Pleasant people with some nice inventory on their lot, but don't try to get a car you can't see with your own eyes right there. I was looking for the Ford Mustang Mach e. At first, they told me they located one at a dealer they trade with. Two days later they said they could not get the car. No problem. They suggested I order one and I agreed. I placed my order and gave my deposit. I called frequently to see when I might get the car. Finally, I get a call from my salesperson, he tells me "you will never believe this, the car came in on my day off and someone sold it" He was right, I did not believe it. Despite how nice they dealt with you, in the end, it seemed clear that they were neither honorable nor honest. Be careful if you are not purchasing directly from their inventory. I would not use them in any other situation.

Amazing experience. I called the day before and while my intentions were clear Kez and the team were prepared with a trade in value for my Jeep and I purchased this new truck all in one same day, time is very important to me and this was about as flawless and efficient as an end to end customer experience as you can draw up to buy and sell a vehicle in one day, would highly recommend Kezia Fisher and her team. The salesman Fred was accommodating and knowledgeable about the Ford Bronco and made the purchase process easy. Christina in the financing department made financing and finalizing the purchase the most stress free part of the purchase. Unfortunately, Ford Motor Company did a terrible job with communicating to reservation holders for the Ford Bronco 2021 model. They did not adhere to time stamp order and sold vehicles to late reservation holders before many 1st week reservation holders. Ford also did a poor job in communicating after the vehicle was built informing me why it took 3 months for it to be delivered. Built 10/22/21 and delivered 1/14/22. In all, Empire Ford was great, the Bronco is amazing, but wish Ford Motor Company treated me more personally and not just an order number.

Just purchased a 2022 vehicle and have to say everything went perfectly. Kez was probably the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. I needed to complete the purchase quickly and she followed up on any situation that arose. We got through everything in one day. And I simply drove in my old Ford and drove out with a new one. Couldn't have been a smoother transaction! I know there are always some people that have issues, but for me Empire came through with flying colors. Thanks!

Well, after waiting nearly two years for my Ford Bronco, Empire had a unit that matched the one I ordered except for the color. They gave me a fair price considering market conditions but kept in touch with me about a possible offer. Glad they did because I love my new Bronco

ALIGNMENT SCAM Do not get an alignment when you go to this dealer for service. There's a machine at the entrance that "scans" your car's alignment. When the service representative checks your car in, he waits until the very end of his conversation with you and then hits you with supposed documentation that your car needs an alignment. I had just gotten an alignment the week before so I knew it was b.s. I told the guy as much but said that I'd be willing to do an alignment if I could drive my car through the scan when they finish their work. No surprise that he declined my offer. A few weeks later I brought my car to my regular mechanic and asked him to check the alignment just in case. Yup, you guessed it, no alignment was needed.

I don't like leaving reviews like this, but I'm not sure what else to do at this point. This place is unprofessional. I was a serious buyer trying to purchase a Chevy Traverse from out of state. I literally stated that I wanted some questions answered so I could put down a deposit and arrange travel plans. I asked a handful of "easy" layup questions(i.e. non smoker?, heated steering wheel?, remote start? towing package? remaining tread life on tires, additional pictures, etc) that would have taken someone 10 minutes to figure out. They are advertising the car with factory options that it does not have(LPO code for floor liners throughout) or are missing. I've called for 5 days straight trying to get answers, and I'm still waiting for some of them to be answered. During this time, the price of the vehicle jumped $2,000, and they will not honor the original price from the day I reached out trying to purchase the vehicle. I would understand not honoring it if I was wavering for two weeks and came back, but this is literally a situation where I'm waiting on the sales staff to do their job and have called every single day. When speaking to the sales staff, it almost seemed she was annoyed to have to answer questions with the rude, short answers I was getting. I've tried to call for a manager, you get bounced around to random numbers and nobody can tell you who the manager on duty is. I've left messages for a call back with no call backs. Based on previous reviews, I shouldn't have been surprised that the pricing gets tacked on. If you are the manager of this establishment, feel free to reach out and try to salvage this, but I'm not interesting in taking a $2,000 price increase because your sales staff couldn't take 10 minutes out of their day to answer simple questions and send additional photos. I reached out first thing Monday morning, and price went up Tuesday afternoon. I have the text messages and screen shots to show the price of the vehicle at that time.

