    Had a great experience with Ken Thompson! He helped me setup a pre-order for my new GR86. It took a couple months of waiting but he kept me in the loop each step of the way and updated me whenever he had more info. As soon as the car showed up at the dealership, he told me. It got inspected in the shop and rushed to detail, and ready to go by the afternoon for me. The buying process went quick and smooth. Super happy with my experience. The car is pretty sweet too.     If you are buying a new or used Toyota you better go to Doxon Toyota in Auburn, I had a great experience with the salesman Liban, he is an honest and very smart guy, it was a pleasure doing business with him since he found for me what I was looking for. Is very hard to find a Toyota now days because of their reputable brand and many dealership will up charge a dealership fee because of that, not at Doxon Toyota they have been doing business over 80 years and they care for their business treating customers as family and not as an opportunity. I reserved my Toyota and locked a deal for my trade in, after 2 months they honored their offer, I got a great interest rate and it was easy from beginning to end doing business with them. Bob at financing was an incredible guy, very honest business savvy and a family man. I will definitely come for more at Doxon Toyota. I love my new Toyota 2022 Highlander Hybrid Platinum!… Thanks Doxon Toyota in Auburn for making it possible!

    We are very happy with our purchase. Joel was very helpful and responsive. There are very few dealerships that still sell new Toyota vehicles at msrp. We’ve got a very good deal with a great interest rate. We were lucky to get our new RAV4 in just few weeks. I wish there were more businesses like this one where the owners care about their reputation more than about money.

    I had an exceptional experience with Doxon Toyota buying the new GR86. This car is very hard to find, and in demand by driving enthusiasts. I was lucky to find one in transit to Doxon. My sales associate Adonis helped me reserve it and kept me in the loop along the way. He was very accommodating with my needs. Great experience with Adonis. The process in the store was quick and easy. The price was MSRP in a time when so many dealerships are gouging customers. Doxon definitely has my future business.

    I normally am not a huge fan of dealerships. The experience I had here was one of the better ones, thanks to Tony Wong in Sales. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating guy and he worked with my busy schedule and demands. I definitely appreciate his laid back approach- don't get it twisted, he works hard (!), but he's just got a good demeanor and the right attitude. Thanks Tony!!

    Worst experience from a dealership I’ve ever experienced. Was told the car had options it doesn’t actually have. They cheated me on the amount my trade-in was worth, guess I should have done the research instead of trusting them. To top it off I’m getting a call from my “former”creditor that was supposed to be paid off for my trade-in, Doxon hasn’t paid them and it’s been 35 days!!! Now I’m past due on my credit report and I don’t even have the car!!!

    Fantastic experience guided by Jade Perry here. We went around to different makes and even other Toyota dealers before settling in to use Jade. Her communication was prompt and useful and she was able to get us into a RAV4 hybrid fast. We even turned down the first one to show up and she still worked to get us one faster than our factory order would have arrived! Great experience buying. Definition of customer service and driven to earn your business through effort and attention not the pushy car sales stereotype.

    I wasn't blown away by anything, and the service was fine. As expected, I waited a long time for my 60k service (10a-1p). There were comfortable accommodations including a charging area, child friendly room, TVs, vending machines as well as free coffee, chai, and hot chocolate.

    Went to Doxon to test drive a Honda CR-Z and ended up driving back home in it. The folks here were nice enough to hold my previous car at the lot for someone else to come pick up! Very easygoing and friendly staff. I was helped out by Jade and Casey who were both very engaging and made the usually boring process of going to a dealership a lot more fun. Shoutout to those two in particular. PS. Just realized I was typing this on my photography email. Oh well 💀

