. I spent around 1,200 dollars in hotel fees waiting for them to finish a 1700 dollar repair. I would only recommend this body shop in a pinch when time is not a factor. They appear to take on so much work that it is hard for them to keep track of it. They do good honest work and affordable repairs. They treat you like your problems are important to them. However, they struggle keeping track of them. Keep in mind they have alot of customers and your vehicle is not necessarily the priority. You will get what you pay for. What you save in department efficiency, you get in affordability on your repair. They work well with insurance companies and have a basic no non-sense approach to fixing your vehicle.

Bad service falls advertising I called to ask for 2500 truck we confirmed the price at $79280. They asked for a $1000 to hold to just come in test drive and sign. When I get there he tells me from 10AM to 5PM, when I got off work the truck was marked up at $85550. The picture is the proof at what we had agreed.

Daniel Martinez always does a great job. He not only takes care of our GMC Yukon here in El Paso, he also helped me with my daughter's Buick in Fort Worth. She is at TCU and her water pump failed. I was about to pay to have it fixed and he informed me that it was still under warranty. He researched where I should take it in Fort Worth to be diagnosed and gave me information regarding getting my towing reimbursed. He goes above and beyond his job. I will never change service locations or our service representative. After working with him for over 15 years, I consider him a good friend. It's people like him that make it worth going to the Dealer to have our work done.

Hector Roman was our salesman he did an excellent job showing us various trucks and giving us information on each of them. This helped made our decision more more quickly. Furthermore once we told him how high we wanted our payments to be he showed a can do attitude. The financial manager was very knowledgeable, we had not bought any warranty services other than for repairs, but she explain without being pushy about the gap warranty. We were very satisfied with their customer care and appreciate it. Also the man in charge of showing us various of the features inside the truck once we bought was very helpful as well. Had I knows that the service center in El Paso is so terrible I would have never bought a gmc. This is the 3-4 time we take our truck to be serviced there and they take weeks to even look at any issues addressed. Not only is that bad but they don’t even have the decency to communicate. No customer service. No deadline no communication on their behalf. If this is the case I should have just stuck with Ford. Will have to consider this soon because this is just ridiculous. Hopefully one day we get a call on when the truck will be ready. One can only hope.

I have been receiving good service on my Canyon for 6 years but this time I had bad luck with the service advisor I got. I had to constantly be on him to get updates on the truck as he wouldn’t answer the phone and would take 2 hrs to “check in with the techs.” He also over charged me 4hrs of labor at $135/hr to replace 2 sensors that cost $37.

very bad service. I took my truck because I was having some problems. When I went to pick it up I saw that it had damage to the passenger mirror. I let them know and they told me they were going to order a mirror. They never spoke to me to let me know if the mirror had already arrived. Two weeks passed and I had to talk to them to find out what was happening. supposedly there were no mirrors available. It took another week for the mirror to arrive then took the truck to service for the exchange. After two months they changed the mirror ... I was driving and the mirror cover flew off. I came back to explain what had happened and the person assumed that it was not their fault because it had already been a long time (two months). the truck has no damage that could cause that. I explained to her that no one has worked on the truck besides them. She told me that she couldn’t do anything because it was not their fault and that she was going to talk to her manager to see what they could do. I told her that I wanted to talk to him personally to explain what happened. after talking to the manager he said that they will take care of the mirror cover. He told his employer to take the information so she could order it and that they would let me know when the part has arrived to take the truck and install it. It has been 7 business days and I have not received a call or a text back to explain what is happening

Saw an online ad for a 2016 Honda that was for sale. It had a bit over 37000 miles. It was practically brand new. I was planning on giving it to my mom as her surprise birthday gift because she was driving around in a PT cruiser that had over 140,000 miles on it and wasn't too reliable. I told the manager what I was planning on doing. The online sales manager told me the car wasn't available at the time because the owners used it as a trade in on a new Buick. He saw that I was very interested in the car and kept me informed on it. When the Buick for the owners of the Honda came in, the online sales manager called me to tell me the car was there. I rushed over, looked at the car and purchased it. The manger was able to have the car ready on the day of my mom's birthday. Because of work of the sale manager and staff at Casa Buick, the car was ready in time for me to give it to my mom. My mom loves her new to her car.