This was my first time coming to this location. I love all the cars there. However I decided to go with something else for a better price but it is very clean and organized. The car sales men are all very nice and helpful. They had some really great deals but I found something else I liked alot. If I ever need another car I will try to come back in the future. Thank you for your help and time for my car search. I will refer all my friends and family and whoever else might be shopping for a car. 🙏🙂😊👍

Still waiting for someone too call me as per the reply I received . No phone call and no side rails steps. They out right got a gift from me. Wrangler perfect condition in and out. plus MY SIDE RAIL STEPS I BOUGHT MYSELF. Now jeep wants to charge me other fees and not explain what other fees are!! Got to love these companies. I had rated them a 5 star but do to no response and the disgust of not even calling me back. Just unprofessional. .

I worked with Kezia who was nothing but a great help throughout the process. I had some unfortunate experiences with ford in the recent past however Huntington completely shined light on my experiences with the brand again. I saw a truck I was interested in for my husband, called to make sure the vehicle was available and it was. I went in and met Mike Daniels and liked the truck and left a deposit so my husband could see the truck. We purchased the truck and Mike Daniels and his team made this a stress free experience. I'm very happy with the level of service and attention. In today's climate with everything askew, this was a great experience. Thank you Mike Daniels. Leasing this 2021 Bronco Sport from Empire Ford of Huntington was the best experience I've ever had when leasing or buying a vehicle. We all know how painful the process can be, but not this time! Not only did I get the exact vehicle I wanted (during a time that's darn near impossible) with almost all of the features I was looking for, but the price was spot-on (we "mathed" ahead of time to make sure) and no haggling or hard sell from anyone at Ford. Our salesman, David Urias-Reyes, was polite, knowledgeable, helpful and had a good sense of humor too. He made us his priority for the day letting us get out of there on time to pick up our daughter and when we returned to finalize paperwork and take the car we didn't have to wait very long at all. In the past at other dealerships it was several grueling hours waiting in the lounge area and salespeople who tried to talk us into features we didn't need or inflate the price to the point of absurdity. I would recommend this dealership and specifically our salesman to anyone who twitches at the thought of going to look for a new vehicle. And the best part...the Bronco Sport is very comfy, rides so solid and I love the color!!!

Wow, what a smooth experience getting my 2019 F-150 Lariat. Sales (Brandon), Finance (Christina) and the managers at Huntington Ford were excellent. Just a no BS experience. My second car from Huntington Ford in 6 months and I will be back for service for sure.

Last week we bought a Ford Explorer ST. Our experience could not have been better. Our Sales Specialist David-Urias-Reyes was a pleasure to deal with. He was helpful and knowledgeable. We had looked at several different dealers but none of them had made the effort that David made to get our business.

Went to get a ford escape 2021, the salesperson was nice but the manager Jennifer was horrible, she doesn't know much information on products and services. We were told that there is an incentive program where we can trade in any car( either working or not working condition) for a 3000$ rebate credit from Ford manufacturer. They delayed that process by giving wrong information. When we got delivery of the car they had promised to clean the car before delivery which they failed to do. There was dust and minor stains in the car. They left out the rear cargo mat. The car was driven 205 miles already when purchasing. Seems like their employees drive it back and forth I guess. Because I noticed each time a manager leaves or enters the building they take the new cars out for a spin. They made an issue with the title by putting the wrong financing company on it which I am still trying to resolve it with the delaership. Would never pruchase another vehicle from them nor recommended anyone to get vehicles from here

I was looking for a new car and really loved the Lincoln Corsair. After visiting multiple dealers that day, it was easy to spot the difference in level of service provided by Empire Lincoln! They were able to find my dream car and Salesman Rob was so nice- he consistently followed up with me via phone and email until my car came in. Manager Eric was also great to work with! Everyone was very accommodating and I’m so glad I went with Lincoln! empire Lincoln will make you car buying experience much easier and more comfortable than anyone else!

We were interested in leasing a Mustang convertible. We tried one Ford dealership and did not feel like they were interested in doing business with us. We then made an appointment with Empire Ford and were warmly greeted by the receptionist, who then introduced us to Josh. He was very friendly and helpful and brought us over to work with Matt Labate. He sat down with us and spent us much time as we needed, answering all our questions about the car we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable as well as friendly, making the car leasing experience a pleasure and not a chore. We took a test drive and looked around the showroom and everyone we met and spoke to in the dealership made us feel that our business was valued. Working with Matt, within a few days we leased the car we wanted and were happy with the financing. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the friendliness of everyone in the dealership, especially Matt. He stayed with us through the entire process and made himself readily available to answer all my follow-up questions even after we took the car home. Empire is a great dealership to work with.

