    Ask for Eunice! She was my rep and she was great She set expectations on what the process is like, I wanted a specific color and certain features she called me when it was available to order and when my vehicle would come in. Had a great experience! Told up front they add no additional fees, markups for product availability. When it came time to sign it was exactly like she was said. The whole process was quick and painless. Definitely recommending them to all my friends and family.

    The dealership has always been great at servicing our vehicle. This time was no exception. Our vehicle was in for a timing belt service and a recall. The advisor even told me that they could fix the issue with the "Check Engine" Light. I was even surprised that they got all my services done in one day and was able to take the car home the same day. While I understand that this may differ, I was very pleased with being able to take it home the same day. Thanks for your hard work, Hyundai of El Paso!

    Called 3 day's in advance for my appointment it was for 0900 for just a simple oil change. As I was traveling through. I was in line at 0815. They said they couldn't find my reservation. I tried to give them my confirmation code. They didn't care. They made a complete new reservation. It took them over 3 hours to do my basic simple oil change. Which takes no longer than 45 minutes. I've been with Hyundai for over 10 years and I don't buy used. This is hands down the worst dealership I've ever been to in my life. I asked if they could do something to make it right and they said no..

    We went to a couple dealerships before this and we did not feel comfortable. In this place everyone was nice and friendly right away and very accommodating. We highly recommend it. My husband traded in his car and we were given an excellent deal. We are very happy and satisfied customers! 😁

    Was marked as a "drop-off" instead of a "waiter"even though I was escorted out of my car and into the waiting room. I waited from 10am to 3:20pm before asking if my car was ready since I was afraid they tried to call my phone when I had no service in the waiting room. My car was already done and I could have overlooked the wait if they hadn't taken off the WRONG TIRE from my car and placed a donut onto it without asking me first. I asked for the driver front tire to be checked out because of a bubble and they removed my rear driver tire because of damage that they SOLD TO ME. They said it was probably more concerning to the technicians and they couldn't place a donut onto the front so they just did it to the back instead. If it was THAT concerning, why did they SELL it to me with the damage (warpage, they say) instead of fixing it before we drove it off the lot? I've gotten to 10,000 miles on that tire with no issue. The kicker is that the paperwork says "advise" yet no one asked me anything they just DID. They told me they'd order the tire and it was going to be $179 for one tire on top of an $85 oil change. I told them I would be going elsewhere because of lack of communication and disregard for the customer. I had to pick up my daughter from school, otherwise I would have stayed and had choice words.

    Dealing with Sam in the service dept was great! Very cordial and easy to get along with. They replaced the cluster but I still don't know if it's going to fix our problem. I love my Hyundai.

    I've bought three cars now from this dealership and they are simply the best in the business. The sales staff is courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and never pushy. They'll bend over backwards to get your deal closed. I'm not even joking. Ask for Orlando, and he'll treat you right. On top of all that, the vehicles are just quality and luxury through and through. After your first Hyundai purchased at Hyundai of El Paso, you'll never go back to anything else.

    My car was scheduled to be serviced on Monday, promised by Wednesday. There were no updates. I had to call and text numerous times. I requested to speak to a manager and kept getting sent to voicemail. Their service representative staff is very unprofessional. They stopped answering my phone calls and sending me straight to voicemail. I’m being inconvenienced because they are keeping my car longer and claim they don’t have any loaners. That’s not my problem. No one has provided me with a solution. If there are 3 technicians and one is out sick, one of the others need to service my vehicle. I am truly disgusted with they way they conduct business.

    First of all and ridiculously there is but one Hyundai dealer in El Paso,Texas. Seriously. I scheduled my appointment sometime in December, I believe, and couldn’t get in until February 8. At the time I made the appointment I asked the guy how long something like this would take, which in my case was a simple software update, and he indicated I would be out of there easily in less than an hour. When I pulled up to the dealership this morning before my 9 o’clock appointment it already looked like a parking lot. Long story short I sat for two hours before my car was done and that’s only because I had to go hunt down the man assigned to my car because he never responded to two text messages I sent him an hour and a half into the thing asking for an ETA despite the fact that it was he who texted me initially and said anything I wanted to know make sure and text him. I will say that everybody was very nice except maybe for the first guy who took my keys and met me when I drove up. If he’d smiled it would’ve cracked his face but I chalked it up to what clearly became evident was that they are all super stressed and overworked. Because of Covid they could only put 10 people in the waiting area most of whom had their face mask down under their nose. What’s the point if you don’t cover your nose?! In any event, I really hope my car runs well because the thought of having to go back there to get anything done is not something I look forward to. Aside from being totally unfair to the consumer., it’s just not fair to the workers either who have to deal with 20 appointments all scheduled for the same time. I mean, come on people!

    My spouses car needed to be serviced and the advisor was the least helpful person I could imagine. We've been awaiting since April 18 for them to take care of it. All along the way not anticipating any charge because the vehicle is under warranty. They tell us it's a 500+ charge because the part wasn't under warranty. We tell them nevermind we'll take care of it elsewhere. They call back saying it's okay it's under warranty. All good then the advisor decides to tell us days after that they needed the registration. We ask if the old is okay because we hadn't renewed since it needed to be fixed. They said okay. They call again saying no it has to be registered 🤦 if I could I'd give them negative stars. What kind of service is that. Mind you we're extremely inconvenienced because we're still carless. 0/10 go buy a car elsewhere

    It’s the best experience so far I have had concerning automobiles. I have dealt with many car deals throughout my life and there is no comparison. This is by far THE best experience. Joel Acosta was so very caring and careful to help with all the way through to the end. we were pretty much the last persons there because it was so late but he worked diligently the whole time. thank you mr acosta. and Sergio in finance was the most efficient worker no exaggeration by far i have experienced. he went above and beyond. when i left i said i wish i could hug you!!!!!!

