Brought my Corsair in for its first inspection on a Saturday morning. They also did an oil change and washed it. Everyone was great and the wait wasn’t long at all. I waited in the lounge area and they kept me informed along the way. Will continue to service my car here. They always did a great job with my escape, and I’m sure this will continue with my Corsair.

My car sat at the dealership service department for a full week before it was even looked at by a service technician. Also the service representative never had a straight answer for me and always had to get back to me. I will be taking my car to another Lincoln dealer for any future work for my MKZ.

I went into empire Lincoln of Huntington today, in hopes after the 4th of July I would come home with a new car. I met with the sales associate Dominique L., who let me tell you all, she was the best person I have ever met with about looking for a new car.