We bought a used Lexus sight unseen from Michael Daniels and had it shipped to our house upstate. He was honest and helpful right up front. As with any used car purchase there were some hoops to jump through but Michael and Empire worked through everything quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Empire and Michael. Although this dealership is more than 2 hours away from me, I was enticed by a GREAT deal for a 2020 Ford Fusion. I went there on a Friday intent on purchasing and taking the vehicle home with me the same day, if all worked out. Very clean and organized and the staff were all helpful. I gotta give a big shout out to my boy Matty L for all his help answering my questions and getting me into my new car after everything I was going through. I ended up picking up my car on my birthday and he had a sign hanging up inside saying congratulations and happy birthday to me and good luck on the new car. Definitely recommend coming here!

After putting in an inquiry one night, I received a call the next morning to schedule a test drive for the vehicle I was interested in. Catherine told me to ask for Tom when I arrive, even though her follow-up e-mail said to ask for Catherine at the front desk. I got to the dealership, ask for Tom or Catherine, neither of which were actually available at the appointment time. Another sales rep, Jonathan, basically starts the whole process anew with me which meant all the information I entered into their online forms meant nothing. This is when I found out from Jonathan that the price listed on the dealership website was not accurate, and only reflected the price if you were to finance the vehicle with them. This added $6000 to the price of the vehicle, and had I known this, I wouldn't have even bothered coming in. This is extremely deceptive so to anyone reading, please watch out for this. I went for a test drive with Jonathan and he was great. When we got back to the dealership to discuss numbers, I mentioned wanting to trade-in a vehicle. His manager literally walks out to the parking lot to inspect my car for less than a minute, and tells Jonathan later that the trade-in value is $7500. I knew this offer was low based on my research, and the response Jonathan got from the manager was "I called the dealer down the street and this is the best auction price they could give me." The next day I get a call from a manager - this time offering close to $10000 after they did more research on my trade-in vehicle. At this point, Empire Ford already lost my business as a customer. I shouldn't have to walk out of the dealership for you to give me the fair value of my trade-in. The overall feeling I got from this dealership is that they're extremely disorganized and are willing to rip off unknowing customers. I don't trust their scummy practices of luring consumers in with deceptive pricing and low-balling trade-in offers.

Tom is no longer with us and we do not charge extra if you finance on your own. We will always review our previous day clients to make sure we did everything we can to earn your business. If you have to go to one person and one person only. It would have to be Jeannette Edge from Empire Ford. She not only went above and beyond with our situation. She went to heaven, came back and then went to heaven again and then graced us with her presence. My wife and I were involved in a bad head on collision with a brand new GMC suv - two weeks later while sitting on the couch writhing in pain from a broken wrist, tailbone, and pelvis. I decided we needed something bigger and safer for us. I called all around and everybody was either not on the ball or just a total loser salesman. I then met Jeannette, she got us the vehicle we wanted, the price we wanted, and delivered it at 8 pm at night to our house like an angel. We never stepped one foot in the dealership which was great due to our circumstances. She came into our house. I offered her espresso and water and she declined. :-) We signed all paperwork. She went over all the vehicle features including the Fordpass app. She is literally the best and if you have to deal with anybody else, you would be doing yourself a disservice as she is simply the best. She will work with you and make it happen. She is the nicest human being in that dealership and they should kiss her feet every time she walks in. My next Ford Explorer ST will be with Jeannette and Yours should be too.

Amazing place! Mike Daniels worked so hard to get me the truck I was looking for in my price range and also got me the most anybody could’ve gotten me for the truck I traded in. Such a nice genuine guy. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a vehicle new or used to go there. Make sure you request Mike Daniels, you will leave there a very happy person. He listened to what I wanted, and found the perfect vehicle at a great value. This was our first time at a Ford Lincoln dealership and I have to say the staff was very welcoming. We were undecided between a Lincoln crossover and a Ford Explorer. Both sales representatives as well as the manager were truly informative and let us decide what would be best for our needs and price range. I was truly grateful for the way that the representatives went over both trucks and made us feel comfortable about test driving each vehicle. My husband and I never felt rushed or persuaded to purchase either vehicle. I have to say this is our first ford and we absolutely love our new 2020 Explorer. We have leased so many vehicles and at times we would walk out of dealerships due to the sales representatives, in but in this case this was by far one of our best experiences with leasing a vehicle thanks to the sales manager Dave and sales rep. I went to Huntington Ford and had an amazing experience. This is my first car and after this experience, I would definitely come back here and refer the sales/management team to anyone that I know. When I walked into the store, Brando Stephens greeted me. I explained to him what I was looking for and what my budget was. After thoroughly reviewing the car with me, he ensured me that I would be getting a great deal. Brandon and his manger, Josh H, really tried to help me out. They really worked with me in regards to getting within my budget and still walking away with my dream car. I went home with my first car the same day. I went to numerous dealerships prior to Huntington Ford, but this dealership gave me an experience that I didn't experience before. Thanks again Brandon and Josh!