Came in to purchase a GMC Terrain, Salesman Brian was very helpful and a great person Overall good experience. UPDATE: after realizing that Soraya Holguín had added multiple insurances in the final price (without making it clear that the final price was going to drastically increase) we've been trying to contact her but she is docking for about a week now, i wonder why... It's sad that she acted so friendly in person telling us to call her if we ever needed help or had questions. They apparently benefit a lot from people giving "good" reviews since everyone knows the shady tactics they use. I will most definitely never return to this dealership, and i would never, ever, recommended it to anyone for any reason. I would rate zero stars if possible.very disappointed.

The only person that is very helpful here so far, it has been the salesperson, Adrian Marmolejo. The financial officer never returned a call or email when I had a question for the extended warranty. When I called in again, i was transferred to Finance office and was told that i was going to be contacted by somebody, when i asked for a timeline to receive that call i was told that it could be 30 minutes, two hours or a few days; two weeks later NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME, anyway, i got my answer from the sales person who answered the phone at the first call attempt. a month an a half later I'm calling to find out what the status of my registration is and apparently ONLY one person handles that and 4 hours later that person or someone from that office has not returned the call. i have called again and I've been put on hold while they find out where my registration is. I have purchased many vehicles from many dealerships before and it is fair to say that these folks at Casa GMC are the WORST I've dealt with when it comes to returning calls to the customer. as i was writing this review, i got a call from the salesperson to give me a status of my registration. i said it once and say it again, the salesperson seems to be the only person who cares about maintaining a good PR. would i recommend Casa GMC as a whole: NO; would i recommend the salesperson: YES

My fiance and I came shopping for a new Buick Encore GX Select. When we got to look at one, we saw the MSRP on the sticker was around $27k. The salesman told us they add a $3k markup due to the market shortage. So after he sat us down to go over the prices, the MSRP price on the paper was over $34k... And then on top of that they added all of these unnecessary products, like paint protection, that all add up to another $1k. With taxes and everything, the car came out to a total price around $38k!!! This car is NOT worth that much! Carmax sells used ones with very low miles around $29k. I'd rather save the $10k and buy a used one from Carmax lol. The salesman was also VERY confusing! The whole experience was a huge waste of time. Never shopping here again.

So disappointed with Casa Buick. Bought a 2020 Buick Enclave. Financing was a joke. Was promised another fob. Went back and they said it was lost in the mail. Went back again after they said they had fob so it could be programmed. When I got there I was told that the computers were down. Never called me even though I had an appointment. Went back the next week and the man in the service department was unavailable. Was told someone would come to me to program the fob as I live in Anthony. Now three weeks later I am told they have a new locksmith and maybe they can get to it next week. 8 weeks now and I am no closer to getting my fob. I will never buy a car from Casa Buick again. Poorly managed.

We made an appointment with Ms. Veronica and as soon as we got there, she helped us and was amazing with us. She answered all of our questions and we were treated great. It was a very smooth purchase experience. The process was fast and I got my new car that same day. My kids are still small and tend to get a bit restless, but they were never looked at wrong and instead were offered popcorn and we were even fed for free. I definitely recommend Casa Buick and without a doubt would purchase any future cars there.

I visited this store looking for a used SUV and I got great service. I didn't get to the buying stage be ause it wasn't what I really wanted. I want to find the perfect SUV and I know it's out there. I would like to say though that they are patient and friendly. This is the same experience that I had at their Casa Ford dealership too. Nice place to car shop!