    Long story short, my 3rd Gen Tacoma was affected from the notorious Stop Lamp recall issued from Toyota Corporate. I didn’t know about it until I brought it in because of some water leak issue I had. Not gonna bore anyone with the details, it was one hell of a wild ride getting this resolved. What I will say is this, BIG shout out to Raxel in the service dept. He kept me up to date will full clear transparent communication and did his best to accommodate me in anyway that he can. I definitely appreciate the effort you put in in helping me out man. Probably goes unnoticed, but all the service techs in the shop really put in the work. So I just want to extend all my respect and gratitude to you folks getting their hands dirty behind the scenes. Raxel, thanks again man. Doxon Toyota, you guys are solid. 👍🏼

    I've been going to Doxon Toyota every since I bought my 2005 Highlander, new. The staff have always been professional, courteous and stand by their word. It's a business that cares about the customer, has integrity and treats the customer right. George is my go to, he has always exceeded my expectations. On occasion, all of twice, I've ran into a wrinkle in service and George smoothed it out quickly. This morning I stopped by because my hatch door lock got jammed with a blanket. I was there at 7:30, 2nd in line. George met me in line, Bill knew the technique and freed the jam while popping the hatch door open; I basically kept moving on my way home. I could not be happier.

    Go to any other Toyota dealership but this one. They do not listen to any concerns you raise about your vehicle. I have brought my 4Runner in twice already for a squeaking suspension, and they have not been able to locate the squeak, or fix it. They have tried to blame my skid plate so it wouldn’t be covered under warranty. You pay the diagnostic fee just to be told “we’ve done what we can, there’s not much we can do.” Waste of your money.

    Wasted.alot of time there, played the Back and forth Game, witch I said in beginning Didn't want to play, but after having keys to my vehicle 🙃 had to keep asking over and over, to just give me straight answer, smh. Lied to, Really Don't want 😒 to even say full Experience , but basically right after all the lies and game playing end up making a deal, them was told oh yeah during financial we are going to be able to sell your car foe way more then we bought it for , because its used and we don't have to go by Msrp price anymore because low inventory we can sell 5k-8k more. And all I wanted was what I paid for it smh. Definitely a Huge slP un face, feel like I should get thr extra $1500 that I kept asking for

    I setup my first service appointment here after we drove down to Washington from Alaska and we were very happy with them. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I don't even mind waiting here if the appointment is a couple of hours. There is a TV, drinks, coffee, and a nice, clean facility with helpful people around to answer any questions I may have. They offer a service package to save money over time on oil changes, as well.

    I am an Oregon resident that was looking for a new 4Runner. Being fully aware of the supply chain issues affecting many industries, I knew that many dealerships don’t have cars in the lots and are using this situation to markup their prices. This dealership had the trim level I was looking for. I spoke with the sales, who was great, and started the buying process. I confirmed the prices a few times. Most of the process was done, when the sales person calls me and said that his manager was going to mark up the price $2000 more just because I am an Oregon resident. This had nothing to do with taxes because I understand that different states have different taxes. I spoke with the manger later and he said that to Oregon residents, he was marking it up. I asked him why, and he said because he would lose the service. I told him that was not a fair approach because there are many Washingtonian that could drive from afar and would not service the car there. He reiterated that it was because I was from Oregon. Please remember this dealership and his manager when you when things get back to normal and they are begging people to buy their car. I will follow up with Toyota as well.

    Absolutely horrible customer service. Bought a security system which they never installed nor informed me how to get installed. Then my car got broken into. In trying to get my money back I told them that I wasn’t able to pick up the phone while at work. Instead of emailing or texting they, against my implicit instruction not to be called, repeatedly call me and leave voicemails with no name or clear call back number. You might have an ok experience buying but you’ll be screwed after that purchase. STAY AWAY

    All of the staff are very courteous, and professional. Chase, our salesperson was very helpful assisting us with choosing and purchasing a vehicle for our family. After purchasing the vehicle the staff (Emma) followed up the next day and within a few minutes provided additional vehicle documentation I had requested.