I went in last Sunday met with David the salesperson who seemed great, also met with Josh the Manager who seemed great as well. They were both supposed to get back to me with info regarding a trade in value, Monday passed with no call. I called and left messages Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and now today. Not exactly sure how that’s good customer service regardless of the info they had or didn’t have for me. If this is how they treat a potential customers I can’t imagine how they take care of existing customers. I will probably go and check out Smithtown Ford.

My wife and I have been searching for a good deal on a new car for over six months. We have small children and with Covid it has been challenging. I had negotiations going with multiple Dealerships across New York. It wasn’t until I was connected to Dave and his staff that finally I felt my needs were being met. On Dec 31,2020 I went down to Empire Ford of Huntington to purchase a brand new Ford explorer of my dreams. Instead the salesman Jared T sold me a used/loaner car with 1,980 miles on it. He never showed me any cars on the show room or what was available on the lot. The Ford explorer he showed me had absolutely no features. No leather seats and no fog lights. These things are very important to me, yet was never offered to me. Empire Ford of Huntington then took my trade in the amount of $4,500 to only sell me an extra unneeded warranty for one year. The car is already covered under manufacturer warranty for 5 years 60,000 miles bumper to bumper. I am very unsatisfied and uncomfortable with the purchase of the 2020 ford explorer. The salesman, Jared T, made me feel rushed and pressured to purchase the car because it was the last day of the year. I am hoping that Empire Ford of Huntington does the right, fair and honest thing which is either omit, amend or return my previous vehicle if a better deal is not offered.

We ordered a Mach -e in October and after 7 months it finally came in!! The lease on the car I had expired and I had to extend it for 3 months. We purchased a car from this dealership in 2007 and it was a pleasant experience. We went there recently to look at a 2022 Ford Escape PHEV. Dave the general manager met us at the door and quickly introduced us to salesman, John Mikutel. Within minutes, John took the car out of the showroom and we took a test drive. Within 1.5hrs, we traded in our 24 year old Explorer and painlessly agreed on a price. There were NO unnecessary charges to bump up the price. John was straight forward and efficiently processed the paper work. By the end of the same day, we drove our new car home! The dealership and salesman were efficient. They made this buying process a pleasant experience! Two days later, my friend worked with my salesman John and he also purchased a new car too!

In July of 2021 we were looking for a commercial vehicle, Barry from Huntington Ford sold a brand new 2021 Ford truck that they knew had a recall but sold it anyways because a day or 2 after we picked it up he kept calling that we needed to take it back for a recall. Six months after having the truck the heat in mid winter stopped working, mind you this is a work vehicle, it was at service for over 2 weeks getting "fixed" well guess what 3 months later the heat stopped working again. Again a work vehicle, they don't offer to give us a replacement in the mean time. We are loosing money each day the truck is in service. Truly disappointed.

My experience at this dealership gets ZERO STARS ( the site wouldn’t let me give ZERO STATRS). It took 4.5 hours for me to buy my car off the lease. I asked for an appraisal when I was considering turning in my car and buying a new car. Thant never happened!! After 3 .5 hours they finally started getting my paper work going. I will never buy another Lincoln. Stay away from this dealership and the Smithtown dealership which is where the car was originally purchased..

The sales rep.hal and finance personal Christine are wonderful. But I have one complaint.i bring in my jeep wrangler in to return it . Since I just got the bronco. 1) no offer on a trade in for the wrangler also the side step rails , are mine that I purchased myself and not thru the dealership. I wanted them back , since they cost me 500.00 but ford was going to charge 250.00 to remove them ,which to me that's messed up since I just purchased a vehicle with. So, now they are probably selling that for more money. So, pretty much they got rough country side steps for free and not the ones that you get from the dealership which are cheap plastic. They could of done a favor for the customer and took the steps off for me. But why would I expect any kindness and generosity from a dealership.