    My first experienced at Hyundai Maintenance was horrible today. I spend almost two and half hours for my vehicle to be ready. When ready, I went to pick it up and no oil change was conducted. The lady at front desk had to apologize for something that it was not her fault. She sent my vehicle back to get the oil change and I had to wait another 30-45 mins. No reason to be called themselves Car Care Express. Waiting time: 3.5 hours with an appointment. People need to value their customers. Very disappointed with Hyundai maintenance.

    I used to have a 5 star review when Angel was our service agent: courteous, went above and beyond, and honest. I had to change it to 1 star after we got Arturo as our service man. He was straight out trying to hustle us, and told us they had to do a carbon flush on the car when it didn’t need to. Never did he ever tell me on the phone that it was a suggestion, and he made it seem that such task was needed to be completed to fix the issue with my car (which was only a broken spark plug). Straight out they were going to charge us ~$650, and I ended up paying half after we talked to the manager about this guy…still very high price. He went ahead and mentioned that it’s still a high price due to 2 hour diagnostics; however, that issue is detected immediately with their diagnostics machine. Anyway, so the vehicle was going to be ready on Friday afternoon after we got off the phone with them, and I went to pick it up the next day in the morning, he told me the car still wasn’t ready and that I still had to wait or come back later. When I came back he handed me the keys, however he didn’t even leave the car ready to go it was pretty much stuck between other cars and I had to wait another 15 minutes for the cars to be moved, all the other times I’ve taken it there the car is ready to drive off and not stuck (it kind of seemed he was upset with us for calling him out with his manager). I believe this “service” person is bad for Hyundai’s business, they should look into training him, or teaching him better service practices so he doesn’t try to hustle people out of their hard earned money. I won’t be going back to this service shop, and I used to think very highly of it.

    My palisade service was due and I love how right away they register the vehicle and in about 3 hours it was ready. They order parts that need to be replace due to a recall and overall great service.

    They couldn’t meet the timelines that they gave me over and over. I called multiple times throughout the week and had no rental car to give me for the inconvenience. Then when you Google the part that need to be replaced it was $20 and get your bill for $267 so how much are you getting charge for labor to change a thermostat? That was just one of the small fixes such as a coolant flush. The whole thing was super inconvenient and took way longer than it should’ve. I gave it to them on a Saturday and they didn’t even give it back to me until Friday night at like what 6pm…and for the low low fee of $1500 dollars I got a fist pound when I could finally drive off with my car.

    Bought a "TOP OF THE LINE" 2022 hyundai Palisade back in Nov 2021, went to use the a/c for the first time this season, and it was hot air. Waited over 31 days for them to see my vehicle. Dealer said I need to pay $500 for parts and $600 for labor out of pocket because a "ROCK" hit the a/c condenser and it won't be covered under warranty. Had to pay $100 for them to give me back my NOT FIXED vehicle, because of the consultation 😂Took it to my mechanic and said yes condenser is damaged, but if I get it fix problem will most likely happen again due to serious design flaw. Will be getting it fixed with my mechanic and getting rid of it!!! DO NOT PLEASE DO NOT BUY A HYUNDAI.

    Made an appointment for 1030, and wasn't greeted until 1050. Maintenance service, nothing big, but requested an Uber, since they cannot offer loaners like they used to give me. Service advisor said Uber is down, and wait till system is back up. I checked my phone App, is working normal, but waited 30 min before reapproaching the service advisor. Said system was still down and asked if I could get my own and deduct difference from my service bill...Manager came in and said no. No reach back from advisor or manager 30 minutes later. Service took 2 hours, but serviced with the wrong oil. Just so disappointed with they level of professionalism, because their service ran so much better before. Now it's nothing but excuses.

    I recently bought a Hyundai Elantra SEL 2022 for my sister. Even though I went as a co-signer for her since she doesn't have any credit the car was placed on my name, and they put her as the co-signer. I explained to the sale representative that I wanted the car to her name, but it appears it didn't matter to them. All I got was that my credit was very good around 800 and that is the only way that I could get a good deal. They tried to give me a financial loan by Hyundai bank of 8% APR. I told them that I would get my bank to finance the car and they fix the APR to 5%. I I was told I had to leave a deposit in order to get a new car. I agree waited patiently for a month and the day the car arrived I was demanded to get to the dealership and signed the contract. I told them I was at work, and they told me that I had to get the car that day if not they would sell it to someone else. I reminded of the deposit, and it appear that the deposit did not matter. I had to speak to the manager to fix the issue which he was plain rude. Sale manager at time of contract would not give me a total price for the Car and since its electronic they would constantly remove the iPad where we were signing the contract when I started asking questions. Very unprofessional experience overall.

    Customer service or satisfaction is non existent when having your vehicle serviced here. Poor communication, zero organization and no sense of leadership. We’ve had the same poor service done for years and unfortunately there hasn’t been any improvement. No point in contacting management as well, voicemails go unanswered. Wish there was another Hyundai in the area.

    Was told 2 recalls to be addressed. Turns out there was three. Who knew. Kept my vehicle for 5 days with 0 updates. Some kind of push rude man trying to fix windshields before you ever even get out of your vehicle in the the service lane. Uncalled for. Vehicle was complete and never received a call.     I just recently bought a new car with hyundai of el paso. The purchase process was nice, but I had to take my car for the tire warranty that I purchase, they said they fix the tire but 3 days later, I had a flat tire, same tire, when I took it to another tire shop we realize they never fix the tire. I trusted them my family and they end up not doing a thing. Now I am stock with a warranty not sure is worth it.