    Brought the car in for a repair. Car was burglarized and a mirror wire was cut. Multiple systems were inoperative. Toyota did do a very good job at trouble shooting the issues. Things they did wrong are as follows: told me that the reasons why SRS, ABS, TPMS and other systems were INOPERATIVE was due to the mirror wire being cut - not true. They did offer to repair the mirror wire, and charged a pre-agreed amount. The mirror wire repair itself was the worst repair I have seen. It did not return the car to original specification by ANY standard and looked like an amateur repair. I had to go back to the dealer and they DID refund me an hour worth of labor, which was nice of them. I'm posting two pictures, first one is the repair done by them, second one is the repair done by me. This is being posted for awareness purposes.

    Worst company I have ever dealt with I messaged looking at a Lexus they had I have 3 paid off trades explained that I was figuring out how to get them there since I live 3 hours away the guy replies we don’t offer services others do sell your cars elsewhere. Which I will do now and let everyone know that this Adonis waits for easy lay down car deals to rip people off. Be careful buying from these clowns because they intend of taking advantage of you like most shady dealers do.

    I live in Alaska, so I had my pick of dealerships in Seattle when I began my search for a 2021 RAV4 hybrid. I was in contact with many salespeople and found many vehicles that were exactly what I wanted. However, it was surprisingly difficult to actually find a good deal on a vehicle. One dealership tried to sell me a vehicle with over $2000 of "non-negotiable" extras thrown in that I didn't want. It was a somewhat frustrating experience, until Brody and I started working on a deal for my new vehicle. He was incredibly responsive and was able to get me a great deal on a vehicle. Kirk also helped me work out the best deal for financing. The entire process was very transparent and I appreciate how upfront and honest Brody was. Thank you to the Doxon team for providing a hassle-free and easy car buying experience. P.S. Brody deserves a raise!

    I was yelled at by my finance guy, Bob, because he "didn't like" my deal and he got really snappy with me when I was trying to figure out my options, saying "go ahead and take your car back and go to another dealer!" I was trying to pick options and ask questions that were in my best interests, but any time I tried saying anything, I kept getting cut off. I ended up finishing the deal because I was short on time, but in hindsight, I really should have taken my business elsewhere. I've never been treated so disrespectfully anywhere and the more I think about it, the more I regret it all. Don't go to this dealership unless you enjoy being disrespected.

    The first time I went walk-in in to this place for my car service I was told they would only provide services for customers showing before 8 am. After my first visit , on two occasions I did walk-in before 8 am only to be turned away for reasons that doesn’t hold any water at all. Apparently the manager on 12/10/21 George doesn’t understand how much effort and time a customer put in to come for services. I do appreciate the young guys in front desk but I despise they way George treated me.

    I was looking for a Toyota hilander or 4 runner.I went to this shop and after walking around more than 15min finally we found some one to help. I believe his nam was Chase and he brought us the car we were interested, when we asked some questions about the damages inside the car, his answer was YOU DON'T HAVE TO BUY IT with attitude,and I was sure I am not going to . We just left the and bought our car from HONDA which was 5 minutes away from them with a great help and best customer service.

    I came in to trade my 2015 dodge charger hoping to get something with better gas mileage as well as something better to drive in the snow. I purchased a 2019 ford escape SEL. I had an appointment with Adonis and he had me work with another man (sadly cant remember this name!) This man was AMAZING! He explained everything about the trade in process, the fees etc. They got me into a safer vehicle that fit my needs better with a super low interest rate, and a low enough payment where I could add GAP insurance and a warranty to cover my loan or 100,000 miles.     The guy who received my car (asian guy, did not see his name)was very unprofessional. He never took the time to explain me anything or greeted and when he handled me some papers to fill out and sign, he made such a nasty face because I did not know what to do. (Well, that wouldn't happen if like I said, he would take the time to explain). It seems that I had to go around the car and check for any possible dents my car may had. Then, this person named Patrick was so ruthless, poor customer service. This is my first and my last visit. I wished I could read the reviews before coming here, but I thought it is Toyota what bad can happen. Well, I had my answer. And if that wasn't enough it looks like for a change of oil and an electric issue I have to wait more than 4 hours. Very disappointed!!!!