Your jeep may still be able to see what your leading company is charging to buy the unit if it is not too far along. As far as the removal/replacement of side steps I would be happy to have/do them at a discount. We did have to make sure the Rough country units come odd intact and OEM’s are reinstalled perfectly so you aren’t billed upon return. Our guest experience managers will reach out to you tomorrow. A experience of a life time. Robert (Bob) and Josh are the best representative I have ever interacted with. They made this process easy and stress free, accommodating my family every way possible. This is the definition of customer service . With the help of Bob and Josh advice we selected the vehicle that meets the needs of my family. I wasn't pressured into something I didn't like. As for me 2021 Explorer (Timberline). It rides better than the other models thanks to the 18in wheels allowing more rubber for the tire. The 4 captain seats makes everyone feel comfortable. The kids fall asleep everytime we take a drive, reminds me of when they were young. The space is perfect, we all have our own storage areas. I have to mention one negative about this vehicle. The optional offroad auxiliary led lights should have been included as part of the package, or at least the option to add it. I had to order separately from parts department. Having this option pre-wired it only makes sense to have it install. But it only took about 15min. Overall, I just want to say thank you for treating us like family and will definitely return in the future. (that Mach 1 Mustang would look great next to the explorer in the driveway)

I was having a hard time finding a badlands trim, I called 8 different dealers and none of them could get a hold of one and instead tried to push me to get a lower trim model that wouldn’t meet my needs. When I got to empire they didn’t have a badlands in stock but within 10 minutes we’re able to find one that would be delivered within the week! On top of that the day I picked the vehicle up went smooth and fast! Great experience overall!!

My family and I bought a Ford Expedition max last weekend from Matt at Empire Ford. We had such a great experience! We live over two hours away so we weren’t messing around. I talked to Matt on Friday. He was awesome. Took pictures of the vehicle - in the rain! When we arrived Saturday morning after a long drive he had everything ready for us and made the car buying process seamless. We had our 3 kids with us and they made it so the kids were occupied and happy the whole time! Very disappointed in this dealership. I specifically asked if a certain car was available for sale which I was assured (in writing) that it was. I didn’t want to end up in a “bait and switch” situation so I specifically asked the salesman (John) numerous times if he was sure he could sell me the car that they had “on order”. After assuring me I could purchase this car, he took a $500 deposit. He even scanned me over the contact with the vin number on it! After 2 days I get an email that his manager told him that the car he sold me couldn’t be sold as it was for a display model. You would think they would’ve realized this before taking my $500??? I asked them to do right by me and honor the sale since they already took my money but they refused. Now I will start my car shopping all over again and have to wait days to get my $500 back (who knows if I’ll even get it back). I don’t blame the salesman as he asked THREE managers and they all told him that it could be sold. Once they got my money then realized they couldn’t sell it?? The car is even still up for sale on their website!! Avoid this dealership as they scammed me! I am in retail business and if we sell a customer something, we honor the sale. We don’t bait and switch as it is ILLEGAL!

Recently totaled my Jeep that I've had for the past 10 years. Went back to that dealer, but was rather unimpressed with Jeep's offerings and the $$ they were asking for a Wrangler was ridiculous. By sheer luck I looked at the Ford website and liked what I saw with the Bronco. Went to Empire and after looking around, decided on the Bronco Sport instead. Working with both Katie Biata and Jenn Chiudina at the dealership, decided on a Bronco Sport after a road test. They did not have exactly what I wanted in stock, but only waited a month to get what I did want. Have had the care for a month now and am very satisfied. Highly recommend working with these two ladies!!

My experience with Huntington Ford started off at sales on the wrong foot, but then Tom Brezinski and Cristina (the Finance Manager) stepped up and helped me turn around my whole view on this dealership. Tom really listened to me, responded to my needs and complaints that I had, and took extra time and put extra effort to get me satisfied. I never right reviews, but since I had a horrible car buying experience. I have to warn others. This dealership is a joke.Talking about making car buying not fun and all. The lack of knowledge from there staff, the lack of communication, from the dealership very very unprofessional. Definitely not a 5 star dealership!!! 1-How do you sell a vehicle and you don’t wash the vehicle, vacuum/detail etc. 2-Vehicle had no oil needed to get a oil change within 2 weeks of purchase. 3-Only dealership that takes a $500-1000 dollar deposit before checking your credit. Guess what because it’s non-refundable. I’ll give them a 1⭐️ sale and service. But give them a 5 ⭐️ for been a scam of a dealership.
