Worst bank. Direct deposit gets deposited when the employees wake up, Around 11am. Beware their services is very limited and to conduct any kind of business one would have to go inside the building (which is very inconvenience). Another thing to look Out for: is their NOTORIOUS OVERDRAFT FEES. They overdraft for everything. Even if you opt out the overdraft fees they still find a way to beat around the bush to overdraft you. Beware this is a small bank so they cannot attend to your needs, they are greedy and are trying to grow as a company but not with the customer. I would not recommend this BANK TO ANYONE. THEIR ATM ARE VERY LIMITED. YOU CANNOT DEPOSIT CASH THROUGH THE ATM. THIS BANK DESRVES 0 STARS

Been a member for years and always satisfied with the service and help I receive. Wendy was able to help me with my auto refinance and made the process super easy in addition to making recommendations that benefited me over what I thought I needed. The loan worked out better in my favor because she took the time to explain options to me and ways to save money over the life of the loan. Highly recommended.

I have banked with InvesTex for years now and just received the best service by far from Nicole in office. She went out of her way to make sure I was completely setup on refinancing my car. Such a kind, hardworking individual she is. I recommend going to her for any advice or help on anything you may need when it comes to loans or banking in general!

Barbara Sullivan was awesome. She took care of not only one loan but 4 loans and 3 modifications on our previous loans all in one day. We couldn’t be any happier. Glad to find InvesTex. I've always used credit unions but was surprised to find in Houston that's not so easy unless you belong to a church or work in town. We were in there the other day to setup our joint account and apply for credit. Nicole was very nice and helped my wife through the whole process. The whole staff was great, and no one got uptight about our toddler getting into mischief. They're real nice people even though at times they were quite busy.

I have been a member since 1990. The board of Directors have done a phenomenal job. They have used their insight to make Aldine Teacher's Investex Credit Union a success 😃

This branch is by far the most customer service driven bankers I have had the pleasure of working with. John M. and Wendy R. are very helpful and most of all the “want” to help you. I highly recommend the Tomball branch

We walked in to the Tomball location and were immediately greeted and acknowledged by all of the employees. We came in to the branch with a list of questions and Barbara Sullivan took the time to visit with us and answer every one of them. There was no pressure from her to establish an account with the bank. After spending a little time with her we ended up refinancing a vehicle and reducing our debt interest by more than half. Saving us a few hundred dollars a month in our payments. The customer experience that she put forth was the best that I’ve ever had with a bank. I highly recommend getting set up here for a great personal banking relationship. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone.

Switching to InvesTex was a great financial decision for me! I've always had good credit but had a hard time saving, especially as a single mom. By switch from another local Tomball credit union to InvesTex, I was able to get all of my interest rates cut in half! I even refinanced my car and will now be paying it off one year sooner. I've been able to pay off more with less interest which is saving me money! Plus their customer service at this branch is top notch, they are always so helpful! The only thing I wish was different is that they had longer hours of operation and the 24 hour helpline wasn't an automated merry-go-round. (I have rarely needed these features though and the money I'm saving is worth it!) :)