    I had a poor experience a an individual who had us wait over 3 hours for an oil change. The gentleman looked annoyed we were interrupting his chill, and said since he didn’t speak Spanish, we’d have to wait for someone else. I’m not too sure how this affects an oil change for which I’m not required. The gentleman in question was wearing a Steelers beanie and said since we had an appt, we’d only need to wait two hours instead of four. Afterwards a nice technician told us he’d help us and we could not leave that place soon enough. The 5 star review comes on account of Tommy, service manager getting back to us and walking us through a good feedback experience

    I took my car to Oscar Leeser’s Hyundai of El Paso because it is pretty close to my home. My 2019 Hyundai Ioniq Sel hybrid has a few issues. 1) check engine variable flap light is on. 2) the air defroster won’t change mode out of defrost mode. 3) the wireless charging pad will no longer charge my phone. After over 1 month with my vehicle, none of the issues have been resolved. The service manager says they will order the charger pad. The service advisor who wrote up my ticket doesn’t return my call or give me updates on the progress of my vehicle. I travel alot, so my girlfriend has to go to the dealership to get confirmation that my vehicle is ready for pickup. When she picked it up and started going home, the check engine light came back on. She returned the vehicle back to the dealership, where it is still sitting. I am not very happy! Their customer and vehicle service sucks to the max! If I do not get any resolution, I will report them to BBB and get legal help concerning the Texas Lemon Law!

They said they would have me out between 1 to 2 hours. 2 hours later and I’m still waiting, they told me they are barely about to look at my car now. Super unprofessional. Give them a call, most of the time they’ll drop the call or put you on hold and then drop the call. Stay away

    Had my car for almost three weeks still trying to figure out if they are going to fix it with all the law suits and recalls there trying to say it’s my fault first thing there main office ask do you have a lawyer just fix the car and I will finish paying go back on warranty I go back on paying it. Try and call them never answer your calls I know three other people now who is getting engine replace because of there engine problems.

    The Service Department is horrible. They don't back up their work. Same problem for 4 years and other than my service associate/advisor. The team is Garbage. Tommy the manager refused to check up on my car or offer a solution when the associate was off, he passed the buck. And when I tried to speak Nathan, Mr Leser's son in law, he's never available and doesn't return phone calls or texts on his work phone. It leaves a customer regretting buying a Hyundai and I've had mine for 10 yrs. It was my first and probably my last.

    I wasn't in the market to buy a car that day but I was shown an extremely good deal. And the salesperson Tyrese was very good at his job as far as making me aware of features and what I would be gaining. I joked around with him in saying that he talked me into it against my will. But I absolutely love the choice that he talked me into. LOL The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me choose between the two vehicles I was looking at. The finance manager helped me get the lowest price and the best possible terms for the one that I chose.

    We bought my mother's car in 2014. I have had issues with the service ever since. To the point that we stopped going to them for anything. Then we had to go due a recall that needed to be taken care of. Setting up the appointment was a breeze and Marco was wonderful! He has completely changed my opinion of the service department. In fact, everyone we encountered there were friendly and helpful. As long as Marco is there, I will not hesitate to bring her vehicle back for service. Thank you, Marco.     I took my car in for regular service as per my pre-purchashed service plan. Despite having a scheduled appointment, everyone in the scheduled appointment line was made to wait while drive-ins without apparent appointments were attended to first. I waited over three hours for what essentially amounted to an oil and filter change. I was then texted an hour after I left that they had overlooked the required tire rotation and asked if I could return. This has been my worst experience. I expect better.

Made my appointment for 9:30 got there 20 min early in case of anything, it took them 45 min to even talk to someone because there was no one at service desk except for a lady that was trying to help everyone.2. i was told car would be ready by 1pm, checked by 1:30 and they said wait another 30min, after 2 hours of waiting i go talk to service department and im told somehow i have a damage tire and was not holding air on my brand new car when it was in perfect condition when it went in and that it would be $118 for a new tire that would take 5 days to get there. Told them just to put air on my tire and when i asked for my car i was told they still had not started after almost 6 hours!! When i finally checked it was 5 pm and no one told me my car was ready and parked up front 🤯!!! Then lady lied and said reason they took long it was because i said i was picking it up the next day when i showed her the email that i had stated i was going to wait for my car since it was an oil change!! To finish it off when i was already home with my car they called to let me know my car is ready to pick up!!! 🤯🤯 I was already home with the car!!!! And its been 3 days since the service and guess what I DONT HAVE A FLAT TIRE!!!! Its fine and holding air!!! I thought it was damaged!!!! Even dough i have free oil changes im really thinking just taking the car elsewhere!!

    I used the online portal to make an appointment with desired service. When I arrived it seemed like doing that was pointless because they asked me what services I wanted. After mentioning that I had made an online appointment with everything I needed I verbally told them what I needed in but when I picked it up all they had done was an oil change, tire rotation and recall correction. They didn’t do the service package based on mileage, check the brakes or fix the check engine light issue as I had asked. Greatly disappointed.