    we took my wife's highlander in for a oil change. we let George in the service department know about a cover on the side of the back armrest. That kept falling out since we bought the car.     July 11, we went to Doxon Toyota praying that we get our dream Tacoma pick up. Unfortunately the pick up we want is not available. But the agent we talk too is very excited to sale a car in other words pushy to sell a car. For us, as we really want a pick up, he give us a car that we don’t even see it yet but in the back of my mind it’s ok because i have my brand new car in a week that’s what he promise but sad to say that car was 1 month waiting. And when i see that car I totally dis appointed because the dream car we want is not the one we want We don’t like the color that’s not what we expect, when we went there last July 11, I want to show him what color I want and he said he knows so i was confident that he know what I’m pointing too. Very disappointed, 1) pushy agent, 2) promise to get the car in a week 3) Promise to update me about the car nobody call 4) very disappointing is the color we want. Today is August 12, 1 month to be exact. Hope you understand my English still disappointed.

    Waited a total of three hours for a oil change with a appointment. Half way home the VSC and service light comes on ,back to Toyota. My suggestion, don't over book people! I don't like spending my day off for a simple half hour oil change. Normally I'm very happy, not today.

    I had a phenomenal experience with my first ever visit to Doxon. I love my Tundra, like way too much! And I am super picky about what happens to it. Needless to say, I have very high expectations when I go into a dealership. I used to be in the industry so I feel like I have a very good eye for details around a dealership. My service advisor Raxel was fantastic. He never once told me no. I love that! He made every wish of mine come true. Next was Nick and Isaac in the service bay. I am very skeptical of mechanics and I am even more picky about who works on my truck. Nick and Isaac demonstrated that they are very detail oriented, and thorough. Finally, Edwin in parts was a real joy to talk with and work with. I look forward to my next visit and taking all my service business to Doxon Toyota. We are a Toyota family and now part of the Doxon family.

    I bought a 2022 Toyota Tacoma and after 170 miles the driver seat belt got locked so I took it back to this location they told me they didn’t have the part because this is a brand new truck they told me the part would be here in a week it’s three weeks now and the trucks still in shop and they keep making up new excuses.

    So I will start from the beginning, I had went to Toyota of Tacoma on Saturday to my scheduled test drive. Well first off when I arrived my original car sales man was assisting another customer. Only to come half way thru my appointment and switch salesman. They said they did not have trim I originally asked to test drive, the trim they had was the most expensive. They would not work with me for payments way over priced! They kept offering me a used 2017 RAV4 when I continued to tell them no I wanted a 2021. I felt like I was looked down on there and felt ashamed. Long story short I left and boy am I glad I did and that it did not work out there! The next Day Sunday I went to Doxon Toyota where I was greeted right away as I stepped out of my car by Rich Hanyon. I handed him a sheet of paper with exactly what I wanted. He immediately got me the keys for the RAV4 I wanted to test drive. When it came down to talking about a deal he EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS 10/10 service! He got me everything I wanted down to car price, payments that fit my budget and trade in value. He made sure I was happy walking out the door! His customer service skills were amazing! The whole process from start to finish was quick to the point and I drove off that lot with the car of my dreams for the price I wanted!     My wife and I were looking for a bigger vehicle for our growing family. This dealership had what we were looking for. Caleb was awesome! He kept communication with us and had the vehicle waiting and ready to go for a test drive. We drove an hour to get there, and it was worth it. This is a really nice dealership.     Needed a 65k maintenance service. I added an oil change and a replacement pleated rubber trim piece to the list. The service found that I needed new brakes. My service contact set up the brake job for the next day. Job was finished on time, and the car was handed back cleaner than when it was dropped off. There's a supply issue for the replacement trim piece. They will call when it comes in. Good place, great people.

