Horrible customer service! Her name was Elvia and honestly has no knowledge in tools,even expressed her personal opinion on what she thought something should be worth and not the market! I bet if you bring a hammer from Walmart and bedazzled it she would pay double.

Anytime I go into this particular Benny’s location I am greeted by all the staff working that day. They offer fair prices and are easy to work with. The store is clean and well organized for easy browsing if you feel inclined to purchase something. Ingrid, Elvia, and Manny are great employees and should be recognized for their customer service and hard work!

Most people know that I have to constantly pawn my stuff in order to get through the month. Pawn shops like Benny's have knowledgeable staff who are also very compassionate when it comes to having to part with intrinsically personal mementos. Thanks to them, I get to make another week without problems.

First of all I would like to thank Bonnie!! She was a great sales associate and was very helpful. She made sure we were updated and was very thorough with our paperwork to make sure the would be no problems. We will definitely be back. The store was very clean and had a variety of products to help all needs. If you haven't been you should definitely go see what they have Thank you again!

Went in to look at jewelry for the holiday season and was helped by the manager. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgable about the items in the store. It was so early the sun hadn't even risen yet and she was still very patient with my husband's need to see every item in the display case. At the end of the day we walked out with presents for all of the ladies in our family and could not have been happier with the results. Highly recommend!

The other representative that Has helped me in the pass is Manny and other girl with a ponytail which I don’t remember her name , but they are always friendly and kind. The other day I was looking for a gift and I went to this location to check it out see if I could find anything. As I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly worker (Elvia), she was very nice and helpful. I ended up getting some jewelry at a great price. Would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a gift at an affordable price and with great customer service.

I decided to post a review after visiting, buying and more importantly saving hundreds if not thousands of $$$ in just a few visits. I've purchased Gaming systems, musical instruments, a laptop, sport equipment and home improvement equipment as well. The staff is friendly, bilingual, very helpful and keeps Covid protocol in place. The store is clean and well organized. I would recommended to anyone looking for quality, great condition products at a very affordable price.