    We visited this dealership this week looking for a vehicle with a third row seat. Henry Aguilar, our salesperson, was ready to help and show us our options. He listened to everything we wanted in a car and made some great suggestions based on our family’s needs. He was very respectful the whole time and he made us feel very comfortable with the whole process. Unfortunately, the vehicle we wanted would not be available for a while and we needed to have one much sooner. He kept in constant communication with us to let us know about vehicles that might become available in case we were interested, but he was never been pushy or rude.     I will say one thing about a specific employee there and its Niri, I personally think she did a damn good job with helping me get the vehicle that I specifically desired, and ofc there were times ranging from 1-2 months of no contact bc of the car I wanted being sold so quickly but with her reaching out to me out of her own memory knowing what car I desired from Hyundai made me think this is a really good person and definitely when it comes to helping costumers get what they want be it ASAP or even down the line, and just a lil bit of patience can go a long way.     I had purchased the extended warranty on a 2012 Sonata and the car started having issues with the starter and controls on the steering wheel. Took the car in to my appointment on 4/10/2021 at 10:00. Sean took in the car, called me Monday with a diagnostic report, Sean took care of the warranty claim and I picked up my car on 4/13/2021 with both issues corrected and fully covered by the warranty. Outstanding!!! Fast forward a few months, We took in our 2020 Elantra for an oil change that was pre-paid when we purchased the car, oil was changed and the service advisor Alma was able to take care of two safety recalls and a wash. The car was finished an hour before the estimated time! Very pleased with the service!

    The Service Department was fairly quick however, the service adviser that I had contact with did not go over ANY paperwork that was requiring my signature. No return via text message so I had to find the advisor and request more work for my vehicle. The Sales Department is excellent especially when you’re sales person is Ms. Janet! I would advise everyone to request her when trying to purchase a new vehicle.

    Made appointment for 11am. Asked Alma how long the oil change would take. She said I should wait no more than an hour and a half. I said I would like Uber ride home. I texted her at 1:30pm and no response. I called office spoke with Cynthia she said there was a mix-up and my car would not be ready until 3:30pm or 4pm. She offered an Uber, I accepted and my car was ready by 4:16pm. Needless to say very disappointed. Alma never acknowledged me or apologized. Had to add one star in order to post.

    I scheduled an appointment and went in for prepaid services: oil change and tire rotation. I was told that my vehicle had a recall for something with the computer and asked if I would like to take care of that also, to which I responded yes. I was also asked if I would be waiting for my vehicle to which I also responded yes. I was told that it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Well, 3 1/2 hours later, after watching many people that came in after me and leave before me, falling asleep in the waiting area and then standing around staring aggravatedly into one of the service rooms, someone finally asked and checked on my car. I was told that they were just finishing up and about to bring my car. I finally got my vehicle only to realize that after scheduling the appointment to include a tire rotation, giving my coupon that included the tire rotation, and telling the guy that checked me in that I needed a tire rotation, they didn’t do my tire rotation. I waited four hours for them not to do the work I requested.

    Service takes too long. They take excesive amounts of time to service a vehicle, if you're not dropping your car off, expect to be waiting around for 2 hours. The text messaging to let us know that the vehicle is ready for pick up is ok for when you drop your car off, but if you're literally in the lobby it's really inconvenient and unnecessary when the employee could just let us know in person.

    Called in two days in advance to make an appointment, arrived on time and the service advisor tells me it’s still a 2hr wait time. Seriously? For a simple oil & filter change only. Decided to leave after waiting for an 1.5hrs only to get a message right when I walked through the front door that the vehicle was ready. Had to drive all the way back and picked up my vehicle. Courtesy wash on exterior looked like they wiped it down with a dry rag. Customer service level definitely needs to improve.

    This morning was a long morning for a simple oil change (per the warranty package). They noticed a nail in my tire before they took it back and assured me they would take care of it... as also is supposed to be checked during the service. Fast forward nearly 2 hours later, they bring my car back and thankfully I asked about said nail... go out and check it... still there. Another hour later, thankfully the nail didn't puncture and I finally have my car back. So I'm curious, do they actually check everything they say on the sheet? I am impressed that they noticed my back wiper was missing the blade (came off in the wash)... so there's that.

I was outside waiting for more than 2 1/2 hours while my car had ready within the 1st hour. Very disappointed. If Rachel would only treat women the same way she treats men then I could say she had great customer services. But unfortunately it was not that way.

    The personnel assisting me with the vehicle was exceptional. Provided updates constantly and was very courteous. That being said, to schedule an appointment expect about a week out minimum. Then when you drop off your vehicle expect it not to get seen for another 3-5 days. I am still having the same issue with the vehicle and if I’m able to schedule something soon will be the 3rd time taking it in for the same problem.

    Google maps is really tripping out this time. I was stuck in traffic in front of the business, I didn't go in recently. Seriously my main experience here was with the service department, namely Marco. With the recent recall there was a bunch of smoke and mirrors and a week or two without our car and the expense of a rental so they could get product wear and testing data and finally tell us that our 2016 was it covered by the TSB or did not qualify for the repair. 0 benefit to us as customer. Delays, hurry for us to bring the car in, no concern for them to get it back. Only one tech , mechanics out sick all real problems, but all at once ? Really? Funny thing the car does consume some oil, but other than a few little plastic parts inside the cabin, it is a good road car. I still believe in the brand & the dealership would not have their high rating with out some merit . Our experience with the service department was considerably below the hype.

    Asked the service rep to provide a full inspection on my suv and came out with a $500 bill! Five days later the brakes on my suv are making a very loud squeaking/squeal noice when the report did not indicate a problem with the breaks or anything major. They know this condition is high risk of brake failure! If this was not identified in the full car diagnostics I requested, then what happened?!!! My car was in the shop for 7 hours!!! I advice people to test your vehicle before submitting surveys.

