Capital One Bank W Jericho Tpke, Huntington Station

ATM not accepting both cash or check deposit.. This is not the first time within one month please acknowledge.. Your promptness would be very appreciated… Branches : Commack NY and Huntington NY.. Please remit

I come to this branch only because the Halesite and Greenlawn locations were closed. Who's dumb idea was it to close those branches? Plus, the branch is only open til 12pm when they used to be open at 1pm. Another dumb idea to shorten hours. Now, you have long lines, not enough tellers to cut the line down since everyone in the Huntington area has no choice, but to come there. I thought we were supposed to socially distance with Covid still an issue. Doesn't seem that way when you step into this branch. Plus, no one made the effort to post a notice on the branch doors to notify patrons that the branch was closed due to a Covid issue this week. A bunch of us stood there for several minutes before giving up and heading to the Commack branch and finding out the true story. Thank God I do my primary banking with Wells Fargo and TFCU. Even Chase is better staffed and has longer hours.

Words don't truly express how bad this process has been for me. In fact, contact me personally and I will let you know just how difficult banking at this capital one has been.

This ATM is out of service. take the card and come back the same thing happens the ATMs don't work the door won't open ??????!!!!!!!

Agree one of the most unprofessional capital one's i have been to. And its sad that the drive up window is never working. For those of us that a physically handicapped get the walker out in pain and have no answer as to when it will be fixed and just a smirk. Bad enough you closed the branch i went to in hunt village with a lovely staff and drive up window. Need a new bank.

This is the worlds SLOWEST bank!!! I have a condition where I am in pain all the time. I have to take my son to cash his check from this bank. I am sitting outside this bank for at LEAST 1/2 an hour each time I come waiting in pain. Right now as I’m writing this I have been waiting 45 min. while my son is getting his check cashed! Come on!!! Because my son is disabled he has his bank account here, they don’t charge him for his savings account. That certainly doesn’t mean they should have devastatingly SLOW service. There would be no way I’d pay for this slow service.

Staff are pleasant, but the bank policies and procedures are brutal. Look elsewhere for a bank where customer service counts.

Not one, or twice, three times the outside atms take my money, give me my card and said there was an error with the transaction

I dislike the idea of Cap1 closing all of its branches in the Town of Huntington to consolidate for this location. They've closed 4 locations in favor of this one. Luckily for me it's still relatively close to me. If I lived up in Huntington Bay I would have switched banks 2 years ago.

This may be one of the most unprofessional banks i have ever used. process and procedure changes daily . There is absolutely no consistency with any of the employees here, cant get a simple answer to any question you may have. THEY LITERALLY ACT LIKE THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR TO GIVE YOU , YOUR OWN HARD EARNED MONEY !!!! WHAT A JOKE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT. ( NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE ) Oh and btw close at 5pm HA ! that's a joke the entire bank is shut down by 4:45pm GOOD LUCK !
