It is a okay bank for minimal personal use. The offer alot of services within the establishment but limited online services. They added a second ATM in the front of the building which is a plus but if they both worked simultaneously then that's a bonus. I usually don't bank inside the line is always long.

This week I had few questions about my accounts, I spoke to Tim on Monday and Alberto on Wednesday. Both of theses gentlemen were very polite and professional...Alberto helped me with an issue that I had. He explained everything very well to me and I was very happy. I love this bank, they are there for the customer always.

I’ll never understand how the atm is regularly out of service at this bank. It’s like the ice cream machine behind down at McDonald’s….on top of the fact that there’s only ONE atm…the bank is closed today so now where I’m supposed to pull out my money. Thank you for the many inconveniences, you’ve been no help…

New to us in Miami but it has upgraded a lot from South Florida educational fcu. Debit cards are better and ATM is better. Even the only services are nicer.

Customer Service Over The Phone Sucks, Specifically In The Dispute Department. I Called And There Was A 30 Min. Wait. I Set My Number Up For A Call Back And I Never Received A Call Or Message (This Has Happened A Few Times With Their “Over The Phone Customer Service.”) I Ended Up Calling Them Back About An Hour Later When I Remembered, Only To Be Put Straight On Hold For 36Mins, Didn’t Even Offer The Call Back Option This Time. The Time Went From 36Mins To 45 Mins, That Is Ridiculous. What’s The Point Of The Call Back Option? If The Bank Doesn’t Call Back….

I have been with this credit union for over 15 years and for the first time I am considering going to a different institution. Over the past 2 years or so the credit union has changed in other ways than the name. The services with this credit union are out of reach, the staff are not attentive and they are not professional anymore. I joined this credit union to get away from the big bank however they are acting like a big bank now. The rates are not the same, they don’t help members anymore and if you can wait an hour or longer to speak to someone they will not be pleasant.

I guess you can't leave two reviews. I will replace mu old rant with my new one. I just wanted to say that I continued to be disappointed with the services that the Credit Union provides. I have been trying for over a month to get in to the credit union. I've called, emailed, spoken to customer care team members and I am continuously disappointed. I made an appointment on May 26th to go to the Miami Gardens Branch today at 10:00 am. I arrived, actually early to be told that they are no longer honoring appointments. Now I must stand in a line that it is about 20 people long in the blazing sun and wait. I have made numerous attempts to call the customer care number and it remains busy, I called the branch number and have been on hold now for 31 minutes and 32 seconds. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. You know I said before that I would just find a new bank and I don't say it as a threat just truly disappointed that a bank I have been with for so long has declined in customer service so much.

I held on the phone for 1 and 1/2 hour to speak to someone and then the phone was hang up without anyone speaking to me! This is about the 5th time this happened to me. The administration of this Credit Union don't care about their customers. They apologized in the past and nothing has changed. It is almost depressing. Due to the COVID, I am not going to alot of places right now but when things get better, I will leave this credit union. They told me because of the Covid situation they are receiving alot more calls. Well, they should hire more people. There is no good excuse to be treated this way. I had an emergency that I had to speak to them. Again, they don't care. If you are reading this, and know about a regulatory body or office that supervises credit union and their attitude towards customers, please reply to this review and let me know so I can take my complain higher..This is unfair and unacceptable!