    So earlier last week I had gone for an oil change and left. Not to mention that oil change took over 4 hours to do. The following day I opened my trunk to get things out and noticed a tiny light bulb in the trunk. I thought it was strange but thought nothing of it. Fast forward to this week, I had the weird feeling my brake lights weren't turning on. Well...they weren't. They were working fine before I got it serviced. I finally put two and two together that the light bulb found in my trunk was my brake light bulb. As I opened the trunk and compartment for my tail lights, I come to see both bulbs taken off the plug,clearly they've been tampered with since I do not take my car to be serviced anywhere else. Now I'm not auto savvy so I don't mess with anything in my car. I TRUST that the people that service it will look over my vehicle. In this case, whoever serviced my car took out my brake light bulbs, even removed one and let my car go back to me unsafe to drive on the street. I went driving at night with no brake lights. I could have caused an accident or been pulled over. So be careful getting your car serviced...even from big name dealerships. Something shady happened and I am not going back to have my car serviced there. Thankfully I went to ANOTHER DEALERSHIP (Cadillac) to have them fix my taillights after Hyundai dropped the ball. They did a great job of fixing up the mess Hyundai's service team left me with.I know it may sound ridiculous but check your car from time to time especially if it's serviced at Hyundai. This was not the first time I've had an issue with them. I had even contacted their service people about my brake lights and told they would get back to me. They never did. If the service is like this...my next car is not going to be a Hyundai.

    Great customer service! I was looking for a certain vehicle in a certain color and Jesse made it happen. The dealership was extremely busy on the Saturday I bought my car, but everything was thoroughly explained and I never felt rushed. Eric in the finance department had the paperwork ready for review and signature and made me feel like I was the most important customer that day. However, i find out to leave the car off Gabe to come back in several weeks and even with an appointment it would tame a week before of hear back on what they find. I understand there's not much they can do about the wait time to get in: however, once in, why does it take so long to get looked at and repaired?!

    On my service appointment 02/26/2022 related to most recent recall they took way linger to complete service as promised instead of a 4 hour appointment they did not complete service until 5pm 02/28/2022 forcing me to rent car so I can work. Of course I asked for assistance securing a rental and was told by service advisor good luck finding a rental on a Saturday, very disappointing as they were known for great customer care. I work as a home health nurse so is not like I can call uber to shuffle me around town to complete my home visits. Of course called Enterprise and they were able to provide rental within 1 hour of my reservation. I'm not a happy with them.

    Great purchasing experience on a new Santa Fe. The car died after 6 days of use! Tow truck took it back to the dealership on a Saturday, and it has been 3 days with no communication to what’s wrong with the car. 3 days of us calling and leaving messages with three different managers! We had to get our sales rep to help us and only then someone told us they received the car and will work on it. Go elsewhere it’s obvious they’re only customer friendly on the purchase. Once they have your money, you are S.O.L. Not my kind of business.

    I must say I was really impressed and satisfied with my experience at this dealership. I didn't have an appointment and just walked right in. From the moment I pulled up to the moment I left, I had someone there to assist me. Jeff the salesman wasn't pushy or aggressive and made it happen with model and color I wanted. Finance manager was down to earth and did what he could to make my goal monthly payment possible. Compared to a very recent experience at a different dealership where they played loud music and tried to distract you with food and beverages while they run your credit without your authorization and try to get your spouse to fill out a credit application as a "formality", this place is definitely the one to go to if your looking for a new vehicle. Straight to business and meeting your wants and needs is how business should be done. I only spent about 3 hours here and that was just waiting on other customers to finalize their deals.     Was there from out of town to have routine service done on my Genesis G80. They found two recalls that needed attention so they ordered an UBER to take me to my in law's home. We received the car back washed, as a courtesy, and all the issues and routine services completed. Great place!

    I love Hyundai of El Paso once again. But yes I did have some issue with them in the past. It didn’t go very well. But they have fix all the issue and made everything right again with me. I am happy to say I am fully back with Hyundai and very happy. I got my dream compact truck/SAV. 2022 Santa Cruz limited AWD. They gave me what I want for my trade in. made it work. They help me to get in my dream car. I can’t thank them enough. Janet is the best. I always ask for her. She is the only sales person I’ll go to. Anthony and Thomas were so awesome. There my A team when I go to Hyundai. I trust them while heartily. I can’t say thank you enough for all of your help and understanding And patience.     My appointment was at 1:30 PM for a Oil change ONLY. I arrived at 1:10 PM and I was not taken care of until 1:40 PM. At that point a service attendant came to me and told me that I needed more than an oil change which, included a rotation of my tires. I told the service attendant that my tires were brand new, as I had just bought them two weeks ago. I told her clearly that I only needed an oil change. It took them 2 1/2 hours to complete a simple oil change. I was very uncomfortable because there was no water, the vending machine was broken and the lobby chairs are very uncomfortable. I was not prepared to be there for over 2 1/2 hours so, given the fact that I am a diabetic, I left the lobby in a hurry once my car was finally serviced but, I was dissatisfied, disappointed and very frustrated that I had to wait that long with no consideration at all for my health or my time. There are plenty of places that you can just drive up to get an oil change in less than 30 minutes and at least, they provide water.

    Auto zone could have given me a free read out of the codes and told me what the problem was . You sent my car to Buick who told me what codes showed and corrected the problem without calling me first.and charged me $203. You had told me that you or Buick would charge $89 minimum for the analysis. We took the car to you because you sold us a plan to cover repairs. Buick said you never mentioned said plan. The plan says to call administrators to assure repair is covered. I would have had the repairs done elsewhere for less. I was ready to pay for the analysis, because of you I had to pay for the repairs without a chance to choose who did the work.

    I brought my car in for service and it’s been nearly three weeks. But that’s not why they’re getting one star. I understand that everywhere is suffering from supply issues and I’m understanding of that. The issue lies with the NO communication. The only time I have gotten any sort of update with my car is when I have called. And even then it has been very difficult to get a straight answer. I was told that my car parts had arrived and my car was being worked on, only to call back 3 days later and find out the parts had not even arrived yet! The manager of the service managers finally called today to apologize BUT that’s 2.5 weeks too late. This is ridiculous to make it so difficult to find out the status of my car. I am beyond frustrated and will avoid coming back here at all costs.

