Ty Fiegel is an awesome good loan officer. I have used this company three times for home loans and Ty has done the last two. He is highly skilled and care s about doing the best he can for clients. Both times he quoted me a rate that made me happy. Within a day of receiving a signed application he locked a rate lower than the one he had already offered. You don’t have to work on him to get the best deal possible. He will do more for you than you requested. He has kept his word in every case as has everyone there. It is a long way from the old days of mortgage lending where you had to watch for a switch or change at the last minute. No more ridiculously high closing costs or paying your local financial institution an extra 25 basis points just to pass you off to an actual lender. This is your best deal and Ty can be trusted!

Connor did a great job with my jumbo refinance loan. I was told by numerous lenders that I would have to pay a higher interest rate because a portion of my income is considered self-employment income. Connor searched across dozens of the lenders he works with and was able to find a lender who offered me a 3.0% rate despite the complex mix of income sources. Connor stuck with it when the underwriters came back with questions and got us to the finish line. He was always responsive on prompt in his replies.
