They were supremely unconcerned as to why Wells Fargo would not wire to them. Spent an hour talking to Evergreen and they didn't see it as their problem. How do you like that? "Your wire can't be completed because your recipients' account is not eligible.", said Wells Fargo. If you were Evergreen wouldn't you want to know why Wells Fargo won't wire to you? These people take the cake.