    Well shame on me for changing my review! They did just enough to be good until I changed my review. I give them the option of communicating through every outlet, but they don't respond to texts, emails, or calls/messages. They've had my car since January 3rd and my replacement engine since last week, but I can't find someone who can tell me what is happening with my engine. My advisor is off on Wednesday, so I know if my car isn't done today then I won't hear anything until Thursday...maybe. 2 months should put me at the front of the line to get my car fixed. I'm a sales rep who works from my car, I'm tired of having to get the run around just to hear anything from the dealership.

    Went into the service department because there was a nail in my tire. (I physically verified it and was losing PSI) Check in process was fast though vague. Received a text 10 mins after I checked in for a text feature with the service advisor. I replied and asked a question. Never received a reply from that service advisor( and I was there for about 4 hours). So the question begs….why send a text that says I can communicate with you via that text link if you are going to choose to ignore the text. Furthermore, after 2 hours of waiting, my service advisor emerges and feeds me a story about how the tire and wheel package I purchased for my vehicle does not cover the full cost of replacement because the tires On my vehicle have been discontinued and the updated version by the same company is more. He tells me that I will have to pay the difference. After two hours of waiting for “the technicians to make a diagnosis and find the nail” I told him to proceed though I felt that it should have been an issue between the dealership and the warranty department. I never saw or communicated with my service advisor again. Another two hours passed and a different advisor came to get me and says the work is complete. I ask him what was done and he was clueless, yet he had my service order in front of him. I hastily checked out as I was frustrated at that point. Not only was the communication between my advisor and myself sparse, I was told he had left to have lunch and was left in the hands of an advisor who was really just a cashier to collect my money. The only courtesy I received that day came from a very sweet pregnant lady at the service counter that inquired if I was being taken care of or if she could help me with anything. Otherwise, I felt very neglected and perhaps even discriminated against because I am a female. I felt that the service advisors felt they did not have to interact with me as a female client, perhaps they perceived that I might not understand what they were saying. Not that it has any bearing on the services I received that day, but I have 10 years + with a major US mortorcycle company as a Service manager, amonst other roles I filled. I was completely appalled by the level of customer service, the lack of in person communication, the lack of digital communication, and the lack of care or concern of one’s minimum job requirements “to take care of the customer”. If I had not purchased a tire and wheel package and an extended warranty when I purchased my vehicle brand new, I would be seeking service from another dealership (or brand), even if I have to drive a bit further for services. I would be appalled if this team was under my management. I would have rated the service one star, however, taking into account the comfort of the wait room facilities, the other pleasant people (not the service department) walking through the dealership, and that lively young pregnant lady whose name I wish I had asked for (I would hire her in a second), I rated this interaction 2 stars and I feel it to be generous. I welcome any further questions or inquiries about the service I received, but I feel I’ve been extremely forthcoming and honest about my experience. Perhaps a word of advice, treat people better and never assume the worst of a person….you never know who you are really “taking care” of. Sometimes all it takes is one impression…..you either get it very right, or you get it very wrong! These guys(yes they were male) need training and perhaps a reminder of what they were hired to do.

    The parts/service department is a complete joke. 1 star isn’t even deserving for the lack of commitment and customer value they uphold. Zero communication and zero organization is what you’ll encounter here. Don’t bother wasting your breath having a manager reach a solution either. I tried that route and neither the department manager or area manager responded to my voicemails. If they don’t care then I don’t care about being brutally honest. This terrible service has been ongoing for years. I’d never purchase from there again. I wish there was another Hyundai elsewhere.

    They took away "walk-ins" and made it appointment only. How do you have "appointment only" but still have multiple customers with wait times greater than 2 hours for an oil change (which takes roughly 30 min by yourself). Usually an oil change and tire rotation takes around 2 hours here, especially on a busy day. Although, how is it taking double the time, more than 4 hours, for this service to be completed? Very disappointed, and they market their "service coupon book" when purchasing a new/used vehicle. Do not buy it, just pay for it to be completed at a 3rd party mechanic shop every 3 months. Mostly because you have to devote a whole day without a car or staying in their lobby for an oil change due to these wait times.

    We took my daughter’s can for warranty repair and they took almost 20 days to get to the car. When they finally got to it they wanted 280.00 to do a diagnostic. We picked it up and took it to another shop because there was no guarantee that it would be covered under warranty, and if they took 20 days to just look at it…Huge waste of time!

    Very disappointed 😞. I noticed the car felt a bit strange during the first week. I addressed it, but was told it was normal for this type of vehicle as it is a performance vehicle. 6 weeks after purchasing my car, the driveshaft needs to be replaced. Really obvious that the issue was there prior to me purchasing it. You would think a place such as this would make sure they are selling reliable cars to the public. Calling to see if they could help me out was useless. I got the "you bought it without a warranty, and we're not liable" mumbo jumbo. Now I'm having to fork out $1250.00 to have it fixed. I could have bought the same car on Alameda for much less, but I figured Hyundai was a better option. I put my trust in their reputation and now I have a non drivable car with a backordered part that will take 3 months to arrive. 😞

    Making a large purchase like a car may have sounded like a daunting task, as it would be for most people, including for my wife and I. Especially considering the purchasing climate that we’re in right now…the idea seemed intimidating to say the least. It was an unexpected and untimely expense so there was a an added sense of pressure to an already stressful situation as we arrived to a mostly empty Hyundai car lot, save for some models in for service. Our nerves began to calm as we made introductions with Najib, our car dealer. He helped us find a car that hadn’t arrived yet because of some issues with inventory in transit, but the process was understandable and he was helpful in explaining this process regardless, and finding a fit for us, which was more centered on budget than model. He was kind and persistent with his manager to help us get into a price that we were comfortable with. He made every step easy for us and maintained contact via text message and phone calls as we awaited our car’s arrival after we selected it and it was on it’s way to the car lot. Thank you Najib for easing our tension during this process which we thought was going to be much more difficult. We do recommend stopping by Hyundai of El Paso on Montana if you’re considering a purchase and ask for Najib! He’ll take care of you.

