I had a small issue with my online phone app with an error message about a loan. I went in to ELGA bank in Flushing Mi. I feel that I was excused a little to quickly without a resolution. I was a bit confused and I did the survey after explaining. A few days later an ELGA Rep named Elise or Alyse called and helped me. She also made me feel as if my time was important and my complaint was valid. She wanted remedy the online issue right than and there. In actuality she fixed the problem. I told her I was not blaming anybody at the Flushing location and I think highly of the team there, but she felt my survey helped and it will help the overall member experience with ELGA. In that moment I felt like part of the team. What a great gal. I’m truly grateful for people like Elise. She gives value to people and that’s important. Thank you sincerely Angie an ELGA member.

We have been members for years always a pleasure always personal service highly recommend Chip Kilgore for any and all of your personal loan needs I also highly recommend Frank Piccone for any of your business needs honestly everyone that works there is extremely helpful those are just a couple of our favorite people to work with that we have dealt with on multiplications over the years they're consistency and dedication continue to keep us happy members I would highly recommend Elga and I do regularly

Anytime I have ever needed any help regarding loans, identity theft issues, or fraudulent apps acting like a legit business taking money and never receiving products. They have always helped in resolving these issues. Also I am very thankful to have the fraud team that is always looking out for your finances. If they find transactions suspicious they notify you and ask if you approved this purchase. I like there is an extra set of eyes watching out for fraudulent transactions. Thank you elga! I would recommend you to everyone looking into a financial institution. They are the best step for your financial future.

If my account number is only a few numbers long, why is there like twenty numbers on my payment slip? Why make things difficult for your customers? It doesn't make any sense!!!

Had a great experience from Alyssa P. in the call center. I was having issues with needing the latest e-statement for finance documents, although I was told statements would not be available for several more days. Alyssa offered to email me the statements I needed before they were officially released. She was very friendly and I greatly appreciate her help and assistance in recognizing immediacy in the issue.

Elga makes things easy. They have great service, great benefits, and great people. Elga has never done anything upsetting which is a remarkable feat for financial institutions. Thanks Elga!

ELGA IS THE WORST CREDIT UNION!!! my sister has been with ELGA for years, she is in ICU on a Ventolater. She has legal paperwork for a power of attorney to oversee her financial services. ELGA HAS REFUSED TO HONOR THIS LEGAL DOCUMENT. We have skoke with managers as well as the credit union attorney. The ATTORNEY ALSO REFUSES TO FOLLOW LEGAL PROTOCOL!! We then had our attorney call ELGA attorney and the ELGA attorney got in to a YELLING ARGUMENT with out attorney. My sister needs her bills paid and ELGA REFUSES TO FOLLOW LEGAL PAPERWORK. I would think really hard about using this credit Union, for they are disrespectful and rude. They are only considering themselves at this point. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CREDIT UNION.... .

Go to place. I can't say enough good things about Savanah and Cameron. Two excellent team members at ELGA. If you need a loan make sure and ask for Cameron. Starting or changing your accounts ask for Savanah. They are great people and will walk you thru whatever you need. My new truck thanks to those two very nice people.

ELGA makes the loan process so easy! Justin remembered us and our need in a better rate. It is nice to speak with the same person who knows what's going on!

If I can leave a 10+ I would, Mr. Leroy helped and guided my wife and I through an auto loan process stick with us through the whole process.. He is an amazing person come visit ELGA..

They are very helpful in explaining what you need to know about your account and other business you have with them I had no questions about what we were doing I just wish I would have gone to them many years ago instead of banks

Great credit union. Great customer service. Excellent number of atms with the option of a live teller. Great hours. Great place for a loan. A great place to join. My daughter just opened an account there and my son will at some point also.

I’ve used ELGA as my credit union for a couple years now, and they’ve been great! I recently had some fraudulent charges on my debit card. I called about these charges, and their customer service could not have been better! It was quick and easy to remove the charges and a new debit card is on the way. I’m so glad they have a branch in downtown Flint too!

Pretty terrible for a bank, call center doesn't open until who knows when because the automated system won't tell you. The debit cards start falling apart within a couple of months. I refinanced a vehicle through them and had to do all the leg work myself, they barely did anything. "Satellite" branches can not give you any more cash than what you could get out of an ATM. This place is a joke, I would not recommend. Had to remove a star, this bank does not do anything for its customers and I have finally had enough and am switching to a different credit union. If I could give zero stars I would.

Elga treats everyone equal they are very respectful. They make your experience very comfortable talking about your finances to them. They are very helpful and explained anything you need to know.

I can not say enough good things about the Mortgage team of Cody, Nichole and Anne, they are the best Cody worked through some hiccups and got me a better option, Nichole handled the paperwork like a champ, and Anne handled the closing quickly and efficiently. They are GREAT to work with on your Mortgage. Thanks for all your help!!!

Miranda in the call center was super nice and helpful! She even made suggestions on how I could better manage my account! I am glad to be a part of a credit union with such great customer service!
