I called to get a balance check, I know I’m going to butcher his name but I’m pretty sure he said vel (sorry) answered was nothing short of amazing! He answered all my questions with kindness and grace. I read so many negative reviews I was incredibly nervous to call, but now I’m glad I did so I could give them a review they deserve. Thank you for being so kind and patient!

My fault for agreeing to purchase the Kirby when the salespersons were already representing themselves unprofessionally, I should’ve known the finance company would be the same experience. I found Merchants website super shady. All you can do is make a payment; you can’t view your remaining balance, you don’t get a confirmation email, there’s no account to log in to to keep track of payments. That said, they were only ever a bother when I made a late payment, which is understandable and expected. For now, I’ll give them 4 stars but that may change depending on how quickly and accurately my pay off check in the mail is processed.

Amazing finance company. The negative reviews are from people who don't understand financing. If you don't pay, yes they will call you to get their money. The companies employees are impeccable! Blaming them or a Kirby salesmen for being irresponsible is... immature.

Sales man was nice why getting one star.I specifically asked them five timesWhen they ran my credit report if would be hard Inquiry and I was told no every time Actually considered it and actually consider buying one for daughter also.till checked my credit report wouldn't have ever filled dang this g out! Him telling me a lie that's now stuck on my report lost him 2 deals! Never again!

Cheaters. Greedy. Ive paid over 3 thousand some. Stupid vacuum is paid off and I’m still paying late fee plus interest. I sill owe 3 to 4 thousand some. By the time i clear all. The vacuum will cost me 7 to 8 thousand. Can someone please help😡😡😡😡

How are you closed when it's says your supposed to be open doesn't make sense. I'm trying to see how much more I have left for the loan. Can't even look up my own account. Fantastic!

Used them for a loan on a vacuum. Would not recommend. Called to pay off the last what was told. They said 774. Received a late payment letter that I'm assuming was sent when they were waiting on my bank account to pay the final bill. The statement says 574. Thieves.

I have purchased my 2nd Kerby and financed thru Merchants Acceptance twice now and they have been amazing! I use my first Kerby for all the major dirty deeds like the garage/shop/outdoor kitchen type stuff, and reserve my new one for the household. Unfortunately COVID has been a real damper in our household and funds have been short. I was unable to make my automatic payment and they were more than happy to help me in skipping 2 months of payments! No negative impacts to credit score. Just moved the payment to the end of the loan which is fine with me. They are a west coast company and in my time zone so they are easy to get a hold of. Sorry to all the people who had negative experiences with them since this has not been my case with them.

Really liked the staff when applying for my kirby, best thing is that it helped my credit score come up by a lot with such a small loan. Everything is different since COVID started but overall great investment and good company to get small loans from.

I do not have an account with them or have anything I need to pay off. I keep getting calls and, when I asked to take me off their call list they said, that I should know that I am not on their call list but, get a call from them every other day or every month .

Garbage, shady lender. No way to see what you owe online, no monthly statements via email or mail! When we’ve called, we’ve NEVER gotten someone that can speak clear English and understand our actual concerns. Everything is scripted and they add so many extra words to their sentences to try to confuse you or have to give up. I can’t wait for my product to be paid off. Never ever ever again! Do NOT do business with this company…

When I first got my loan through Merchant I was a bit upset with my self because I knew it was over paying for my Kerby. In the end it was actually easy because I didn't have to do anything, just let the bi-weekly payments come out of my account. I only contacted the company a few times to request my balance and they were always helpful. In the end they helped my credit because of my recent bankruptcy. My account is now paid in full and they sent me the original contract in the mail.

I am currently financing a kirby vacuum with them and they are the worst. I set up auto pay when I initially got the vacuum, after a few months I decided I know longer wanted to use auto pay. Spoke with a gentleman over tne phone who told me they would remove but that turned out.to be false. Not only are.they still trying to debit my account through auto pay they keep charging me a return fee of $20 every time they run it. They claim the only way.to.stop the automatic payment is to send them an email. I will see what happens witj that. But I would never finance anything with them again amd I will make sure to let my neighbors and friends know to stay away from Kirby.

This is by far the worst company every. They will just scam you for your money. They are rude and don't work with you. They lie to you about making phone calls to you and you never picking up. You set up automatic payments and then they come back saying that they weren't able to process your payments after taking like 10 payments in a row all of sudden they get declined???? They you call back and set up the payments again. and couple months later the same thing over again. Your payments are getting declined. Even though I set them up a day after payday and that's because I have direct deposit and get deposit a day before payday. Seriously don't use this company at all.

Zero stars! This is a predatory loan company. We’ve been paying on a loan given for that stupid Kirby vaccuum scammers were door to door. Worst decision I’ve ever made. The company won”t even send statements so you can see what you’re paying and what you owe. Very dishonest! Borrower beware!!
