I don’t even know where to begin with Fairway. Rodrigo’s team is beyond remarkable. He went above & beyond to help me close within 48 days! He walked me through every step. Also, I remember speaking to him about 7 years ago about buying property. I followed the advice he gave me during my early 20s, and today we were able to close on an excellent deal. He’s very knowledgeable, business Savvy, and genuine. Him and his team will always be my go to for my future endeavors along with my family & friends. Working with Rodrigo was an absolute nightmare. He was pretty good at responding until I went under contract, then he wouldn’t answer calls. Emails he would take many days to respond if he even did. He gave me different numbers every time we talked. He was never straight forward about any of the costs associated. He said closing would be x amount of dollars and then the next week he was giving a different amount almost $2k more. And to top it off less than 30 days til close he said he didn’t have time for me and dropped me as a client. Very unpleasant to talk to. He would talk down to me and be passive aggressive with his commentary. Do your self a favor and look anywhere else. The fees for Fairway are also double of the other lenders I have dealt with.