    My daughter made her first big investment last month purchasing a 2022 Tucson limited. She special ordered it and we got a PRE-APROVED loan with our bank before even showing up to sign for the purchase. The manager Luis Flores and salesman Angel Cruz we’re both aware that we had this loan approval. They completely took advantage of knowing this was her first purchase and on the day she went to pick up the car they kept her there for over 7 hours waiting on paperwork and the financial clerk which I knew was excessive but since I knew how excited she was I didn’t intervene because again I wanted her to do this on her own. When we went to our bank to get the paperwork for our “loan” we found out that the salesman Angel Cruz (with his manager’s consent) went behind our backs and ran the loan through Hyundai knowing we already had our loan through our bank!! They checked our credit TWICE without our consent!!! We feel disappointed and cheated by these two individuals and the accounting manager (a female who never even apologized basically said “it is what it is”). I advise you NOT TO TRUST this dealership. I regret entrusting the purchase here and they have really opened my daughter’s eyes as to how these people don’t look out for the “customers” but for themselves trying to secure a bigger commission on customer’s behalf. They completely scammed us and now we have to refinance. Shame on you guys for taking advantage of people and betraying the trust when purchasing from the company you are employed by. It sure says EVERYTHING about your selling strategies and code of ethics BUT IT SAYS EVEN more about HYUNDAI of EL PASO. We will be reporting this to BBB.

    They’ve been good until now. They left something loose when they changed the oil. Went back and showed them video of what was happening and first technician said “oh s***!” They took it in and “fixed” it no charge. Figured the smell of oil would take a while to go away but a week later it’s still there. I check oil level and there’s nothing. No time to take it in so I’ve been having to add oil every few day to make sure my engine isn’t ruined. Hoping they’ll take care of it this time. 3rd time is a charm or 3 strikes your out. They fixed the problem at no charge. Apparently the oil casing was cracked during the previous oil change. Glad to see a company/business acknowledge their mistake and fix the problem. Wish they had more technicians to alleviate the wait problem. Hopefully more people will want to work. Thanks Hyundai.

    Horrible service. Waited for more than 40 minutes at the service station. Meanwhile all the workers were just talking and laughing. They finally asked me what i needed then the guy left and took another 10 minutes for someone else to show up. While the workers and mechanics were talking they were laughing and saying they didnt actually fix certain parts or couldnt remember. Extremely disappointed.

    Service rep was very attentive, and patient, however not very responsive when it came to returning calls and messages. Did have to leave a message with manager for call back. My car was 2 weeks in the dealership for warranty service. Service tech noted no actions taken, all issues were working as expected, car was performing with no issues opposite to reported by myself.however, the day after picked it issue was persistent did call service rep......no answer. Called service manager.....was going to get back to me, called him back....still no call returned. It is absurd to have a car 2 weeks to not find anything wrong and as soon as they return it issue is persistent.

    Took good care of the car and the maintenance done to satisfaction. The invoice didn't show a tire rotation, but a call to the service person explained that the complimentary maintenance included that in it. It did take over two hours (a car that came in for maintenance started on fire) was the reason for the long delay this time, but my previous maintenance stop also took over two hours. Hopefully the next appointment will be quick and I will be able to give 5 stars.

    Took my vehicle for service although running late to my scheduled appointment the service crew made sure to take care of my vehicle right away. They provided transportation to my home and back to dealership once my vehicle was ready. Vehicle was cleaned and detailed in and out.     Sam helped me out tremendously usually dealerships take so long when getting your car serviced for something besides an oil change, this time it was my battery that needed to be changed and they had it done literally the next day for pick up.     I have to admit I love my Palisade and I like Hyundai of El Paso but this last visit to get my Vehicle Serviced was terrible. My complaint is that I scheduled an Appointment at 8:45am, I was told that I did not have an appointment scheduled when I arrived so that I would have to be taken as a non-appointment and it would take 3-4hrs. I explained to them that I had an appointment at 8:45am and had made the appointment a week or more prior and had a confirmation and they said they would take me as one for 9:30 since it was almost 9:30 by the time they got to me and "FIXED" things. I had and have proof of my appointment confirmation, an Email from Hyundai Service still for 8:45am. My car took almost 4 hours anyway to get serviced, I left at 12:30pm from my service appointment. To me this means "NOTHING WAS FIXED" and I was taken as a non-appointment and that is very sad because it also means having a scheduled appointment obviously doesn't matter.

    My car was due for a service and I tried to see if the service department would make an exception and get us in at a time we were able to get someone to stay with our terminally ill son and no consideration was offered. When we took a chance today and took our car for service, we had someone to stay with our son, explained again our situation and was to it would take 2 hours. We went ahead and said to service it. I realized I left my cell at home and the number given was to my cell. I ask a girl at the information desk if I could give her my husband's cell number and she told me give it to my representative. She made no effort to help. Guess that was not her job. I have taken 4 car, purchased at Hyundai of El Paso and the representative always came to us to tell us our car was ready. Not this time, we waited over an hour and half when I asked about my car and he checked, came back and said it was ready. I rate Hyundai of El Paso zero for customer service, compassion, and courtesy. Additionally, the reminder I received said pick up and delivery option but was told only Genesis was eligible for that. Not what my reminder stated.