    I told sales rep I wasn't super motivated to buy but if he could get me a decent rate I'd consider, told him he could run my credit one time and one time only because I just got discharged from chapter 13 bankruptcy and don't want to immediately wreck my credit with a bunch of Hard inquiries, they decided to run it 4 times even though I was assured it would only be ran once multiple times. Very unhappy, won't even consider buying a Toyota in the future. Avoid this dealership, pushy and dishonest sales reps.

    This review is too long...sorry 'bout that. I bought a used '99 Camry from Doxon Toyota back in Mar of '06. My comments here are about the service department, whose team leaders and mechanics have been really outstanding. I've never regretted this purchase. When I bought the Camry, they threw in a couple of nice bonus items: free lifetime oil changes, and a free loaner when I needed one. They haven't offered the lifetime oil change in the last 10 or 15 years...I must have been one of the last beneficiaries of this marvelous extra. I suspect the offer was made based on the assumption that most drivers trade in a used car in maybe four or five years...they likely didn't count on someone keeping an old car going for 16 years, now, and counting. Without a whimper, they have honored their commitment, giving me free oil changes every 5,000 miles or three months while I've driven it almost 200,000 miles, and it's still going strong. That alone is pretty wonderful, but here's something even better: they have NEVER tried to "get well" by suggesting or encouraging unnecessary repairs or replacement of parts. Every time I come in, they give the car a thorough inspection, and give me a point-by-point rundown on every system, with "red-yellow-green" indicators on the status of each area. Red, of course, means "fix it NOW". For yellow items, they let me know if they think an immediate repair is warranted. For the first couple of years, before I'd authorize repair work, I took the Camry to another (trusted) mechanic, to verify the findings of the Doxon crew...and they were spot-on, every time. The Doxon parts and labor costs aren't cheap, but they are seldom much higher than at my other trusted mechanic's shop, and parts are always OEM. After having maybe 30 repairs done there, I'VE ONLY HAD TO GO BACK TO GET FURTHER WORK DONE ONCE IN 16 YEARS. They ain't cheap, but they do the job right. Often the final repair bill has been less than their estimate. When I'm just in for an oil change, I usually just wait there (in their comfortable waiting rooms with free coffee, hot chocolate, and warm cookies) for work to be done, but when it's going to be a lengthy repair, that free loaner-car is great. Doxon Toyota is a good dealership. Their service department is GREAT!

    I always have a good experience here. They take good care of my vehicle without tacking on additional unnecessary items. They typically have had much sooner open appointments compared to other dealers. They keep good communication and usually get done faster than expected. Being able to use the lobby to get remote work done is also a plus!

    Walking into a dealership to purchase a new car with my daughter isn't what most people want to do on a Sunday afternoon. Based on previous experiences with dealerships, I was expecting the worst. But I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism my daughter and I received at Doxon Toyota. Jade was a pleasure to work with. She was courteousness and knowledgeable as she helped us with the purchase. And Abou in finance gave us the same courteousness and professionalism as we finalized the purchase. Doxon is 30 miles away and not very convenient for us, but I would definitely do business with them in the future.

    UPDATE: they did get back to me finally about the situation below and Chris, the guy who helped me was very kind, understanding, and helped us out. I gave back 3 stars for that! At first I was really okay with our experience here but as time went on it has gone down hill. First we specifically asked about their inspection process and if there is something wrong can we come back to them. To which they informed us that they have a really good inspection process but since the car had customs things done to it they nor the warranty would do anything to help us if something went wrong. Within a week our suspension started making noises and long story short, we have to pay another 1000 to get it fixed. Don’t know how their inspection people missed that big mistake. Secondly at the time of buying the car the financial manager advised that we pay for a service they offered. We were not too sure about it and he said that if we didn’t like it we could stop it at any time and get a refund. After doing more research we decided we didn’t really need it and wanted to stop the service. I tried calling the financial office and emailing the person who helped us. Despite leaving many messages I still heard nothing back. After reaching out to some other people they kept sending us back to our car sales man Chase, although very aggressive, I understand that is somewhat part of his job title, however when it came to trying to cancel this service he was very rude. I never asked to speak with him but the person who said she would have the finance people get back to me had him get back to me and he told me how he was there on his day off and didn’t have time to “deal” with me. He was very unhelpful, rude, hung up on me, and was not willing to help me out. The next time I finally was able to get in contact with the office they sent me through to him again even though I asked to speak to the finance manager and he again was not very helpful or kind about it. I was then informed that that particular finance manager no longer worked there (by this time I had been trying to get ahold of him for a month) so now they definitely do not want to honor his word even though we were told by this finance manager and the third party company who provides the service that they could cancel it. A few weeks later I was able to finally get ahold of another finance manager who would not help but sent me to the general manager who I have still not heard back from. We have also not received our plates or been called to come pick them up and it’s been almost 2 months. They claim transparency as part of their motto and goal but they definitely have been everything but transparent.