My experience with the service managers, the mechanics, and the staff period was amazing. They explain the problem enough that give you an ease of mind that they know what they are doing! They do not try to push you into a new car or try to make you trade in, but they do give you every option possible for you to choose the best option that fits your family. I had a lot of issues that other dealerships. Went in here and a gentleman helped me they found exactly what I was looking for for the price range I was looking for. They were extremely willing to do everything they could to help me out. The process didn't take very long on their end. This is probably the best car buying experience that I've ever had. In the past I've had where salesmen try to Mark the vehicle way up past the actual evaluation of the vehicle, I've had it where they lied to you about the vehicle and the issues that it had. This dealership was straightforward told me everything showed me everything didn't hide a single thing didn't try to Mark the vehicle up past the evaluation of the vehicle. It's sad when a company can't do the bare minimum to show it cares. When a product driven off their lot causes a life-or-death situation - and a simple phone call would've sufficed. Lug nuts surrounding one tire were not tightened at all. On a brand new car. Bought off the Casa Buick lot. Driven by elderly couple purchaser on the freeway soon after. Knocking noises were the tire hitting the car, it was so loose. Independent technician said they were lucky to be there, lucky the tire hadn't just come off on the freeway. So this couple tries numerous times to call you, Casa. You never return any of their calls. No communication at all. I'm a member of their family. Can't believe how ignored they've been after this incident. When we could've so easily lost them due to your negligence. BUYER BEWARE when dealing with this dealership. Thoroughly check the cars on their lot. And don't expect even a callback if things go wrong.

I left my car in for service, it took over a week before it was diagnosed, now it has been over 3 weeks and the car still in the shop waiting for the part to come in. Very frustrating to have to wait a month for car to be fixed.

I called and inquired about having my fuel filter and was quoted on the phone $130 out the door. I was called and informed that my truck had 4 recalls and asked if I would like them to action them. I agreed… upon picking up my truck I received a bill of $165. Not much of a difference… however EVERY SINGLE TIME I bring my vehicles to Casa for work, I am quoted a lower price thank what I am actually billed. I have purchased TWO 2020 vehicles and over $110,000 from Casa and received absolutely ZERO priority or regard for their business. Both have needed work, and then needed work again because of the lack of work done the first time. I received ONE free oil change and that’s it. I’m my opinion, Casa doesn’t care about their customers, and doesn’t put quality work into their vehicles.

Great work performed on my vehicle but took way too long to replace the transmission. Between the extended warranty (MAP) and the 3rd party providing the transmission to the extended warranty and then Casa waiting almost a week and a half to start working on my truck after receiving the replacement transmission took a little over two months. Not happy at all with the timeliness of the work but the work itself was performed correctly.

Been coming here since 2014. Good service but the labor costs are now crazy. Ridiculous pricing. The part for my vehicle was $170 which is the price everywhere, and the labor came out to almost 6 times that's amount (approx. $600 in labor) for a grand total of $825. I had an appointment at 7am to have the fuel sensor/gauge sender replaced. It took almost 11hrs to have my vehicle ready. What's the point of having an appointment if you're going to gouge the hours to charge more. BEWARE OF EXTREMELY HIGH LABOR CHARGE. Update: Dropping to to single star rating. Had the same issue 2 months later. Again, made an appointment first thing on a Saturday morning, only to be called that afternoon to be asked if they could keep it till Monday because they didn't get a chance to check my truck. Come Monday, no one called. When I called at 3pm I was informed they still hadn't done anything to my truck. Defeats the purpose of having an appointment. Chose to just pick my truck back up without any work being done to it. Service here is getting worse everytime.

Probably not coming back, used to be great when it was Crawford. Now that it’s Casa there is less personal feel. They were so backed up, i’m sure they won’t miss me or my business. I had called the day before to make an appointment. I was told that they were busy that day but if I came the next day they were wide open and should be able to get in and out no problem. That was a lie. The person I made the appointment with a supposed service rep wasn’t even there, I was passed off to someone else who didn’t care. Even with having an appointment it’s still took three hours for an oil change. The oil change was overpriced, are used to pay $45 or $55 but this one was $65. I had to go out back to find my truck which it already been done for I don’t know how long but it was just sitting there. After that I went into the office which nobody was in and found my keys with my paperwork which I had to bring to the front desk myself to cash out.

The experience when I joined my parents to purchase their new vehicle a brand new truck(their dream truck) was a very pleasant one. It was a smooth process and we were treated very well. Enjoyable buying experience from start to finish with Mr. Hector Roman that took the time to show my parents different trucks and explained the features to meet my parents needs. The dealership’s finance manager Ms. Soraya Holguin was very nice and explained everything in detail. Overall we are very happy with the service and would definitely recommend anyone to go in. And glad to see my parents happy with their new truck! 😁

I purchased my 2011 GMC Sierra at Casa Buick back when it was Crawford and on my last 2 visits it has been under the Casa family of dealerships. Same great experience I've always had. Wade, Michael and all the staff in the maintenance department are great. Staff is friendly regardless of the department.

