Chase Bank W Jericho Tpke, Huntington Station

Under-staff or carelessness??? Went there for safe deposit box, they had me waiting for almost 30 minutes. There were only two bankers and one just walked out as soon I asked for safe deposit box. Not happy with the location. Only reason I have my safe deposit box account with this bank because my other bank branch was closed. Not to mention, they have no teller in the bank, at least not when I was there. Maybe they were trying to leave at 5:30 when the bank closes at 6:00.

I have been to this branch twice, both times had to wait in a long line for a taller. Plenty of people in Chase uniform roaming around a branch, having unrelated conversations with each other while six people wait in line and only two counters are open. Poor management.

Can’t quite understand the negative reviews, I have been dealing with this branch for 25 years with both personal and business accounts, many employees have come and gone in those years but I have for the most part consistently been happy with the service, if anything it has gotten better, thanks to all of the staff

Excellent Customer Service - Staff is amazing and treat you with kindness and professionalism. I enjoy walking into the branch and do so more than once a week!

Called about when a notary might be available. The person who answered the phone didn't know anything until prodded. Then I found out she'll be there till 5 pm today Tues 8/21 and tomorrow only till 4:30 pm. So much for being open till 6 pm and being able to service your members.

Always a long wait, and just keep passing the issues to another person. I do plan to discontinue my account with Chase just do this type of inconsiderate service.