Had called and made an appointment for oil change for April 30th but rescheduled it to today May 7th.I was informed by Brian and another Lady didn't get her name that they don't have oil filter parts for a subaru have to wait till Tuesday for them to order parts. That i was supposed to call them to let them know of the new appointment date so as to order parts and not reschedule my appointment online. The lady told me they cannot assist me and Brian actually suggested i go across the street to Subaru to have my oil change done there. Wow..Is it the customers responsibility to remind you to order parts, really?

    The car dealership sold us the wrong car on purpose. We went in and worked with Joel Ramos to get a brand new Hybrid Rav4. He told us that they have one coming and once the car came in, it was the wrong car model. But instead of telling us that, they swapped out the pamphlets in the car with hybrid pamphlets and let us drive off with it Thursday night. Saturday we realized that the model was wrong and called back. When we went back in, instead of owning up and apologizing, they tried to sell us a more expensive used car and said they would throw in a roof rack and mud guards like that was going to resolve their mishaps. After going back and forth, they told us we should've known that hybrids take up to 6 months to come in. What?! How were we supposed to know that after Joel told us that he had one for us. They even made us pay a stoppage fee because the check was already deposited. Not sure why I even thought for a second they would offer to pay the $25 just as a nice gesture, but of course it probably didnt even cross their mind. Manager didnt even come in to talk with us, he just kept walking by like nothing was happening. Either one, he doesnt know whats going on in his business, or 2 hes embarrased that his team got caught with their shady business tactics trying to make a dollar. CLOWNS!

And then rebooted his computer two times caz he couldn’t do the paperwork the right.     I test drove a certified pre-owned vehicle but did not purchase. What I liked: assisted by Chase, friendly and made it easy to test drive. I blue booked the vehicle ahead of time as well as researched the original price of the vehicle when new, and decided upon the price I was willing to pay. Made an offer, they did the usual explanation to justify their price, which is understandable, but unnecessary: I knew what the vehicle was worth to me before I arrived. The sales manager came out and did his pitch about their price. I asked for their rock bottom price. He stepped away, came back and lowered their asking by just under $500. I thanked him and left. In and out in about an hour or so. I appreciate the direct approach and expedience with which we landed on no deal. Sales manager wasn’t as friendly as Chase, but I was pretty direct and some men don’t like that in a a woman. Or maybe he was bothered that I didn’t care about how they landed on their price. No matter. He wasn’t rude, he just wasn’t friendly. Other dealerships hold you hostage to haggle back and forth and leave you waiting for long periods as a means to break you down, which is incredibly insulting and disrespectful. I would happily recommend Doxon to anyone looking to purchase. What I didn’t like: they have a fake “unlock your price” scheme on the website, which is a ploy to get your contact info. The unlocked price was the same price advertised on Car Gurus and the same price they gave upon arrival. Only reason I gave four stars instead of five.

