The owner/manager does not know how to take responsibility for his own actions mistakes. He is rude and does not know common courtesy. When a problem arose with our closing timeline, he sent out very rude GROUP email that should have been a one on one email with myself. In the email, he lied about circumstances and blamed us for his own mistakes in conveying the necessary timeline. I will never use them again or recommend them. I can't reminisce on our home buying experience without thinking about the horrible job they did.

This has been one of the worst experiences I have EVER had with having the ball dropped on the other end. We will never use this lender or recommend you either. I provided everything they asked for, submitted document after document, and was encouraged to extend past closing. I lost my apartment, my house, my earnest money, fees, appraisal money because I believed them. I have spent over a week in a hotel room and spent extra money because they dropped the ball and were terrible and dishonest. Had they believed we wouldn't get the loan, they could have saved us a lot of time and money by saying so. Instead I'm out several thousands and still trying to figure out why it didn't work out with two extensions and all the extra documentation. Hate to say, but it felt like I was scammed by them and they will use covid as an excuse.

By far the best company we have ever used. Ronnie went above and beyond and made everything super easy for us. We will be a forever customer! Highly recommend Efast Funding!