Check your contract carefully. Almost got charged $9000 more than advertised price. Was told used vehicle would be certified. Contract said as is. Do not trust verbal promises, doesn’t end up on contract. Baby boomers beware. Some of us are way too trusting I’m most situations. We did receive apologies for the overcharge but still keep a watchful eye.

I dropped my truck off on Monday May17th 2021 because my steering whee kept seizing while I was driving. My service advisor Derek called me the next day and said my power steering pump went out because they found metal shavings in the fluid. Which is what the diagnosis was. I was advised that the part wouldn’t be in until Thursday May 20, 2021. I figured since I had an extended warranty for my pickup that it would be best to let them fix it and pick it up when it was ready. Well, it was ready on Friday May 21, 2021. Cool. I picked up the vehicle and it was driving fine until, you guessed it, the steering wheel seized on me AGAIN! After speaking to my father, who used to be a service advisor for another dealership, asked me if they had ever checked the rack and pinion for the vehicle. To which I said, I don’t know. So I let the weekend go by and I called the dealership again today, Monday May 24, 2021. I advised him that because it was diagnosed improperly and I had paid money I didn’t need to pay, I was not going to pay a dime for this repaid because it was their fault that it wasn’t fixed properly the first time. My service advisor Derek was cool and worked with me through everything. He definitely went above and beyond his scope of work to make sure I was taken care of. I requested a rental on their dime because now I have to leave my truck for another possible week and I don’t have a vehicle to drive to work. I was told that they didn’t have any. To which I responded with, you need to find one because I’m not leaving until I get one. This is not my fault that you didn’t fix the vehicle right the first time. Derek again, did everything possible. His assistant manager on the other hand, don’t remember his name, said to me, “well you can drive the truck, I doubt it’s going to mess up while you’re driving it”. My response; can you guarantee that? Can you guarantee that my steering wheel won’t seize when I’m going 60mph down the highway? If you can, I want that in writing. He says; “I can’t guarantee what’s going to happen 30 seconds from now.” To which I replied, exactly! If you can’t guarantee that this vehicle is completely drivable, what makes you think I’m going to drive it in the current condition. If it’s completely drivable a want to know that you’re going to take care of all of my hospital bills, paying off my truck if it’s damaged, which is to include the possibility that my son and wife could be in the truck with me along with a camper. Are you going to pay for all of that? Again if you are, I want that in writing. At the end of it all, I was able to get a rental and I was able to guarantee that all was taken care of without paying a cent out of my pocket again. Long story short, customer service of my Derek was impeccable. The customer service of the assistant service manager was absolutely atrocious. His arrogance and lack of empathy for a vehicle that was “fixed” one time already with no result is beyond anything that I’ve ever experienced. Be careful going here without covering your butt. The assistant service manager is arrogant and definitely makes you question why the dealership even deserved your business.

I have taken three cars for repairs after auto acciednts. Each time the cars have been delivered with no issues and looking like a new car. The service there is exceptional. The paint and repair shop representatives are very freindly and helpfull. The Manager Frank Granados goes out of his way to insure everything is what I expected and if anything is identified as needing to be looked at he will personlly get involved. If you are looking for a shop that does a professional job and treats you like a friend go here. Its hard to find a good shop that you can trust their work and enjoy dealing with their staff. I bought a used truck from Frank back in August. They were incredibly helpful getting me a good price on the truck. They even let me put money down to reserve the vehicle in a market where trucks are sold before they hit the lot. Had the story ended there I would still be very pleased with my experience here. Unfortunately that truck ran into some unforseen issues. After about 5k miles the truck was making noise and the mechanics found significant metal shavings in the oil pan and sump screen. The fix was a new engine and at least 7k out of pocket for a new "used" replacement engine. I brought the truck back to Frank and Hector and explained the problem. They helped me pay off the truck and got me a great deal on a replacement. And I mean a great deal! They went the extra mile to help me when they had no obligation to do so. Soraya, the finance lady, took extra time to make sure we got the best rate for our loan. She even helped explain several tips to save ourselves money on the loan in the future.
