Awesome warranty they offer and very friendly to get you the vehicle you want from their inventory. Everyone my wife and I dealt with to get us into a vehicle went above and beyond to do so. We originally wanted a Dodge Journey but the dealership didn't have nor could they fund what we wanted within their inventory. We instead went with an Acadia. The time of arrival until the time we left was about 2 hours with no hassle at all.

Absolutely joke. First repair shop my vehicle was taken to had my car for 30 minutes and said nothing wrong with it. The next day the wheel fell off the car even though there was “nothing” wrong with it. Sold me a vehicle with 4 bad tires that causes the vehicle to shake uncontrollably. Been calling about that since the day I got the vehicle. So when you’re ready to replace all of my tires since they were bad before I purchased the vehicle let me know. Also your hand written amendment to your warranty is not valid.

I filled out the form online late one night and the first thing in the morning I received a call back. The process was really simple, My salesman J. Reed was awesome. I went in test drove a vehicle, had it checked out by my mechanic it passed all inspection no issues. Drove away in a beautiful reliable car. Thanks Jay your awesome!!!

Worst mistake of my whole entire life going here! My car was an absolute nightmare. Barely had it because it was in the shop or overheating. Got 2 motors put in my car because they didn’t wanna pay for a new head gasket and it still was overheating. They go through mechanics that have no clue what they’re doing and i ALMOST was stuck with this car after my extended warranty expired (because of the new motors). Thankful a better dealership bought me out so I’ll never have to worry about them again! I was back and fourth with them for a year and i am unimaginably happy i no longer have to! I’m with a real dealership, with a brand new car-no mileage, with a REAL warranty, and if my car brakes down... REAL mechanics 😂 NEVER IN LIFE will i recommend or ever go to a “buy here pay here”.. S C A M! How about i give y’all some tips... don’t sell overpriced cars that are lemons, stop sending your cars to Mid-Michigan (THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY’RE DOING! 🤣) and get real damn warranties. Jack was very friendly. Fast too. My favorite part of my experience today is that when i wasnt happy with the first choice in a vehicle he was quick to show me something different istead of pushing the other vehicle harder. I only have bad credit so my score is very low, even still my payments are very afforable to me. Overall very happy with my experience.

Don't do it. Buy off the street. This is your warning. Their cars are not properly inspected and they will push it off until the warranty expires or not actually cover anything for the warranty. Then your forced to pay for it. Plus their repair shop doesn't know how to repair a car properly or quickly.

They claim that they will finance anybody, but they would not finance me. I was laid off from my last job, and was out of work just under a week, and have been at my current job for over a month. They wanted me to have a 3 month work history even though I could show them paychecks showing I have the ability to make my car payments. Needless to say I did not get a car from them. I never claimed I wanted the $.99 down payment. In fact I had offered to come up with a down payment of at least $500, and could have given more down if needed. Your sign claims that you finance anybody, and not anybody that has been at their current job for 90 days. You offered up no other solutions such as having a person to co-sign for the loan which I could have had. It took one call to a different used car lot to find people willing to work with me. I explained my situation, and told them I could have someone co-sign for a loan, but they think it is going to be needed. I should be in a new vehicle within a day or so. I would give them a plug, but that would be unprofessional, and they have been nothing but professional. Update: Two days after being turned down by Fast Finance Auto Sales I was able to get financed for a 2007 Silverado 2500 HD.

They got me into a vehicle fast. It just took so long. I was there for 3 hours. I didn't understand why I had to watch a video when they already explained it all to me already. Dave and Jenn were amazing

Bought a 2013 Ford fustion from Trevor and the experience was amazing. He was not pushy like most sales people, he let me pick out vehicles and then narrow them down to what I really wanted. My husband and I test drove the fusion and we text him and said we want this vehicle. We love our new vehicle and will definitely go back to get my husband a vehicle. Update....From the time I got the 2011 Equinox with 54,000 miles in late August 2018 until April 2019 and at 89,000 miles, I had to replace the front wheel hub assembly, cam sensors twice, throttle body, timing chains, catalytic converter, manifold and it went thru 60 quarts of oil which I changed monthly. Couldn't get Fast Finance to stand behind their junk and after the engine finally quit completely they repossessed it and sent me a bill for $11,999. Steer clear, these guys are shysters of the worst sort!

Billy, the credit specialist that worked with me was AMAZING!! He worked long and hard to make sure I got the vehicle I liked and made extra sure it was going to be a reliable one! He went above and beyond for me without being asked and he never took no for an answer! He made sure MY mechanic was happy with the inspection before he even showed me the vehicle! This place got me in a nice 2008 Ford Taurus SEL within in 3 days. Would really recommend it especially if your credit isn't that fair and they go based off of income. Would really recommend jack for a salesman. Really easy to work with.