    I referred my friend to get a Toyota car and I took him to Doxon dealership and he bought a car from them back in October, I was told they are going to mail me a refer check but since then I never received any check nor any response from the dealer regarding my inquiry about the refer check.     I came into get my oil changed on Saturday. And the woman named Dawn was very rude and abrupt. You guys didn’t do anything service on my car and you charge.5 labor for nothing. I bought and paid for free service and oil changes for two years. The rude woman Dawn told me if they changed my oil. I could will lose the oil change promotion? On my oil change sticker the tech wrote a number in black pen. Is this how you treat customers? Or is this how you treat customers that are black? I sincerely felt and feel I was discriminated against and treated like I was inhumane. And the service tech greeter that was a female was very unprofessional and rude as well. I hope that I receive a response back before I report your establishment about discrimination and disrespect to black CUSTOMERS. This a brand new Rav 4 I just bought in July for 41000 dollars plus tax and licensing. And this how I was treated by Doxon Toyota. Best, Nate Wilson

    I purchased a 2020 RAV4 for my wife here, my overall experience was very positive, no BS very straight shooting sales staff. I worked with Whitney, Ben, and Tyler all three were great , but I'd like to single out Tyler... He is very down to earth, a perfect balance of rapport building and sticking to business. He made sure he understood our situation, and what our goal was and stuck to it throughout the whole process. There was no attempt to have us "settle" on a vehicle that didn't meet the standard of what we asked for. I would send a friend or family member to buy a vehicle at this dealership, and I would definitely recommend working with Tyler.

    They kept my wife's Rav4 overnight on 03/25/2022 to diagnose an "Abnormal Buzz/Groan Noise at 20 – 30 mph From Front Transfer Case" listed on Service Bulletin T-SB-0065-19 Rev1 June 14, 2019 and told her the sound might be coming from the radio. Sent her on her way to monitor the sound.

    Doxon puts their heart into customer service. They try hard to please. During the pandemic, they call or text me regularly to keep me updated on the progress of my service. They are pleasantly proactive with regard to helping me maintain my truck by recommending helpful vehicle maintenance. I feel that they really care about me as a person.

    I had my car serviced at Doxon last week. They were friendly, efficient, and very communicative. Eddie was my service contact and he is amazing! I did find the others I interacted with to be equally friendly and capable. They delivered as promised, kept me informed along the way, and did really great work on my car. I sincerely appreciate they found a pair of glasses I thought I had lost. Apparently they were under a seat and I could not see them. Doxon found them as part of doing some other repairs and left them on the seat for me. Clean, efficient, and great staff!

    I'm so impressed with this dealership. I just purchased a new Tacoma, and Ken was amazing to work with. Was able to get the exact truck I wanted ordered in, explained the process in a way no other dealership I spoke to could (7 other dealerships, none of which were very helpful). Was honest and upfront about timeline, and in touch during the process of waiting for the Tacoma to be built and shipped. Got the exact truck I wanted, paid not a penny over MSRP, was never pushed for add ons or extended warrantees(those were offered but no hard sell). Financing department was amazing and got me a better rate then my credit union. This is clearly a customer focused dealership, and you can tell they see the big picture for customer loyalty, when many dealerships are adding huge markups and taking advantage of supply in demand, Doxon is playing the long game, and gaining lifetime customers.

    I had a pleasant buying experience, Leo was great. However I was disappointed in my selling experience. `I was told I would receive a check for selling my car to them the next day, it's almost two weeks after I sold them my vehicle and have yet to see my check. I am disappointed in the delay of the dealership in paying me my money for my car that I sold them. The delay put me in a financial bind to pay bills at end of the month and unhappy with the dealership with the delay of funds to me when I was told i would have next day and I still have yet to see it two weeks later.

    **BEWARE** Took my Tundra in for a 120k tune up. They told me that I had blown a head gasket and that it would cost 7k in repairs to fix. I asked them if they had run a pressure test to make sure that it was in fact a head gasket. Their response was no, but there was coolant on the engine block. I took my truck to 2 other shops and was told that my head gasket was working just fine. So basically Doxon told me I needed over 7k in repairs before running the proper tests. Crooks.

