Anna Flowers helped my fiancé and I with some issues we were having with our cards and she was very thorough, and AWESOME with her social skills. Also got us out in a timely manner. Definitely will be returning to this location just because the energy was so great! Thank you so much Anna for everything. This girl deserves a raise. She is very good at what she does!. (:

Very difficult to work with and complicated- they don’t automatically stop their auto payments when you pay off loans completely. This should’ve been easy - I paid off a loan completely with them, but they still withdrew extra money and had me on auto pay. They agreed to send a check to make up for what they stole but still complicated things. My bank had to stop any future auto payments set up with them, but stopped the payment they sent a check out for. I returned the check but Dort is claiming I have to now sign something that has no information attached to it so I have no idea what I’m signing. I’m feeling like this credit union is set up to maybe scam people. Either way, this is unacceptable and not run professionally.

We’ve been banking here for decades. Even got our mortgage here. Never had an issue except when I would show up for a special service without an appointment. Online banking is excellent.

If I could give zero I would. My car loan is through here and it’s been like pulling teeth from day one. They mess up every single payment (pulling it days late) have to leave several voicemails to get someone to call you back and when ever I get to actually talk to someone they’re very rude, They won’t let you talk with out interrupting you. I’ve been hung up on multiple times. Everyone I know who’s used them has had the same experience with them.

IO have had to visit this branch a couple of times in the past few weeks and everyone has been great, helpful and there was no wait.

I applied for a loan and had the pleasure of working with Eva. She was a true joy to sit and work with.

Góodmorning to the board members I've been having trouble and difficulties with this car and loan that I have. I first want to say I have never had any issues until I decided to get this 2020 Ford explorer. Al serra and dort federal have been working together to cover up many mistakes they have made along the way with this car. They already did not want us to get it and another thing I don't understand is if I had a cosigner with a high credit score my payments are sky rocket and the APR too. I am not too familiar with these things and I was hoping that my lien lender and dealer would take care of me and get me the best rates and deals. Could you please help me do a case on this? I don't want to lose my vehicle or have bad standing with my bank. I have been stressed I have asked for help and extensions Ive been trying my best to pay my payment. I currently had a baby and was not working unemployment was not giving me any money I explained this hoping to get some negotiating done but all I received was attitude from Ms. Laura and stealing from accounts (not all the accounts my name was on just one) which didn't make any sense to me and I asked multiple times why and it could not be given an answer I don't know where else to turn or what else to do. I asked for a higher pay out to trade the car in, I do not have 15,000 or more to make up the difference I'm trying to do everything I can to make this right but I keep getting a dead in. Do not go here someone stole my ssn an hung up on me with no reason why asking for it an all this dort federal is a bad place to bank they are lazy an now trying to scam people asked to speak with a bank manager still this day waiting for a responce why one of there employs asked me for my ssn then hung up after saying they could not help me sketched

Me and my husband have gone through this bank for a long time. Felt bad my husband snapped on a young lady one day. Unfortunately, no the women to refused to respond back to us over money we owe and may be leaving the bank shortly because of it.