    Took my car in for an oil change, they found a nail in one of the tires which deemed it unrepairable. They told me they had a tire available to replace it with but they could not do the work since the road hazard warranty was not in the system. Took the car back with the paperwork for the warranty and dropped it off at 7 am and at 330 pm they called stating they did not have a tire to replace it with and needed to order it. The service light was never reset and the oil change mileage sticker wasnt updated. I am driving with the spare waiting on the tire to come in now.

    I waited 4 hours for a simple oil change. The fact that you need to take a day off of work to get an oil change is ridiculous. They should be charged for wasting my time. They’re getting paid to do a job and can’t even do that. I arrived at 10:45am. The service advisor came and took my information and keys. I was asked if I would be waiting or dropping off. I was told it would be about an hour and a half to two hours, so I decided to wait. I received a notification that my car was left unlocked at 11:02am from my Hyundai app. I received a panic alarm notification at 1:05PM. I assume this was to locate my car and move it into the service area. My car was sitting for two hours. Not one employee felt the need to communicate that my car would take longer than expected. Others who arrived after me were receiving their keys. I text the advisor to the number that I received a text from regarding updates or questions and never received a reply. I looked for an advisor and asked about the status of my vehicle. I was told it was in the air and oil was being poured at 1:45PM and that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I received my keys to my vehicle at 2:47pm. The manager was not able to explain to me why the service took so long or why they didn’t notify me of the delay. When I got into my car there was no sticker for the next service and the oil change notification on the car dash had not been reset. Do not go here unless you absolutely have to.

    I am absolutely thrilled with the attentiveness and the consideration and service I received from Tommy and David in the service department in El Paso. I bought my Kona in June 2020 and since October 2020 I’ve tried to get the brake lights fixed at Borman Hundai in Las Cruces. After 5 visits to their the shop - and a lot of time and money invested they did not resolve my problem and they made it clear the did not want my business — I was fed up and frustrated and I have been driving around for over a year with non working tail lights praying I would not cause an accident or get a ticket. So… I finally reached out to Albuquerque but I just didn’t want to make the long trip and possibly be treated the same as I had been in Las Cruses so I cancelled my appointment. I live in Alamogordo — and I really wanted to go to a dealer closer so in Sept I reached out to Hundai of El Paso. At that time I spoke with David and He scheduled my Kona to get the recall inspection done that was needed for my vehicle. The appointment was set for Dec 9, 2021 at 10 am. So I waited patiently— Unfortunately I had an event that came up on that day and I needed to be back in Alamogordo by noon. There was no way I could keep my appointment and be back in time so I called to see if I could get in earlier or to reschedule. I spoke directly to Tommy and explaining how frustrated I was with the previous dealership — He assured me I could come in early and they would get me in and out in time to be back for my other obligation at noon in Alamogordo. I have to say I was treated like royalty. I arrived and I was immediately taken in and greeted personally by Tommy - He and David saw to everything. They even assessed the situation with my brake lights. Came out and updated me on the status and even told me they had all the parts in stock to fix my tail lights - and that it was covered under warranty … And they resolved the problem— AND They did so in under 2 hours. I am so very pleased and happy with their service and I highly recommended them— their genuine concern and care for me as a customer is the best I’ve received in a long long time from any business I’ve dealt with.     I had never been to this dealership before to get services and the service entrance was confusing, essentially run like a Chick-fil-A line 😅, but once I got through that, everything was seemless. I had an appointment and was told my car would be ready around 3 or 4, but got the notification at 1:30 that I could come pick it up.     Do not take your car to El Paso Hyundai to get worked on. They tell you your car will be done in a certain amount of days and that is not true they kept my car for over a month and 3 weeks and nothing was even done to my car as the invoice States. Invoice claims they put new gaskets when actually it has gasket maker and all the other parts are still the same. If anybody else has had trouble with this company please contact me for I am wanting to take them to court.

    I dropped my 2013 sonata off here 2 weeks ago to have the air conditioning looked at and I have not received a call on its status, and I cannot get through to anyone in their service department to get an answer. I work too much to go in person during the work day, however unlike my last visit to this dealership I was told that in the meantime I had to rent a car out of my own pocket while I see my car sitting in the same spot everyday on my way home from work, not getting worked on. Couldn't really see my experience being much worse than this. No longer considering buying another Hyundai if this is how the aftercare is handled. I will make sure to advise my fellow soldiers not to be taken advantage of

Even after multiple days of me coming to ask questions. Best car sales person I have had the experience to work with. Tom in finance was incredible as well. I had to step out briefly to return our rental car and my wife(who has a cast on her leg) stayed because how inconvenient it would be for her to come with me, drop the rental and come back. He graciously had her stay in his office with him and told her stories while waiting for the financing to be finalized. All around a wonderful experience. I also have to add we are absolutely in love with our new Hyundai Palisade Limited. The features seem to be endless, especially in the safety department.     Honest review… paid for a used vehicle on a Saturday and was returning on Monday to pick up and sign for… First issue was I noticed a check engine light on so I asked to get it checked before I picked the car up. Sales man said no problem it probably was the gas cap… They must have cleared the light and when I asked about it he said it was a evap leak because of the gas cap but they tested it and it was fine… but not the case…. It was another issue that I have to deal with which isn’t the problem but transparency is the case. Second problem is having to wait 4 hours to sign a few papers to take the vehicle when I was told 1 to 1 1/2 hour wait. The employee that I was waiting for to be able to sign papers seemed to be back from vacation and was having visitors to ask about it and was giving souvenirs while I was waiting almost 4 hours. I have done a lot of business here the last few times I have done business here I have been really unhappy….