    Very poor experience. It’s one thing to not be able to resolve the problem. It’s something entirely different to make the problem worse, and charge the customer. On top of that, what’s the point in texting to see how your customers experience was if you aren’t going to respond to them when they give you an honest response?

    Great customer service when they want you to purchase a vehicle, great communication when the vehicle comes in and if you have any questions! Once you take you vehicle home they don’t care anymore. Paid out of pocket for tint and then requested a refund due to finding another place to do it they had a difficult time refunding my money by the managers, ask about another service and the fees the manager then said they don’t know they would have to look it up ,seemed he didn’t feel like it was told to ask my sales agent(chase) I sent a message asking how much the service would cost my response was if the manager couldn’t help me then he doesn’t know either. So no one could look up the fee for a service I’m wanting to purchase since my sale was final wish I knew about the terrible half had service I would receive one they made the deal.

    Maybe it was Ty’s first week on the job; I don’t know. If your pricing is all “no-haggle” then you should state that up front and use that in your advertising as well. Otherwise, I am going to assume there is room for negotiation. Suffice it to say, we didn’t buy the car. The four hour round-trip wasn’t a total loss though; I got some time with my wife and we enjoyed a terrific dinner at Lanna Thai on the way home.

    Great work by the team at Doxon Toyota. Sales rep David Alenick was very knowledgeable. The sales manager, Cooper, was warm and accommodating. The service folks who helped install my optional gear were very detail oriented and did a fine job. Will be purchasing future vehicles from Doxon for sure.

    I was yelled at by my finance guy, Bob, because he "didn't like" my deal and he got really snappy with me when I was trying to figure out my options, saying "go ahead and take your car back and go to another dealer!" I was trying to pick options and ask questions that were in my best interests, but any time I tried saying anything, I kept getting cut off. I ended up finishing the deal because I was short on time, but in hindsight, I really should have taken my business elsewhere. I've never been treated so disrespectfully anywhere and the more I think about it, the more I regret it all. Don't go to this dealership unless you enjoy being disrespected.

    If you don't like pushy car salesmen, do not come to this dealership! Before i was even out of my car, i had a salesperson in my face asking too many questions. We finally shook him and then a different salesperson followed about 6 feet behind us the entire time...watching our every move. We were really interested in buying a car there, but left immediately in fear that he might attack us if we didnt buy a car that day.

    Service at Walmart is better. Brought my car in for a scheduled oil change, took over 2 hours to complete. Service advisor didn’t even go over the maintenance/service sheet after the car was done. Didn’t even walk me out to my car, told me it was out back in a stall. Had to return to service, noticed the tires were not rotated. The car wash was mediocre, my 9 year son washes the car better. Don’t expect much here, sadly you should double-check their work before you leave.

    I took my car in for the first time. The service tech came out to the car and was able to see and fix the problem on the spot. He saved me time and money from doing all of the diagnostics, and let me just buy a part that he put in for free. It gives me confidence to return when I need regular maintenance or additional service.

    Took my car to get a pre inspection and the emergency lock prevented the mechanic from inspecting car. It took an hour for doxon to arrive. The mechanic found 3 serious problems on a car doxon said passed there inspection. Don’t trust these guys.

    I had one of our vehicles serviced here recently. Simple oil change. When we purchased our vehicle. The sales people went through all of the features as well and we're very thorough. After our oil change was finished, we were supposed to receive a phone call but we did not get that call. After calling in to find out if it was finished or not, we were informed that it indeed had been finished. Otherwise I would have given five stars. I also have to say that they are very friendly and service and sales. We also noticed a small Corolla they had for sale which I think would be perfect for our daughter who is just starting College. The sales manager gave us a good price on it and they did not try to high pressure cell and gave us a brochure and the sale price was written on the brochure and we are taking our time. More than likely we will choose this vehicle and this Toyota dealership because they never pressure. They also have a very nice facility and are very high class but they do not overcharge you.
